If you want the most bang for your buck I would make the trip and wait in line the first day! All the best stuff is usually gone between the first two days, so I think that’s when it’s really worth it. You do find great stuff still on the rest of the days, but you have to look for it as it might get lost sometimes. Overall, huge variety of stuff for your little ones at a price that really helps!
I first heard about JBF Dallas/Mesquite from a close friend, over ten years ago. Her oldest is 22 now and her youngest is 13. I remember her explaining creating your own tags to me and feeling overwhelmed by the thought. Three years ago, as a first time expectant mom, my friend took me to my first sale. I was blown away! I found all of my big items on my list, in mint condition, for unreasonably low prices, including a $450 car seat for $75 - complete with an extensive waiver and instructions. Since then, I have attended all the sales at this location and sold items of my own.I love that I can try new things for my son, guilt free at these prices, and then sell them back when I’m done or if he doesn’t like it. I’ve gone to sales at other locations in the area too. The Dallas/Mesquite location is SO organized and well attended by shoppers and sellers. I always find great selection of whatever my family needs next and have never had a problem selling what I bring. My favorite is shoe shopping! Come check it out! You won’t be sorry.
This is an amazing event not just for the customers but for the consignors as well! It is well organized and they have processes in place to check most items that are placed on the floor for resale.Youre guaranteed to find some amazing deals at this huge event for kids of every age.
I have been attending this sale for many years, I like to shop it and also consign it. The last few sales (except fall 2020, because I didn’t participate) the clothes haven’t seemed as nice as they used to be and there were many items that were there new with tags marked higher than the store. The staff is always wonderful and the other categories are well stocked with great items. I’ve invited many people to sell and shop and they are loyal shoppers/consigners too!
We LOVE JBF! So many great deals to be had and friendly people working it! As a Mom of five, it’s a great way to save money on name brand items and make money selling the clothing and toys they have grown out of! We just about break even every sale! What a great deal!!!
Ive been shopping this sale for 3-4 years now. Ive consigned the last two and it has been amazing (: Its a great place to shop for the next couple of seasons my kids lives. From play time, to education, to wardrobe, to travel, this sale has got it all! I love to thrift but this place has items to meet all of my momma needs. When we went on vacation last year I did some research on what I would need for traveling with a six-month-old (on YouTube) and I was prepared to spend about 7 times what I ended up spending to do it. JBF gave me an easier vacation with more spending money! Going to the presale was 100% worth it; Less crowd, shopping at my leisure and getting the first go on these fabulous items. I have been shopping here going in 4 years. I absolutely cannot wait till the next one happens once it’s already over. I’ve saved so much money buying clothing items for my daughter and it lasts us till the next sale. You definitely don’t want to miss out on sales like JBF! I’m so thankful I came across them.
Absolutely love JBF! Whether you sell or buy (or both) you really cant go wrong. Prices are amazing and products are excellent!! The sale happens 2 times every year and they even have half price days!!
Love this JBF! This is my 9th year attending spring and fall seasons with my 2 daughters, and we have never been disappointed. The quality and variety of the products have always been exceptional. We also consign the previous season’s clothes and toys, often making as much as we spend...so it’s an even swap! It’s a wonderful feeling to know we’re making the most of our money. It’s one of our favorite days together! We always look forward to it!
I highly recommend this sale to every new mama. You find almost everything you need at a fraction of what you pay at the store. Then as you grow out of things, you can easily sell them back at the sale!
Ive attended the JBF Mesquite sale in 2019 and got a bunch of clothes for my girls that they will grow into this summer. Everything was conveniently organized and everyone was so friendly. I cannot wait to sell with them now this year. Their consignor group has been so helpful!
Hands down this is the best place to shop and save money! You can find everything you would ever need from newborn all the way up to juniors clothing. I homeschool and there are books galore for every stage of reading to help supplement your schooling or your own home library. Everything is well organized and clean. You can tell they take pride in all they do. The volunteers are very helpful to point you in the right direction and the owners are superb! I am able to shop for both my girls at a fraction of the cost. It is a win for me all the way around. N

Y’all JBF is seriously the best thing ever! If you have kids it’s a must go I have found so many name brand things for soooo cheap. I also consign and sell all of my daughters things she has outgrew or no longer plays with and usually almost everything sells which is great! The money made from stuff just laying around the house always covers the stuff I buy so it really feels like your just trading your old stuff for new and very gently used stuff. If you haven’t been GO!!!!
This JBF is huge it has everything you might need or what for a child. They have clothes, baby equipment, games, sports equipment and toys. They are very organized and friendly. Shop early to get the best deals.
I look forward to JBF every season. I have both sold and bought at JBF and both experiences were amazing. Selling clothes that were taking up Way too much room in my house was as simple as printing out tags and hanging clothes up. It was so fun to watch as all the money rolled in. Way easier than Facebook! Then I turned around and bought new clothes for my kids. My favorite day of the sale is the 50% off day. The sale is kid friendly and mom approved! We always find amazing deals and the best part is that my money goes to support other parents like me just trying to make room and keep up with growing kids. The first trip is very overwhelming with all of the amazing buys to look at! And for me and how my children act, I would suggest getting a babysitter for the kids to stay with so you don’t have to bring them!
