Storage manager very helpful & nice. He came to help me after hours to get out gate. I had just been typing in wrong code. He was super nice even though it was my mistake.

My husband rented 3 storage units, 1 of the storage units had or maybe still has mice. Of coarse didnt know until we took our stuff out. The gentleman working very nice was very apologetic, and gave my husband a contact phone number. Well my husband called, left message we are still waiting for her to contact us. I have done well over 24 loads of laundry. And some stuff I just cant wash off. They destroyed a massage chair, and other stuff. It is outrages to say the least. And for her not to even call us back is more outrages. Other than that we had no other problems. I will not be recommending anyone. I will also be taking other steps if I dont hear from them.

Very friendly staff. The manager even came out and offered water to me and the moving people who were putting my stuff in the unit. The movers I hired couldn’t figure out the best way to get the truck close to my unit and the manager was super helpful in accommodating us.

These guys are at the peak of their game. They are kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned that you have your storage needs met. I would recommend them to everyone.

Zero stars would be appropriate for whoever was in charge the day I tried to rent a unit here... Without even an introduction, I cant even properly address this issue of a human being... However, he immediately stated he could contact the fire department or the police to assist me as I put my mask on... Complete lack of customer service or common courtesies... Absolutely recommend never renting at this location and I feel sorry for the owner as he is losing business based on this mans lack of ability to do a simple job.

Have you ever rented a storage unit at one of those places offering 1st month free or some other huge deal. Only to find out that the one time admin or account setup fees and other charges total more than a months rent or about the same as a moths rent. Well this place doesnt do that, they generally do not offer huge deals like an entire month free or the like but they also dont have the admin, accou nt set up or other fees ever. When you get a quote from them that unit A rents for X dollar thats what youll pay and that amount is usually very competitive for whatever size unit is on question. Top that with a friendly and helpful on site management team and you cant go wrong.

I recently moved out of the facility last week. I stayed for a 1 1/2 years and NEVER HAVE I EVER FELT UNSAFE. Despite the exterior of the neighborhood, this place is locked tight. I have never had an issue with safety while I was there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to rent a unit.

The employees have been nice and the cost is reasonable, however, if you have an inner unit, be sure to spray yourself with a mosquito repellant EVERY TIME before visiting. I get eaten alive every time I access my unit, just a little less if I use a repellant.

They are the most polite .careing.n friendly n clean plus they realy care about thier clients safety as will as their belongings i have told all my friends n family about them .the only. Thing i have to say is it would be nice if they where able to pervide more shade as well as lights in side the big storage units .to hot in the summer n its to dark at night n in tje winter u cant realy pull ur thing out but i still lovr the place n i would go amy where else

Im unsure how these people feel justified with these bad reviews..... Of course if you dont pay your storage, nor give notice that your moving out, and then also dont REMOVE YOUR LOCK, then how are they supposed to know youre Done with it? There is no special Cancel button LOL If you have your stuff in there, and a lock on it, then you have a storage. Once you have removed your lock, and moved EVERYTHING out, then you are done. NOT beforehand. This is basic business possession law.All company policies differ and if a company wants me to get a notary signature to PROTECT my identity and account with them, I gladly will! I mean a notary is what? $5.00 tops? How would this make anyone mad? I was also told I couldve gone straight inside the office with my photo ID and filled this form out in person instead. Easy peasy!!Greg and his staff are amazing!! Super helpful ALWAYS and very professional. Ignore those who didnt follow the rules and just want to complain about it. If youre looking to rent a unit, come here! You will not be disappointed 😁😁

Nice clean well ventilated facility

I would advice a careful and detailed review of all paperwork prior to signing up with this establishment. The receptionist indicated that my unit was rented out to me on a non-committal, month-by-month basis. You pay for the month you use and, should you stop paying, you lose access to your unit. No penalties or commitments. Much to my dismay, I was notified via e-mail of accruing penalty fees for my late payment on my storage unit. These fees bypassed $300 by two months past due, more than 6 times the monthly rate of the unit. I was not made aware of this commitment prior to signing up. Even after I make amends with this establishment, I will be certain to share that their business practices border on a fraudulent portrayal of contract commitments. It is exploitative and shameful. Protect yourself from getting locked into a binding commitment with a subpar establishment.

Good prices for units. Gives you a few months of being late paying before fees get high or auctioned.
