If I could rate a 0, I definitely would. I placed an online order and the app said I could pick it up at 9:50. I didn’t get my food until 20 minutes later, and I was late for work because of it. Only 1 person in the kitchen, and 1 person on register and there are long lines at each places. Register girl was rude and had a nasty attitude. She and the kitchen girl had a lot to say about me when o got my order and left as well. Every time I stop at this location, it’s in complete disarray. Nothing is organized, they’re always out of things, and the bathroom is never clean. Will not be stopping at this location anymore.

My experience at QT today was an excellent one! I am a frequent customer and today I had an issue with my bank my card wouldn’t go through and I did not have enough change to pay for my fountain drink Miss Miranda has the best customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing!! She offered me a free coupon for a drink!! I always look forward to seeing her! Once again another reason why I only shop at QT!!

One stall in the bathroom is down no paper to dry hands off only one person at the cash register a guy was going as fast as possible then finally a girl helped him out somewhat. Apart from that the sweet tea mango flavor was lacking in taste had to add sugar to it

Great customer service despite the aggressive negative social area. They do there best to keep the facility clean and safe. I understand how hard it would be if I worked there. The team has greeted me happily even at 5 a.m. in the morning. Thank you guys. (No bag no receipt) Thats my saying because you guys are so great at asking for a bag or receipt.Thanks Anthony

Love going to QT. Easy convenient. Clean bathrooms. I can always find my Celsius and found this yummy thing...Lucky Charms bar! It was really good. Also a spot to find a quick break from the work week!Found a new Celsius flavored drink. It’s an energy drink but the only one I can safely drink!

Great service but the air hose is usually missing the piece that allows you to air your tires

Overnight female cashier was the rudest cashier ive ever encountered at a QT. She threw my stuff sideways, took 3 minutes to come to counter, didnt even tell me price and seemed upset that i bothered her while she was talking to someone in kitchen. I love QT but whoever was working 10/8/2020 at 3:30am was the worst. HORRIBLE!!

Very rude staff. I showed my ID, but they said they will not sell me wine, and they have to see my friends ID too. My friend is 10 years older than me. They were so rude and disrespectful.👎👎👎👎👎

I love QT because the cashiers are awesome and fast but Qt should shut down the drink fountain s i was goi g to get a drink and pa guy walkedin with hus cup drankout and served his self more he thats contaminating the fountain i just went to grab a drink from the freezer

Absolutely amazing experience tonight getting gas. they had several attendants to help maximize everyone filling up. they were 1 of the few stations around with gas available. extremely impressed and happy they were available for me to fill up. 5 stars is an understatement!!!

Typical, off the interstate gas station. I’m giving them 5 stars because a lot of gas stations in this area are just filthy I’m going to be honest. Products are dusty, coffee warm but QT does try and take pride in overall protocol and policies so there ya go. In the morning beware of the commutes of others 😊

They are letting people in with no masks on..some of the employees didnt have on maskes..ITS CRAZY HOW THESE BIG COMPANIES VALUE ANYTHING BUT MONEY ALL THE WANT IS MONEY..I TOLD THE GIRL AT THE CHECK OUT LINE I WAS GOING TO DO A REVIEW SHE SAID SO WHAT I DONT CARE..

Air pump machine is broken. So is the 711 next door, and the sams club. I asked the employee if it was working, he said yes. I had to wait in the rain and cold before figuring out it didnt work. Just bad.

Updated Aug 27th, 2019: Help Wanted - NASA Trained Rocket Scientist to fix the crushed ice machine. Been down (this time) for 3 weeks now. Over the last six months, its probably only worked a total of two weeks. Apparently designed for the Space Shuttle, so no parts are available anymore.Original: Management has really suffered since Ryan left. I typically stop here at least twice or three times a day, but lately Ive been really disappointed... the crushed ice machine has been down for 5 days and now Coke Zero has been out for 2 days.

They are nice people who are always friendly and the restrooms are always clean

Worst quiktrip ever. its so dirty and the staff that was working tonight august 4,2019 is really rude. then dont even say hi to you. the store needed restocking there was no strawss or napkins by the area where the drinks are located. it sad that i rather drive 2 miles away to go to a different location because this one sucks.

Its clean, a lot of parking spaces. the cashiers are friendly and fast...maybe too fast, let me grab my bag and get out of line before calling up the person behind me please ! lol

Gas pumps don’t work.. little Latin cashier girl has an attitude and is rude. Her ginger supervisor is not much better. This location needs a lot of maintenance!

I want to start off by saying that this area is very dangerous at night, and in the day. But preferably at night. The only reason I stopped by here is because I work the graveyard shift and its the only store that is in the area close by when I come by through here, otherwise I wouldnt even stop here. I hate to leave such a bad comment because I love QuikTrip gas stations. but I seriously think that QuikTrip needs to do something about getting all these homeless people asking for money outside the property, its very annoying.

I move from oklahoma and I love QT no get me wrong but here in tx its big difference service not to quick and the store not too clean .I come here anyway because some how make me feel like home

This place is always busy and understaffed in the afternoons and evenings. Management needs to to do a much better job at staffing accordingly

Worst Quick Trip Ive ever been too!!! Assistant Manager Brent is beyond rude! I was purchasing so drinks and and employee just walked off and left me at a register and went fo talk to other employees as if I wasnt at the register. I then asked Brent what was that employees name and he basically ignored me and when I asked again he said he didnt know. How are you management and not aware of your employees name!!!! I addressed my concerns with the store manager Laura and she made it seem as though it would be addressed and she would be handling the situation then went on to discuss this mans personal business with me! She then told me if I had any more concerns feel free to tell her I then go to the store Saturday and was treated poorly so I reached out to Laura again and this time she was rude as if she didnt just have a conversation with me about rude employees!!!! This quick trip is trash and they are beyond rude
