My wife and I love this place, we always seem to find something new that we like.

I love going to this place! My husband and kids hate it and just leave me there alone which is exactly what I want. I like that you can sample products before you buy them and the great SAS they have is great!

Omg please dont let the mall go out of business.. I love this store. The smells are amazing and I think if we lose the mall well well lose what we love to do! Who likes shopping on line anyway? I want it the minute I buy their body lotion.

Love them and how they will exchange something you really dont like for another as long as its not totally empty. And their sales. The buy 2 get one free and the new one i seen buy 3 get 3 free. The green is an exchange and the other the buy 2 get 1 free. (Had to complete my sets)

The mens collection is great. The women body sprays dont smell good. Their to many mixes of fruits smells

This is a good location. The bourbon and ocean brands for men are gold. Great scents with a very good body wash gel. My wife always enjoy coming here for her fragrances, and I enjoy them on her. Only drawback to this location is the size. They could really use an upgrade in space for vume of customers they have.

DeAnne is the bath and body works expert! Full of information and matched my picky taste with some of the new additions to the aromatherapy line.

Always well stocked with all scents (especially candles). Employees are always willing to help!

I really love Bath & Body Works, especially the 100% guarantee! When you are in the store, a lot of the scents honestly smell the same & sometimes you get home and it isnt what it cracked up to be, so to be able to exchange products without any fuss is a huge deal and keeps me coming back -and dont forget about the great sales they always have going on...

I really enjoy shopping in the store and the customer service is great. Theres always someone willing to help you find what items youre looking for. Due to covid todays visit was a bit uneasy because there was just too many people in the store. There wasnt much physical distancing taking place, so I had to rush in order not to stay around people for too long.

I shop here a lot and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I went to the bath and body works at Firewheel Mall in Garland the other day to see if they had something that Town East Mall stare didnt and I will NEVER go back. They did not have the friendliness, smiles, or customer service that I am used to receiving at Bath and Body Works Town East.

My sister and I went to this store today and Jasmine made our experience exceptional. When we walked in, she let us know of all of the sales going on and answered all of our questions about online coupons. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of this store’s products. When we couldn’t find a certain scent for wallflowers and thought the store must just not have it, she opened a drawer and knew exactly where it would be. We couldn’t find a certain candle, and she knew exactly where it was without hesitating. And the same thing for the wallflower holders. Anytime we asked her a question about their products or sales, she knew the answer immediately without any assistance. Definitely made our trip a lot easier with her help, patience, and kindness. Not to mention that this was basically when the store was closing. Instead of rushing us out of the store, she was still helping us while the doors were starting to close. This store could not have picked a better employee for this job.

The store is very well stocked, there is a sink where you can sample the hand soaps. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. The customers make a mess of the store, they leave soaps open and spilled. They really take advantage of the testers. Other than that, I recommend bath and body works, its better to shop online if you know what you want.

Great service. It is so nice to meet employees who have been working there a long time, like Jen, who has been there 13 years. She was very helpful to us, letting us know all the good deals for the day. She showed us the new fragrances and new items.She helped me with my emailed coupons and told me which ones were good for today and which ones would be coming up soon.Also, the clerk, Jose was friendly and helpful.
