Terrible customer service. The salesmen here are just looking to make a sale and don’t care to inform you of the condition of the car. I just bought my car from them and have had to make countless repairs to the tires, brakes, and joints. Definitely get the car checked at another location before purchasing any cars from them. I definitely don’t trust Nissan anymore with my service.
My advisor, Dan Slatinsky offered excellent service. My vehicle was given a good PM. The Nissan techs offer good maintenance. My Frontier is eleven years old and continues to run like new.
Much preferred the option to handle everything remotely & have the car and paperwork delivered to my house. Still waiting to receive my copies of the paperwork, however. If they could be sent electronically, that would be great.
We took my mom’s 2017 Rogue in for transmission issues. Guillermo in the service department made the whole experience easy. He explained everything very clearly and is very honest. I can definitely say that we were 100% satisfied with our experience.
I pulled up into the second lane being the first to pull up there were two cars that entered behind me. Someone immediately start talking to them mean while Im still there a nice man call them TWICE and said you have an appointment in lane 2. No one every came out after 15 mins of waiting I went in I stood there while a lady was selling cookies not one time out of the five gentlemen standing there said may I help you. The lady selling the cookies said do you need to get by WOW! So you are sitting here as if you are not on a job with customers. So Im assuming everyone was at lunch at 3:45 Im very disappointed! Ive always had a good experience at Nissan but this time it was horrible. I think all those guys need to be supervised. If you could please pull your camera and see where the nice gentleman came to my car twice and told them there was an appointment in lane 2 and just watch how long I sat there and also watch the camera when I entered how absolutely no one acknowledged that I was standing there. Thats bad business!

I would never do business with this dealership again! After negotiating and choosing a car, they wouldnt let me take the car without money in their hand (ok fine). Once they received payment from my bank within 24 hours, they sold my car to someone else while it was still on my loan. Their priority is cash in their hand, otherwise, theyre giving it to someone else. No one communicated there to let each other know that car was sold. It screwed up my loan and had to stop payment on the check. SUCH A HEADACHE!
Andre was amazing to work with. He made my first car buying experience fantastic. Edgar in finance was extremely knowledgeable and quick. Both men were very personable and made this very painless. We will definitely come back to buy our next car at Trophy Nissan.
Alonzo Washington has great customer service skills, this was my first time buying a Nissan car, and he really made me feel good about buying this car. Alonzo has good patience with his customers, I had my old car for 15 yrs, and hes been helping me figure out how it works. Came to this dealership to get a new replacement key for my 1998 Nissan Sentra. Talked to Rodney in the Parts department on the phone and he was the one who met me at the door (not planned) when I went in. He cut one key to code and one to the fit of the old key and gave me both and didnt charge me for either. Rodney is fantastic and has great customer service skills! Thanks, Rodney! I will return for any other needs I have. Keep up the great work!
I’m not the type of person to leave reviews, but today around 3 or 4 my husband and I went in to look for a vehicle, first we went to the main building but since I was looking for a used car they told us that we should go across the street to the used car lot so that we could see all of our options. Which we did, but as soon as we walked into the used car building, no one greeted us, it’s fine, we shrugged it off because we thought the lady at the desk probably didn’t notice us (since she was on her phone.) Then, she finally talked to us and gave us a really bad attitude. I was already having a bad day and her attitude which made me want to leave. So my husband and I decided to forget about it and left without getting any information on a vehicle. Might come back for a new car because it seems everyone on that side was nice, just maybe not at the moment.
Even though we we’re not sure what we wanted, we did need another vehicle for our family… And trophy Nissan not only helped us, but gave us options and a solution to our problem and we’re extremely grateful we will recommend them to everybody that is looking for a vehicle. We even live 40-45 minutes away from the dealership yet it was worth the trip.
I called and talked to Coleman, my new Service Advisor, about getting my front breaks done. We set a time that I picked out, brought my Sentra in, but it turns out that I needed both of my Rotors replaced. Coleman was very knowledgeable in explaining to me what needed to be done and what all it entailed to get the job done. I honestly appreciated that! I also didnt feel like a woman being taken advantage of, it really mattered to him that I fully understood everything taking place. Thanks Coleman for a job well done!!!

I call parts department today at 8am and they were very rude to me, they seemed annoyed that i wanted to give them a vin of a car, i had to talk with two dofrent salesmen and in the end they were both very rude and i had to make my way down there to talk to them in person,I get there and ask for a manager and supposedly the manager isnt in today, so who is running the parts department? Julian gave me prices on a lower grill and then i speak with julian and he doesnt seem to know what im talking about and he trys to make it as if im making stuff upI have to buy a complete bumper instead of just the little $17 grill julian quoted me at first, end up being $325 what i pay instead of $17I know they might night care becuase they just see it as a job but i am running a shop and i give set prices to my customers and nissan today affected my profit i was suppose to make on a car, i take my shop seriously and if they dont wanna answer phone then tell them to work somewhere else, very bad experience today with nissan parts departmentAlvarez Auto Repair on Dilido rd
Needed some warranty work handled, and required a rental at the time because we only have one car. The work was completed in one day, really surprising me, so we had the rental only one night!! Really appreciate having such a good place to take our Altima for maintenance!
Michael in Service was very rude. He ask for my name and then picked up his phone to while I’m standing there. Did not say excuse me, give me one sec before picking up the. Took my car for recall repair. Service tech found 2nd recall and found the parts for both repairs. Kept my car longer than expected so free rental was provided. Provided low cost inspection and unexpected free alignment. Service and communication was first rate!
It was a recall item. The service advisor was courteous and fast. I was told two hours and it didnt take an hour. I was very impressed with the care received.

Young lady, whos the receptionist at the front desk, was extremely polite. Never had such great customer service at any dealership. P.S she also seemed to be doing homework, which had me speechless; by the way she was taking care of her homework, and her job duty, providing the customer service that needs to be provided at any public place.
Mike was amazing! I was not able to come out and see the car at first so he sent me personalized videos and there were no supposed when I got to the dealership like I had experienced at other places. He was also very honest of he didn’t know something instead of making it up! I was in and out with my new truck in about an hour and a half. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the finance person who seemed annoyed every time we asked him a question.
Amazing experience with Trophy Nissan! I had to trade my Rogue in for something bigger which turned out to be a new 2022 Pathfinder. It’s truly the best vehicle I ever driven. Anyways, thank you to Jennifer, Charles, and Bret for getting me in the new Pathfinder. They are the best dealership in the nation and the 2nd largest in the nation as well! Highly recommended!
They did my coolant work for my infinity, broke the radiator fan on my car. I suddenly started having noice when i started the AC on the car when i went back home. Be ware of the mechanics there are not even qualified to change the coolant on the car.

This is our first and probably last purchase from Trophy Nissan. Got a call that our plates were in, we live 60 miles away and we are too busy to make trips out of town often, so we wanted them to be mailed to us. The reception lady or whoever handles these calls was not friendly and acted like it was an act of Congress to mail the plates to us and hung up abruptly after I confirmed someone will be home to sign for them. Other dealerships I have bought from in the Dallas area have kindly offered to mail us the plates given we are far out, so I don’t know what her problem is. We had a good experience during the buying process a couple of weeks ago (and our salesman even said sure, we can mail the plates!), but this lady has left us with a bad impression of Trophy Nissan. 5 stars to 2 for this.

I had a 930am appointment and it was packed, however my car was serviced with lightening speed. The service personnel acknowledged my appointment, called the gentleman who was responsible and within a half hour my car was finished and I was walking out the door with a coupon for a free car wash. Excellent service. I will ALWAYS make an appointment from hence forward. This was my cars first service since I purchased. EXCELLENT SERVICE

My father recently had his truck looked at here and he is very disappointed. He had a an air bag sensor malfunction which is still under warranty, he left it their on Thursday and got it back today. Nothing was done and on top of it all they left his truck very dirty when in fact he left at the dealership clean. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Trophy Nissan always has great customer service and friendly employees. I have purchased two cars from them so far and each experience has been well above my expectations. Their service department is hands down the best I’ve dealt with. Prices for maintenance are a little on the higher side, but that comes with quality care and knowing the work is done correctly.
Outstanding service!!! Sales person, Malik Joseph, was very knowledgeable. He had my wife, son, and I out in a few hours. Oh and before we went there, he sent us a video of the vehicle inside and out. He stepped out to see where we were with the finance person, and while he went to check for us, the finance guy walks in. This guy was also AWESOME!!! We were in his office maybe 20 minutes tops. Yesterday i went to Trophy Nissan to get a part installed on my vehicle. I got there at 09:52 AM for my appointment at 10. The service advisor told me to leave the key in and to have a seat in the lounge. By 14:28 PM I hadnt received a single update about my vehicle. I went to look for my advisor but could not find him. One of the ladies that works in the back office saw me looking for him and asked if she could help. I told her the situation and she went to find my advisor. He finally came over and said the he was told I wanted an update. I tried very hard not to lose my composure and told him yes because I had been there all morning and had not eaten breakfast yet. He told me that they would be another two hours on my vehicle. I sat there in silence so I wouldnt snap on him and he walked away. Around 15:30 I couldnt stand it anymore and I went to speak to the service manager. She introduced herself and I told her that I had been there all morning and hadnt received an update until the young lady in the back asked if she could help me. Then I finally got and update from my service advisor and was told that I had to wait another two hours which would put me getting my vehicle back right in the middle of rush hour traffic. I told her the importance of communication and she listened and agreed with me. She put me in a rental vehicle and went above and beyond to make the rest of my experience outstanding. She even found the history on my car battery because it was a little hesitant to start, and had a new one installed before I drove back to get my vehicle. Her name is Pansy Freeman and she is the only reason that I decided to return to this location. If not for her that would have been my last visit to that location. She turned a horrible experience into a great experience and I truly appreciate the time and professionalism that she gave me. Thus the 5 star rating that I am giving this location. By far the best service manager I have ever dealt with at any Nissan dealership!
I had to update my 1 star review after purchasing a new Nissan kicks. Ashley was so fantastic and she worked hard on getting me a deal I could live with. Her customer service was well rounded and she went through a few things that the prior CSR did not when they sold me a new car in November. So I know that dude was not treating me like a valued customer. Smh. Thank you for everything Ashley!
I’m writing this because of overall experience and false expectations about the extending warranty.I bought my Nissan cert. car at this location in Feb 2020 and the buying experience was good as buying a car can be. Towards the end of the buying experience you eventually speak with a person that handles the down payment on the vehicle and about extending the warranty on the vehicle. Since the car already had 15K mileage and the car was already a year old; he recommends to get the extended warranty. Explaining the car has many parts and computers that can get very costly once the car is outside of the warranty. No one wants to do payments on a car and then pay a good amount to service the vehicle. It made sense from a financial standpoint and i agree to add the warranty to my monthly payments. I worked during the day and I was only able to go at night. I didn’t notice till the following morning about the random scratches on my vehicle and when I reached out to the dealership about this they pretty much disregarded to “no longer our problem” kind of attitude.That same night I get call from the location telling me that there was an error in paperwork; the person who handled my paperwork put in incorrect down payment amount. Now I’m under the impression the monthly is lie and I’m already invested in my car. Ultimately I agreed to pay the difference because at that time I lived well over an hour away from the location and it would be a bigger headache to drive back to correct the paperwork.Moving to my current problem; I’m trying to use my extended warranty to cover an issue with my stereo needing to do a software download. A software download that I was informed that my car should be able to pull once I connect my car to WiFi.Yet it doesn’t and I have to pay to fix this stereo software issue because IT IS NOT COVERED BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY that I was informed it would be covered.The kicker is my car’s EXTENDED WARRANTY HAS A DEDUCTIBLE that was not explained.I feel robbed and mislead about what I am paying for.I would never recommend this location and I’m still trying to figure out how I still feel about the Nissan as a company with my experience.
I absolutely love Trophy Nissan and will continue to service my car there. I recently moved to Arlington yet, due to the fantastic service and excellent and affordable pricing, the trip is worth it!!!Josue was my first introduction to Trophy Nissan. He was beyond professional and treated me like family. From that experience I called again though he was off that day, Michael definitely stepped in and treated me well so I believe the culture of this location surpasses all in the metroplex. I value family and Trophy Nissan is just that.
Our sales representative Luis Suárez and William Page in the finance department did an absolute amazing job explaining everything with detail each step of the process. I appreciated their honesty and patience working out the deal. It was an amazing experience thanks to the work both these guys put in and also the sales manager. I Will definitely go back and happily make a deal with them again in the future.

I had a slow-leaking tire that I wanted them to inspect for damage, and sure enough, they found a nail in the tire, which I appreciated. They also recommended an alignment to prevent further wear, and I accepted this service as well. The wait was kind of long, but thats not a big deal. The waiting area had good WiFi connectivity, so I could do my work on my laptop without interruption.I was a bit confused about the car wash voucher, since it wasnt clear if this voucher was ever given to me. I just saw it in the invoice, and thats all. Also, if youre going to keep my car for 2+ hours, it would have been nice if you gave it a complimentary wash, instead of a voucher for me to wash.

I just purchased a new Nissan Sentra at Trophy Nissan Mesquite. Everyone who helped me were very professional and helpful with what I was looking for car and budget wise. This is my 5th Nissan since 2009 that I’ve either owned or leased.
We have purchased 3 vehicles with trophy Nissan and we have been very happy. Everyone is delightful to deal with. My advisor Danny is truly the best! Always provides the best service and my car is always in top shape when I pick it up after service.I am bummed though that you guys are not offering the car wash on site. I do hope you bring that back in the future as theres something to be said about picking up a clean car after getting serviced.

Brought my 2017 Nissan Frontier in for the 15,000 mile maintenance check ( vehicle has 23,000 miles on it). Arrived at 8:45am, vehicle ready by 12:30pm. Service tech was friendly and knowledgeable and all service was done to my satisfaction.
My Nissan Titan XD had problems on the highway after picking up a Pontoon boat in Fort Worth and heading home to Arkansas. I pulled in late on a Saturday afternoon with my truck in limp mode. A sensor had gone out. The dealerships service department went above and beyond, and were able to get us back on the road within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this dealership for customer service, and excellent care of stranded motorists!!!
The whole buying process was so easy. There was a deal made before we even walked in the door which was great! They showed us videos on important features of the car before we drove off and everyone was super friendly-from the sales person to the finance office. The place felt open and honest and not shady. I like how theres one price for the extended warranty and not trying to sell us this or that. It was one and done, take it or dont and I appreciated that. I will be buying all my cars from here for now on. I love the Nissan drive, its one of the best cars Ive had in my life and Ive had many!!

I had a great experience here! I needed a small warranty repair and Dustin made the entire process so easy. He was great with communication and had my repair down within 2 days. Getting and returning the rental was a very quick process. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need service.

I went in for an oil change earlier this week and was offered a trade in deal. I wanted to think about it and Malik was so very patient with me and never rushed me. When I was ready, I came back and I really received such kindness and accommodation from everyone there. I LOVE my new rogue and am so glad I made the trade. This place is the most unorganized place I have ever attempted to do business with. If you value for time and dont want to get ripped off go else where. I will never ever buy anything from these crooks. And I find it amazing how they asked for my Social and than checks my credit without my permission.. Crooks

OMG when I tell you that they are the best!!! Ms.pansy freeman is the absolute best PERIOD!!!! Her and gemo where so nice, understanding and Professional!!! Technicians did not even attempt to diagnose or repair an issue with my infotainment system I brought up after showing them the service bulletin. Took nearly 3 hours for a simple tire replacement. Highly inappropriate comments made by sales staff in passing, and absolutely no help while actively looking at vehicles on sales floor.
