I scheduled an appointment for a COVID test online and arrived 10 minutes early. I waited 40 minutes in line, during that time only 3 cars were seen. There was no signage indicating which lane to enter for testing, but there was a sign indicating Full service in either lane. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that testing was in lane 1 only. I am now waiting in line AGAIN and I expect to be here another 40 minutes since there are three cars ahead of me. Avoid this place.
I made an appointment for my mothers Maderna booster vaccine. Appointment was confirmed, I drove two hours to get her there and was told “CVS is not authorized to give booster shots” 10/18/21.Why is CVS SCHEDULING booster vaccines?Also this location does not answer the phone!
The ladies in the pharmacy are awesome. My sons medicine was at another location. The other location had charged for the meds, but the pharmacy was closed till tomorrow. My son really needed the medicine tonight. The kind ladies helped get the total down for me so I could get his amoxicillin tonight. Thank yall so much!!
Ive used this pharmacy for 2 years now for my son’s many medications. They are very responsive and the pharmacist works very hard to get prescriptions handled quickly and resolve any issues. Only thing problem I’ve ever had is when I call there are long hold times. I think they need more staff.
The customer service is superior to the other pharmacies in the area. Service with a smile and following it up with a simple...I sure hope you get to feeling better goes a very long way to me personal. Pharmacist Vu is the reason why I chose to switch from their competitor. What stood out to me was the warmth, kindness and concern I witnessed for 30 minutes BEFORE making my decision to transfer all medication to this well run CVS. Sadly, I am unable to give them a perfect rating as they did drop the ball just yesterday when needing eye drops. I explained that I am one of your most valuable customers and I needed the order expedited. She was nice in saying...I know you are but that is the expedited time. Respectfully, they did not have to count out pills just put a label on it. What I should have said and failed to do so was in telling them I drove up here on a broken foot. I didnt because if they then said, Gosh I am so sorry to hear that I may have gotten upset. I also realize that they should go in order of customers but exceptions are to made..
The staff is always very friendly when I enter. If I need assistance, staff is very helpful. The pharmacy goes out of their way to help me with prescriptions. One pharmacy worker, Sandra, is especially helpful to me and Ive seen her also give others top notch customer service.

I have been coming to the CVS on Oates and Northwest Highway Mesquite for many years the customer service, Minute Clinic, pharmacist as well at the Cashiers are very friendly. I must mention Don at the cashier always willing to help and always greets friendly! I highly recommend this store.

Worst experience, I tried to explain about a mistake with my prescription delivery order but the lady kept interrupting ; I am transferring my account to another pharmacy.
One young gal employed in the pharmacy during weekday mornings always has a rude bad attitude over the phone. When she is asked to request refill a prescription, she refuses while doing her own personal business & makes loud noises to drown out customers. Its too bad because all the other workers in that pharmacy are nice professional hard workers. But that young white gal who answers the phone at approx 11am in pharmacy during weekdays is driving business AWAY to other pharmacies.
I went in to buy insulin syringes for my mom and even provided the sizes and everything that I needed and this rude pharmacist refused to sell them to me without insulin purchase even though we have plenty at home. Very rude and judgemental. We will never return

Terrible service. Signed up at the Kiosh for an appointment. Showed a 30 minutes wait. I waited by the pharmacy area, since is the only place it has chairs. I constantly got up to check the time. Once I saw I had 10 minutes wait I waited by the clinic area. The nurse came out and called a patient that had a 1 hour and 30 minutes wait. I then told the lady that it showed I was next and she just said she was with a patient. My name then showed on the list for another 30 minutes wait. The nurse on duty needs to make sure that the patient is in the store and not just assume they are not there. I then took my service to Prime Care. Had a patient in front of me but did not take the 30 minutes i ended losing my time in CVS.
I usually don’t write reviews but the young girl AMANDA is weird and walks around with a chip on her shoulder as if she’s exhausted with life! If you don’t like your job or servicing your customers then find another one, it’s simple. Other staff members are amazing especially Don.

I’ve been yelled at, ignored, mocked, shamed. The last straw was not long ago. Don is awful. Never going back, to be embarrassed in front of other customers.
POOR PHARMACY SERVICEYou can NEVER get anyone in the pharmacy area to answer their telephones. I have held up to one hour... waiting to see if a prescription was ready to be picked up. Called looking for Cherry flavored BC Powder and talked to someone in Pharmacy well the lady said that was a front end product and transferred me to the front end then the man said it was a Pharmacy item and he tried to get someone to answer the phone and no one helped me LAZY CVS EMPLOYEES DONT DESERVE A JOB
Other reviews are accurate. This pharmacy is not organized and appears to be poorly managed. RX not ready for pickup at promised time the day after RX was dropped off. Good luck getting staff to answer the phone. Maybe they are understaffed? If so hire a new pharmacy manager. No excuse

Used to get my prescriptions here all the time and then I switched to Health Warehouse because its a lot cheaper. Well today I had to get a prescription filled because I needed it really soon. It didnt get filled for 8 HOURS. When we got to the window, nobody came to greet us or anything. I called earlier in the day and was on hold (because nobody would answer the phone) for literally 20 minutes. Im sorry but that is ridiculous. After this I wont be coming back to this location or probably CVS Pharmacy at all.
My father was helped by DON for 7 12 pack of cokes, when my father had only 6 (I was waiting for my dad prescription ) so my dad put the cokes at the truck went back inside and we together talk to DON about this...and him with a very very unprofessional voice was telling us that the have camaras and this and that we told him to go see for him self the cokes to the truck and on the way to the truck He decide not to go and give the refund to my dad .... ??? Seriously. Very disappointing on his attitude
This pharmacy is a joke. 3rd month in a row they have run out of meds when they have already confirmed by their system to pick up. Pharmacy is unorganized. Ogobolu is a liar!How has CVS system been hacked? Thats your excuse? I advise you to find a new career.Avoid the location at all costs.

This place is awful. The past 3 months my husbands prescriptions havent been ready even though he received notification they were ready for pick up. Staff is extremely rude and always blaming something for their shortcomings. We are DONE with this location and CVS in general! Goodbye
The manager seems to think he is rambo waiting to kick your butt if you ask him anything .he has a look on his face as if he hates his job!! Never smiles he never greets any customer!! unless he knows them and it is pretty rude the cashier never says good morning are how you doing they pick their poison i am not demanding respect or courtesy but i work at a large hospital and we greet everybody get you help or whatever the case maybe to help others family visitors and patients. i do expect to see the same where ever i go
This place is a joke. If you get scripts here expect them to take a very long time. Staff in pharmacy is slow and unorganized. Pharmacist is lazy and has a very poor attitude. Used this place 2x on last wk. Never again. 1 star is too much for this place.
Called the pharmacy and waited for a staff member to answer for 45. I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with someone before anyone answered the phone only to be told that my prescription wasn’t ready. When asked how long it would take for it to be ready they could only tell me I would get a text message. 20 mins later I get a text message letting me know my prescription is ready. Drove back to the pharmacy only to wait in line for another 30 mins before I could finally get my prescription. Terrible service.
Just got out of surgery and needed my pain medicine ASAP. Sat at drop off for 7 minutes before anybody walked up,and had women in the back just having a conversation. Handed the lady my prescriptions and she charges me for one but not the second. Im the only customer inside and i have to wait an hour while I am on pain. Wouldnt recommend this CVS and they also remove the bad reviews, so check yelp for accurate rating. They took all the low reviwes off and added 5 star reviews over the past couple of weeks. This was a 2 star rated pharmacy now it says 4.4...

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for years, pharmacist is SUPER rude, rudest man Ive ever met, but I rarely had questions or he wasnt always there so I didnt really care too much. The past 2-3 years Ive noticed their techs dont ever stay. Ive seen so many come and go, it a crazy and they get more and more rude and unorganized. These past two times, including today I had to go back because the items for my children werent ready, so my sick daughter has to wait until tomorrow to get her medicine. After this prescription, Im switching to another pharmacy, Im done with this one.

I was in line the other day and in front of me there was a lady trying to use a coupon CVS gave her at the end of the receipt, the cashier name KENNETH started screaming at the lady, yes screaming saying she can’t use it. How dare does he scream at a costumer, employees at this CVS are horrible, I will be contacting corporate that was not fair for that poor lady.
This has got to be the worst most understaffed pharmacy ever. Never enough pharmacist and extremely rude employees in this area.Very upsetting as we moved here 11 months ago and NEVER has service gotten better. Beyond horrible!!!
