The parts department didnt want to honor my Ford credit card when purchasing a Ford part at Town East Ford Collision. The Ford credit card I started there. Let that sink in. I called corporate office and the bank that I use for this card and was told my card has to be honored there. When I revealed this information I was told by the professional associate that oh, I didnt know. let that sink in. So I let them know I will be back and you will accept my Ford card in the future. I mean it was inconvenience, embarrassing and demeaning. Do not let this place not accept your Ford credit card that has no chip. I was told by corporate that they can physically punch in the numbers and have a manager to over ride if need so. In my opinion the two people that assisted me with all their years of experience were just too lazy to do their correct job and maybe need to be reevaluated.

My experience was good and fast. The only problem I had was the lady at the front that told me I was in the wrong place tried to send me to the wrong place. They really need to train her.

The process of fixing my vehicle couldnt have gone better. Hector did a great job of explaining how the process would go and then kept me up to date each step of the way. The car was done exactly when he said it would be and the work looks great.

They seem to have been bothered that we were there. I came in for a quote but will definitely not be using them for any repairs.

My car was deemed a total loss by the insurance at this place, then it vanished, magically disappeared and was stolen by someone who knew they have NO cameras. Beware, super sketchy because my car only had cosmetic issues and their insurance is a joke. The guy literally laughed at me after everything I had been through and now I’m stuck without a vehicle because even though THEY left the car outside and it was their liability, they won’t own up to it. Nobody knew it was a total loss except them and the insurance... sketchy, no security and no liability.

Great customer service. No hassles. Amazing work. Took my Mazda to them, excellent work. Got rear ended again and I was forced by Geico to take it to an approved Mazda repair shop. Not as good as Ford.

I want to start off by saying that everyone I interacted with was kind and understanding with me in my interactions with them so this is not a negative on anyone personally or an attack on character. I came in with an issue that Town East had agreed to fix before I bought my used car. I was not convinced that it was done correctly at the time of purchase so I included a clause in my purchase that Town East would be liable to fix this problem if the same issue persisted. 6 months later I got my car checked by a 3rd party and the problem was still there. I took the truck into Town East and showed them this clause and the report from the 3rd party evidencing the issue. They told me that they would get to work on it, cover the fees and it should be turned around in a couple days. I heard nothing for a few days and had to call multiple people multiple times just to get a response about the status of my truck. They then took over a week to order the correct parts and get the correct approval to make Ford pay for this fix that they had already previously agreed on. They then acted like it was a favor for this issue to be fixed for free and in the right way, when they had previously said that the problem had been fixed when I purchased the car which was clearly not true. After a few more rounds of not being able to contact anyone/not getting a call back from anyone we went up to check on the car in person only to be met with more excuses as to why the car had not been finished when I was told it would be. All in all it took 17 days to fix a problem that I was told would take 3 business days. Again, everyone I met was nice to me but the communication, quality and speed of the work and process was some of the worst I have ever experienced. I will gladly pay extra to go to a different mechanic next time an issue persists as this experience was ridiculous.

I have been here a few times. The main reasons I come back is because of Julian. He is the manager over at the collision center and he’s a very professional and stand up guy. You can tell he actually cares about his career and his clients.

As long as I own a Ford, I wont hesitate to use Town East Ford for my body shop repairs. Rick is the customer service expert there and for the third time he has gone out of his way to get my auto back in shape and always completes everything on schedule or before and the results are spectacular! My vehicle is new again! Thanks Rick and thanks Town East Ford!

Used this shop a few times and worked with Zach and Zane different times, both were great and helpful with the repair process explaining the work and addressing any issues or concerns I may have had. Repairs were done with great quality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this shop for repairs. Above and beyond service.

I recently picked up my car from this shop and I couldnt be happier. From the day that I dropped off the car to the day I picked it up it was a smooth ride and everyone here was very professional and helpful! They managed to finish the repairs before the date they initially gave me and kept me updated the whole time. Zanes customer service skills are AMAZING!

I was rear ended in October 2018. I thought I posted a review, but guess not. Anyway, they did an excellent job repairing my bumper. It looks brand new. I would recommend going here.

Love love love them!! Took my truck in after I got into an accident and seriously the process was so painless. The staff was so amazing and sweet. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that my truck was looking brand new. When I picked it up it looked nicer then before the accident. Service advisors and managers are not up to date with the ford process and if the customer isnt up to date with the way there warranty and services work the service part of the service will charge you for things that should be covered.If the customer is aware of how the system works the Town East ford service department will provide the service that you requested.

Service manager Rick always ensures quality work at the Town East Ford location. I will always recommend anyone to take their vehicle here. Rick is honest and trustworthy he also puts customers first.

Nothing short of awesome - I had 3 cars taken here after accidents and they always do an excellent job. None of the accidents were my fault so price was no option. They made sure to take care of every issue I had and told me exactly what they were going to do and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I always go to them now. A+++

I went and talked to someone in the front about my trk getting fixed 4 month ago, I was told when the ins sends me a check to bring the trk and car to them and they would take care of it, well I got the check and took my trk to them and zake act like it would be too much trouble for them to collect the remaining money if need so they would not help me, I was told to go cash the check at my bank dont know why other than they pick the jobs they want .

Ive used them on 2 vehicles and my dad used them on his. I have no complaints. Rick was helpful on each claim, and all three vehicles turned out looking amazing.

Car we picked up was almost like new again. It even smelled better inside.

The adjuster was nice and personable as he assessed the damage to my car and gave an amount that was just and fair.

I have used Town East Ford body shop 3 times and they have done excellent each time! Their service department cant hold a candle to their body shop.

Worst experience. I would give less than 1 star if I could. After working on my car for the 3rd time, because they couldnt get it right the 1st or 2nd time, all I heard was excuse after excuse from JC. I regret doing business with Town East Ford and will never again due to the collision center.

Saw a car I was interested in at their dealership online. Called to see if they accepted AirCheck Texas Vouchers and I was told by a salesman that they did. The salesman insisted on making an appointment that day and getting my name and phone number. When I showed up to the appointment on time he was busy with another customer. Replacement salesman told me we dont take the AirCheck Texas Vouchers. Either ignorance or malice take your pick. Unacceptable.

Standard commercial body shop. The only negative is that somehow a compressor that I had in my trunk went missing. I can’t say I would recommend them unless you have to use them because of your insurance or the party at fault requires you to take it to them. Also found it odd they put “new car smell” stickers in my cup holders.

Have had my truck two months. Waiting on part from Ford. I have to call the main desk, ask for my rep and then hope they are in the office. Almost no updates with out me asking, no way to directly ask a simple question or get an update.

Terrible service takes one of the cars with Dilers guarantee and they rent a car and they want one to pay I do not recommend
