I bought my G8 from these gentlemen a little over a year ago. I put maybe 1,000 miles on it before the car was not drivable. After figuring out a handful of electrical issues myself, I pulled the engine to send it to a machine shop where they discovered catastrophic engine damage (threw a bearing) that had likely been present at the time of sale. Happy ending, I got a full rebuild and the car is godzilla in the streets now. Do not appreciate being sold a car with MAJOR engine damage that hadnt been disclosed - on top of that they were unaware of the modifications even done to the vehicle including cheap Chinese head bolts and an off-brand cam. Be thorough if you buy from this dealer.

I had been looking for a truck for a month or so and what I learned in the process is the pictures online are very deceiving. Dallas Drive takes very detailed pics and what I seen in the pictures is exactly what I seen in person there was no surprises. I dealt with Ray, very nice guy not pushy at all he gave me a fair deal and even filled my tank up for me before I left. Great place to do business with!!!

Customer service is great... The Auction people are good people...cant say the same about some of the dealrs that participate. Auction moves very quick, Have to be a dealer to bid. Sedans, Suvs, Minivans, motorcycles, Flatbeds, Tow-Trucks and much more goe threw these lanes, part I like the most is the food, today they were serving Chick-fil-A, and they mix it up so its not the same old...same old... They need bigger bathrooms, small, sometime not clean... Bathrooms need a remodel.

Worst company to ever buy from. By me being a local guide Im going to give you the truth about this company and any company you may try and use to buy a car from like this place. First off never be in a rush to buy a vehicle. Second always take the used car to a mechanic you trust. Never trust what they say from this place they do not take care of you. Adam is a person that will work a deal and not care if you have a working car or not the manager is rude and does not care about repeat busy or word of mouth. All this company wants is the money. Once they are paid they dont care. If you have an issue they will string you along. They go to the auto and buy the best look vehicles and do bare minimum work to get them running for a test drive. So you feel like you have a good car and then once you buy the car it will be the worst deal you have ever made... the prices look good but the cars are not worth it. Sttay away.

I just wanted to let buyers know this is not a good place to shop for a used car at all I trusted this business I bought a 2009 Ford escape and June 16, 2020 I pay $4988 for the car I have not yet received my registration or title and it has been almost a year I was lied to several timesI called the DMV corporate they said They said they never file a registration and title in my name for my Vehicle this is not right and this is not how you do business at all I am very upset I have a car sitting outside and I can’t even drive and I start work on Monday I can’t even get a title loan or even sell the car because they play me in the beginning Hope this helps our buyers thanks Michael George..

Inquired about a vehicle Lawand called me within 20 minutes and even facetime called me to show me the vehicle live. By the end of the day we came to a price on my trade in and shipping logistics for both vehicles! I never thought I would purchase a vehicle without test driving it. Initially I was apprehensive however Lawand, the sales rep, gave me options. I was able to have a purchase inspection done, go though the buying process, and have it delivered all from the comfort of my home. I purchased through true car and this dealership is slightly unconventional, but so so accommodating to all our needs and requests. Adam in the finance department gave us all our options for a service contract and everything was very smooth. I purchased a 2011 vw Jetta for $4700 cash and two days later the car just stopped working.. when I called the dealer they told me whether it was 2 mins or 2 days after the sale that there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME AND THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COST OF REPAIRS.. they wouldn’t even try to help me out in anyway and it had only been 48 hours since they sold me the vehicle!!! I don’t recommend ANYONE to shop with them. absolutely no customer service and no concern for others time or the inconvenience of being sold a lemon!!!

Thank you Adam for helping my family with the car purchasing process! We saw the car online and drove to see it, it was very clean and test drive was great. Check engine light came on and Adam assured us that we could do pre-purchase inspection and they would take care of issues to get it to pass inspection. Felt like they were honest and didn’t want us to purchase without being 100% certain with the vehicle. They fixed everything, drove it for a few days then shipped it to our house for free. This is the worse place to buy a car. I purchased a Mercedes Benz from their facility and I was told it only need the misfire fixed and nothing more. I purchased the car and fixed the misfire with my money only to find out there are more problems revolving the car from the secondary air injection to the four wheel suspension which is estimated to cost me about $4000 to fix the suspension and about $600 to fix the secondary air injection. What a waste of money and time at Dallas drive. Please I do not recommend this place. If you want to buy a bad car and loose your money then start spending on repairs busy okay. They are all liars at Dallas Drive, I have never seen a dealership you buy a car from and refused to help you even with 48 hours of purchase.

Overall the actual buying experience was really smooth, or so i thought, Adam told me the vehicle came with check engine light and parts would be installed when they came in, so i took the vehicle home and took back to get parts installed, was told it would take a few hours, when in reality the mechanic told me 3 days, nevertheless parts were replaced at their disposal and i took unit home not even 3 days later same check engine light for same issue came back on, had to spend money out of my pocket to repair as they said they replaced what was wrong (it didnt fix the issue) Adam then told me i would get a check in the mail for the parts i bought with my own money, 4 months later still nothing, would recommend you look somewhere else before pulling the trigger.
