Bought a 73k truck that had not been ran thru service or detailed on a Friday. Came Monday evening to pick it up and the detail job was horrible and windshield had not been replaced. I was told ashley from customer service would contact me to set up a date to have it replaced. A scratch repaired, and detailed. 15 phone calls and several emails I still never heard from ashley. Body service dept called 6 weeks later saying I could bring it in but I’m not getting a loaner vehicle. I set it up to be dropped off on a Friday morning, I was very adamant I was going out of town and would as to pick up on my way back from the airport Monday evening to go to work. I was told no problem. When I arrived I was told they would not have the decal for repair until the next day, the windshield guy just showed up and it had not been detailed, tags were not put on it and def was not filled. (Stuff that was supposed to be done when I bought it.) still no loaner vehicle. As a small business owner, not working last night cost a couple $k. Finally met ashley and she said it would be done in 30 minutes. But for a detail that would take a few hours and would not be ready until the morning. Already fuming I said just get it right so I don’t have to come back. I love 45 minutes away. Showed up at 2pm to give them extra time. Still not detailed, still no tags on it, still no def fluid. I don’t think I could have been any more clear any time I talked to them. For spending over 72k you would think customer service would be better!

Worst experience I hv ever had at a dealer. Finance gentlemen came to me and we settled on a price. Ran my credit and my husband and I had decided to put a decent down payment down. We qualified for 0% for 36, 1.9 for 48, or 2.9 for 60. After I told them the way we wanted to go and AFTER they ran my credit my sales guy came and said they ( the General Manger at Town East Ford) could not/ would not do the deal. Which was only $700 less than we made deal on BEFORE they ran my credit. Are you serious?!! They came back with this AFTER they ran my credit, and good credit at that! I hv never had that kind of terrible service. It boils down to pure principal, it is not about the money, but dang, what about wanting a repeat customer or perhaps a referral in the future, I would think that is worth more than $700. I would recommend going to ANY other Ford deal but Town East. Probably a smaller dealership that does not play games!! This dealer does not care the customer, they just want the most money they can squeeze out of you! Just be aware before you shop here, there are so many more dealers and other vehicles out there.A few days later I went to Ford Dealer in Wills Point who went out of there way to get me that same car with same deal and I would highly recommend that dealership. I think it is about 20 minutes from Town East.

Went in to purchase a vehicle. Talked to salesman’s and signed on the vehicle. Again the vehicle was “sold” to me. The vehicle stayed so that they could do maintenance and cleaned. Was told I could pick up in about a day or two. The next day after purchased I received a call from the salesman that there was a “big problem” the vehicle had been sold to someone else. After, I had signed paperwork and “purchased” the truck.They tried to talk me into buying another vehicle, one of the vehicles offered was a lifted truck with many issues.All I wanted was my deposit and never purchasing from them.

We bought our car a 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid from junior. From initial interest, all the way to finalizing the sale I can tell you a few things.1. We felt no pressure. Ever. The whole thing was very much about what our family wanted. Honestly we had been to 3-4 dealerships before this one and people were constantly trying to get us into different cars or get us to agree topayments we weren’t comfortable with. That never happened here.2. We didn’t have to negotiate. Let me tell you the truth, we looked at the exact same car and multiple dealerships with higher mileage and could not find a single one in the ballpark of what they were offering. Clean inside and out. Very nice car. Exactly what we wanted. And the price was literally unbeatable.3. We had an issue. And I’m serious here as well, it was resolved in less than 24 hours. They don’t mess around with that. If you have an issue. And bring it up. And they think it’s any level of valid. It will be fixed. Trust it.The dealership overall showed us great integrity and treated us like people, not dollar signs. and had an awesome customer focused approach. They also had a fun kids play area for the kiddos to keep busy between salesman and financing. And the staff seems to really love kids. We will buy our next car with them as well. Saved by a fluke! I had the misfortune of my truck being worked on at another repair shop (lesson learned) I spoke with a female (Crystal I believe) on the phone who told me to bring it right in. When my truck arrived on the flat bed Crystal then told me it would be 3 days! I began to explain to her I needed my truck for work and that was the very reason I called and spoke with her in the phone where she said to bring it right in. Had I known it would take 3 days at that point I would have chosen another place. She cut me off and said she can’t even help me anyway and sent me to a managers office. She needs to choose a different career…. That is where it turned around (Thank God!) I got to meet your Fleet Manager Shannon who asked me about what had been done at the other shop; then asked where the truck was, I told her it was being unloaded out back. We went out in the lot where the truck was still on the flat bed. She climbed right up there on the truck and found my leak- in less than 30 seconds. She went and retrieved a tool of some sort from the shop and came back, tightened the part that was loose and that was that. In asked her what I owed and she said not a dime, just start bringing her my business moving forward. I’ve been driving about a week now because I admit I was concerned it couldn’t be that simple. A week later sure enough it’s fine! That Shannon is sharp! She didn’t hesitate to ask questions and get under there to confirm what she thought was wrong and she did right by me in fixing it right there in the lot. The flat bed hadn’t even pulled off before my truck was fixed! You bet I’ll be bringing my business to her.

Junior was very helpful and made the process very easy. Very professional and a very hard worker. Junior followed up with me even though they Town East didnt have the right truck at first. He sent me inventory updates when they received a truck that fit what I was looking for.

I travelled over four hours to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I was told multiple times that the car was in flawless condition by salesperson David Middleton. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the vehicle had several deep scratches with visible raw metal, paint transfer on the door, dents on the bumpers, and rock chips from top to bottom. Needless to say, the transaction didnt go through. Davids poor performance is what gives dealerships a bad name. I would not recommend Town East Ford and I would definitely never recommend using salesperson David Middleton. As long as employees like David are around, customers should be wary of any transactions taking place at this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle here and once my plates were ready, a service tech switched my paper plates to real one. Well whoever at Towneast Ford had access to them used them on the TOLL and now I’m getting stuck with this bill! And when I called the manager for more info, she was so rude I hope she doesn’t deal with customers talking like that and was unable to assist me as she doesn’t know what happened. So if you don’t want to receive UNEXPECTED TOLL BILLS please don’t come to Towneast Ford. Thank you.

He hit me up on 7/13/21 after I had inquired about a 2021 Ford Explorer Base Model the color I wanted was the Carbonized Metallic Grey, He informed me that the car that I wanted was not on the lot, but was in transit. He did keep in touch we me, letting me know that the vehicle had not made it as of yet, He called me yesterday an said, youre vehicle is here, I will send you a video showing it to you! Which he did, he wanted me to come to the dealership right then, I said, its late I can come tomorrow! He stated, I will see if I can hold it until tomorrow! Any way I made it to the dealership, test drove the vehicle, loved it just what I wanted. Sit down to run the numbers, I did not agree to added items, such as a low-jack, locked rims, etc. I said you can take those off! I told him that I had my on financing, he said, we only accept Ford Financing, due to the fact that, we have to wait up to 100+ days for us to be paid from other finance companies. I told him, my credit union would fax him a check, as soon as they approve their purchase order. I even called an spoke to the credit union while sitting at his desk, she said, I have not heard of a dealership only using on finance co. He said, Im sorry, they are only dealing with Ford. Mind you, I have driven from Corsicana, Texas to pick up my car. I told him, Well we are out! I picked up my purse and the coke that Brent purchased me and got in my vehicle and hit the highway. It makes me wonder why are you in the business of selling cars, and you let a customer walk out the door??? Oh! Well! What Ford Dealership is looking to sell me a 2021 Ford Explorer?

I have taken my car in to Towneast Ford a good 3 times and they just can never get it right. They miss the little things. Not putting the Tire air caps, back on - Covers not on correctly, I go in and pick up the car and the Service Consultant just hands you the keys and says everything is good - but he never checked the car. They replaced a oil pan gasket in my car to fix a very small leak and now it leaks more. They have told me to bring the car back in - but they will keep it got another 4 days and I need my car. I Think moving forward I will take my car to a professional car repair. If you take your vehicle to Towneast just make sure you check everything YOURSELF! dont take the word of the Service Consultant.

You would think with as much money as this dealership makes, they could repair their parking lot. This place looks like the surface of the moon with potholes the size of Kiddie pools. I damaged my car traveling through this obstacle course of craters during a rain where these potholes are nearly invisible, and they would hear nothing of compensating me for my damage. I came back on a dry day so the potholes could be seen in these photos.

Got a call from here about a vehicle we were selling, after explaining that the offer was too low and that givemethevin.com had offered significantly more than what KBB had offered they still proceeded to call back 2 more times asking for a second chance and to just waste my time. If they contact you with KBB car sales do yourself a favor. Try givemethevin.com it will make you send pictures of the vehicle but they offer is true and honest.

Bait and switch! We drove an hour to buy a Mach E from Town East Ford. When we arrived, they told us the price would actually be $5,000 more than what was quoted in the online listing. I know many dealerships are marking them up right now because of demand but we called Town East Ford before driving over and asked specifically if the price was being marked up over MSRP and were assured it was not.If youre looking for a Mach E that has not been marked up, try 5 Star Ford or Bill Utter. They are both being very transparent with their pricing and not marking up from sticker.
