Only reason I didnt give a 1 rating is because equipment was new. Contract was only supposed to be 1 year. So he said. 14 months in thy tell me I still have 4 more months to go. This is not what was negotiated during signing. But they have a contract showing 18 months not what the paperwork I have stated. Oh but I can now pay it off for 200.00. ??? Should have known not to attempt to work with our own people. This is most certainly a rip off.

They charge you when you take your card off. You ask for new stuff they bring you used items. When you go up there to get your contract fixed instead of fixing it they add more months then find an excuse why instead of changing it. Do not do business with these people they are scam artist, charged me new price for used furniture. I would recommend everybody to check contracts with these people. Overpaid what I was suppose to they didn’t even inform me I had look into the contract. lawyers need to be involved, they will have a big law suit coming near future.

Best place to go . The team is respectful and have great customer service. I can honestly say they have the best deals. Thanks Josh, Dante and JB. I have financed 3 items in the last 5 months. This store is a joke, they don’t have available delivery or service to Terrell Tx so they won’t allow me to purchase anything from them. Manger is uncooperative and not willing to even sale me an item!!!

Very unprofessional is my word to describe this company. First off I had to call and ask was I on the delivery route some guy name Dave told me that I wasnt my salesman J.B. told me that my Dryer would be delivered today between 4and 6 never heard from them i called them 10min before 6 they told me that they was still gonna deliver my Dryer now at this time i just want my money refunded I will go buy a brand new dryer without all this hassle and no i would never recommend this company to no one .Very unsatisfied customer!!!

Should be considered as a last option, buying furniture from this place or anywhere like it will cost you thousands of dollars extraneously.. was told they would price match or “ just give it to me if they couldn’t” I literally found the same furniture online at 1stop bedroom for half the price, needless to say they couldn’t match that, and I didn’t walk out with the couches, “ Worst Way” seems a more appropriate name of the business. This is a place for individuals who have burned bridges with “Aaron’s”and “Rent-a- center”

I put in an application on 6/15 with Jeff and asked would it be possible to get same day delivery, he said sure and said that he would get right on my application. The next day was fathers day, so I wanted to get a tv for my hubby as a surprise. I called back that day, they said Jeff was working on it. They were closed the next day, so I called the day after, they said that Jeff was working on it. Three days after that I call and they tell me that Jeff has been working at another location but someone can process my app for me. I told them never mind, I went to Rent-a-center, they had better customer service. I was horribly disappointed and they seemed so nice in the beginning. :(

I went into this place looking for a futon or sofa sleeper they didnt have any saw some really nice products in there though there was a really nice sofa loveseat and there was an awesome sectional and they are they have really nice televisions and entertainment sets I will probably never rent to own anything but its always an option for some things that maybe you want to get but dont really want to buy it depends upon a persons lifestyle and Financial place in life I guess its not really for me right now but whos to say if you see this review and you found it helpful please give me a like

Clarissa is awesome she bring stuff out, set it up and makes sure you’re satisfied I really wish they would hire ppl like the 4 I mentioned WITH PEOPLE SKILLS it would save them from having all these bad reviews.

Horrible place to rent. They bug the mess out of you. The manager is the worst. His big behind will call u the day of payment. Doesnt give u a chance to pay. This will be my last payment with them and they can have it back. Going back to Aarons.

I can honestly say, I am glad I am done with them, I would get like 10 calls a day the day payment was due, today was must last payment granted I only owed 15.00 dollars. They came to my door and I told them I would be there as soon as I got up, he said ok, he came back 15 minutes later and told me that he needed payment now and that he now needed to collect 25.98 because they came to my house, I am like whaaaat, I told him he was crazy, well he insisted that the manager told him he couldn’t take any less and that they had to take the tv if I didn’t pay that amount.. he literally waited outside for at least 20 minutes till I found my card.. worse experience ever.. you kind of figure they would appreciate a customer who has paid off 4 things.

The bestway on gus thompson in mesquite is very disrespectful, they have horrible customer service....and i was a returning customer that went into the store for just a washer and dryer i did the application for update of information thats what i was told they printed my contract i signed paid my fee and went home to wait for next day delivery from 1pm - 3pm and my delivery never came so i called and they said we cant deliever the furniture nor do business with me til they talk to my brother about the serious manner he has with them.....now everyone i only listed my brother down as a reference and because of that they toke my money didnt wanna give me my refund and told me that they have the right to go after who ever will help them get what they need from my brother.

If I could give this place no stars I would, they like to take unauthorized payments out of people cards without talking to them, seeing if they have the money or not. They are rude and heartless. This place needs to be shut down.

Horrible customer service !!! They took unauthorized payments from my mothers savings account without her consent. Then when she questions them about it Damon and employee tells her I spoke with you and you said authorize the payment. Not true my mom doesnt play about her money she would definitely remember that. We had a credit from when we returned an xbox one from them because we ended up buying a ps4 cash because its cheaper than the total amount we would of been paying with Best Way. We had couches that we were paying on, and they told us we couldnt use that credit towards our couches and I said it was bullshit so we just ended up giving them the couches back and again buying some couches elsewhere CASH. So much cheaper than being in payments with BestWay. Recently we decided to give them another chance, because they kept bugging us and calling about an offer on a laptop. So we took it. My husband spoke with a guy about his payments, and he promised him one price and the next day it was something else. So now here we are again, we are giving them their laptop back because its always the same story.....the price magically changes, and what one person says doesnt match what the other one says. I advise everyone to just buy what you need cash or save up for it. Too much of a hassle with Best Way and you are paying triple of what the retail price is.
