We had used them back in August to do our heavy items. Used them again today to move us into our new home. I cannot say enough good things about our movers Darryl, Jeffrey and Jay. They were so professional and worked very quickly. They had great attitudes and took great care of our stuff making sure it was where we wanted it. I highly recommend All my Sons Moving and ask to have Darryl Jeffrey and Jay move you. You wont be sorry. Great group of guys!
Eddie and Jose were great! I was only moving 3/4 of my stuff, and they were careful with everything and asked questions about what they were taking and weren’t taking throughout the job to make sure. They made me aware of everything they were doing. They even organized the storage room I was moving things into without me asking, which was very nice! I’m very happy with them!If you’re thinking about using this company for a move, when you call make sure you ask about all of the expenses up front so you really get an idea of what your final costs might be.For what they did for me, it was worth what I paid and I would DEFINITELY use them again.
Hired the company to simply last year to unpack my moving truck as we moved across state lines but they did not show up until 6/8hrs past the agreed upon time, and only answered 3 of our many calls to ask whats going on. When they did answer they kept saying Theyll be there soon in the next hr, and when arrived made up a very lame excuse something about an old man who had too much baseball cards or something. Anyways after showing 6rs late you think they wouldve offered a simple discount as an apology but that did not happen nor any kind of apology at all. I would personally not recommend using there services what so ever.
Our cross town move went according to schedule and all was well until while unpacking over the next few days we discovered some items missing. Little things like tea spoons, expensive salt and pepper grinders, dish towels and a high quality instant read thermometer. Weve looked now for 10 days and after unpacking everything they are not to be found. What happened to them? The moving insurance only covers 60-cents a pound and these items would not weigh enough to be worth the effort to make a claim but the real value would be about $200.Their response after a promise to look into it has been complete silence.We are sadly disappointed with their handling of this issue and would not recommend them to anyone.
Came home and saw a moving truck parked on the street in front of my neighbor’s house. My neighbor’s car was parked directly across the street from the truck leaving a very narrow area for 1 car to barely fit through on our tiny streets. There was a large man on the passengers side of the truck with the door open, I honked so he would close the door and move so I could get through, well he closed the door but stood there waving for me to go by expecting me to fit through the tiny space with him standing there. Luckily I didn’t hit him with the 3 inches I had to fit through. Once I got in my house I could hear loud cussing and yelling. It was the same man with the truck, walking around saying “mother f’er” over and over again on the phone. At the same time there were two other moving boys moving some of my neighbors belongings with my neighbor standing outside. The man obviously didn’t care he was yelling and cussing in front of the customer. Then 30 seconds later one of the moving boys dropped all my neighbors stuff and broke something. Don’t hire this company!!!

Calvin and Morin were very polite and professional during the whole move, they helped my grandparents move and it was a LOT of stuff, great conversation if you want it. No complaints in this heat. Good move!
They have hidden fees, they dont show up when they say they will, and they hang up on you when you let them know you are unhappy about it.I called to book a moving date, which was confirmed for Nov 1, 2020. All fee and payment details were discussed with the young lady, so I thought. I received a call from their team member a couple of days later to confirm the date with me a second time. During this call, he had stated the wrong date. I corrected him and he STILL confirmed it with me for that Sunday, Nov 1st, 2nd move of the day. I was told to expect them between 11 and 2 (or something like that). I felt confident this was going as planned.Sunday, Nov 1st, moving day arrives. That morning we rent a truck to pick up our new king size mattress and we bring it over to our parking area so they could transfer it straight into their truck as soon as they get here. We have to return our truck by 2 PM, or we get charged for every 15 minutes we go over our time. At just about 11 AM, moving day, we are sitting around waiting for them to call/text me that they are outside. Im excited and ready to get this done. I receive the phone call from them. Im shocked.The guy informs me that they dont work on Sunday afternoons, and that he cannot explain to me why someone booked me for that day or time. He also cannot explain why a 2nd team member called to confirm, in addition to the original booking. He said that he looked at the schedule and saw my name on it for that afternoon and that he could not comprehend why my name would be listed there. Apparently none of it made any sense to him...Then says, We are sorry mam, there is no way to get there today, but we can be there tomorrow.What!? I could not believe it.I was obviously very upset. I said, This is not okay! And what am I supposed to do with the king size mattress that is sitting outside ready to be loaded onto your truck (which I will start to be billed for in 15 minute increments beginning at 2PM)?(Mind you, if they had communicated this scheduling error with me even the day before, this king size mattress issue would have not occurred to begin with). He says, I dont have an answer for that, mam. So I started to express how upset I was and that I expect to be compensated. He said sure, he will explain the compensation. He starts to breakdown the fee and payment details, again. Well surprise!! There were hidden fees in there, one of which was a 16% fueling charge, that we had never talked about before. I said, Um, no. Nobody discussed this fuel charge with me before. He argued that it was discussed. I refused it and said if so, I want my money back, and Id be sure to give them the review they deserve. The guy says, Fine! You will get your money back! and he literally hung up on me!How unprofessional is that?I have not heard from them, since.It is now Nov 3rd, and we have yet to see our 100 dollar deposit in our bank account... we will file a civil suit if we dont get it back. Maybe its in process. Idk.Anyway, the whole thing was ridiculous.So... beware. Moving is stressful as it is. You need people that can communicate properly and show up when they say they will.
Ron Claire the owner is a complete con artist. His movers destroyed my furniture and promised to fix it but never did. Both Ron and his supervisor Vinny assured us that they would take care of the damages. Not only did Ron hang up on us when we called him after he promised to return our calls to give us an update but he denied any wrong going even after his workers admitted to damaging our items. The workers were late, slow and very careless. I wish I would have never never never used this company. Please be warned that All My Sons Phoenix-Mesa branch is a complete con organization. Ron and his associates do not care about their customers and or care about doing the right by people. Please give Ron a call on our behalf and tell him to refund us our money and to cover the cost on damages done to my furnitures and or personal items. I am so upset and disgusted with companies like this taking advantage of people during the unprecedented times. This guy Ron needs to be put out of business..It will be my mission moving forward to get this owner and the scheme he runs out of business for good. People work too hard for their money to be abused and taken advantage of... Beware of Ron Claire!!
They. Are. The. Best!! Rain, Michael, and William were all spectacular. They were so friendly, patient, efficient, and presented the greatest customer service. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and will be requesting them specifically for the next time I need to move. Cannot say enough good things about these guys!!
All My Sons Moving Company did my move from my storage unit to my home. During the moving process a outdoor coffee table that was not part of the move, was broken by one of the Technicians. The glass table was less than a week old, I heard a crash and the Technician came in and said the table was trying to kill him. I ran out to see my brand new glass table broken all over my patio and front yard. The head Technician immediately got on the phone with his boss, I immediately also got on the phone with the company and took pictures of the damage. I filed a damage claim in writing. The company was only going to pay $30 in replacement costs. The table was a lot more than that, when I complained, the company came back with $100. The amount of money will not even replace the glass, let alone pay someone to clean up the glass still left in the front yard. I have made numerous calls to the company, and was basically told take it or leave it, and should have purchased additional insurance. What would have that solved as the table was not part of the move? My last call was to the head of customer service and was only able to leave a message.I am highly disappointed with this experience and the way I have been treated.

They called in the morning to make sure that we were still good to go on the time. Once I told them everything was ready, they even showed up a half hour early. They worked hard for the next 4 hours fitting 3 households worth of furniture into a moving truck. I honestly cant believe they made it all work. Thank you All My Sons for making my post-surgery move such a breeze, I didnt have to do a thing!

DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY BEFORE READING THIS REVIEW1. We booked a meet time for 830 AM at my storage unit--they arrive at 1015 and the guy tells me he just drove back from New Mexico and truck was delayed due to a freeway accident.2. I requested to have 4 movers--3 guys show up and 2 start moving things, the third starts asking me to sign his pad of disclosures and adds that he began billing at 1015 even though he is not moving anything at this point. The guy then goes back to the truck to sit down for a bit while the other two continue. One of the 2 working decides 15 minutes in to take a bathroom break and a water break. Ive been moved several times and this was by far the slowest pace.3. We called the front office to address the issues regarding lateness and a shortage of one man.--They seemed more interested in just trying to adjust the price for 3 men working vs 4 and adjusting the start time instead of trying to remedy the situation. At that point they call the sitting man and tell him to cancel our move! Now I am paying another $300 for an additional month of storage because they are horrible at running a business.--THEY DO NOT INSTALL WASHER AND DRYER WHEN MOVING THEM--THEIR REMEDIATION FOR DAMAGED ITEMS IS $.60 PER POUND AND HAS TO GO THROUGH A LITIGATORThere are better companies to pick from, steer clear of AMS.

If youre looking to make your move less stressful with a moving company, then do NOT choose All My Sons!!! The crew that they sent to load our truck was completely unprofessional!! They were dropping F-bombs, smoking in front of my house, the foreman (John) did nothing but boost his own ego by stating Im really good friends w/ Jeff outside of work, were supposed to do it this way, but I do it this way. Then he bitched and moaned about everything. Nothing was wrapped prior to be moved out of our home. We had so many things damaged!! Our leather sofa looks like it was dragged along the sidewalk, the base to our 180 gal salt water fish tank was busted because they refused to properly disassemble it before trying to move it, our sons brand new flat screen looked like it was dropped in the dirt and had scratches all over it, my husbands gun safe has white transfer paint and scuff marks from the straps of the dolly, and our fridge has a huge dent in the back, scratch on the side and the doors are busted!! They sent a different crew to unload our truck and pieces were missing, when the operations manager brought the foreman back to find the pieces, he lied and stated that our things already looked like that and everything was wrapped and he never said he was good friends with Jeff (I just pulled that info out of the air, I guess), he was also screaming at me when I told him that I did not want him touching any more of my belongings and my husband told him he needed to get out of our home for being so disrespectful to me. This company is extremely unprofessional and caused us to have so much stress!! Their claims dept is based in Texas and also rude! Called and spoke to Amy and she said shed email me a packet, several hours passed and i didnt receive an email so I called her back to be rudely informed that I didnt receive it because she didnt send it and that she doesnt sent out packets until 530p! Please save yourself from having your belongings damaged!!! I have included some photos.
This was a terrible company, our house was completely packed they took an extremely long time. They dropped and broke my very expensive entertainment center. The entire top piece is ruined. The frame of a large painting is broken. Very disappointed in this company, will never use them or recommend them.

I’m absolutely livid with this company! I should have read all the other horrible reviews on this company before hiring them. I called in advance to get a quote to be sure I stayed in my budget during my move. I was told I would have a $80 fuel charge $100 deposit which went toward the move, and then an hourly rate. When I calculated how long I figure it would take with what I had, I’d be under my budget. Come to find out AFTER they moved all my stuff they have all these fees which were not discussed previously, which add up to be the same as the move. so initially I was to pay a little under $500 turned out to be $750 for 3 hours!!!!!!!! What really makes me mad is how much I made it be known what my budget was! When I had the moving guy call because I was so upset, they never even offered to make it right in anyway what so ever, and said the break down was sent to my email prior to the move and was probably in my junk mail. As if that makes it any better! Which it was in my junk mail so I never saw it! Seriously the worst company ever!The only good thing that came out to the whole move was the moving crew who took care of all our need and furniture... Thank you Anthony, Corey, and Anfreeny appreciate all ur hard work.This company doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave them to get my review on here everyone should stay clear of All My Sons Moving & Storage!

Definitely an awful experience, would NOT RECOMMEND. I have several times in the last few years and this was my second time using them and NEVER AGAIN. The first time they moved me, they showed up late and only with half a truck open, the rest was filled with other peoples stuff! Because of this, we had to make 3 different trips from each house to move things. The manager did apologize and gave me a discount for the mishap. I went to use them again about a month later when my house closed. The night before, they had called me and told me they had an issue with their Phoenix office and had to bring a truck from Tucson for the move. This caused them to be late getting to our home for the move (the initially stated around 8a when I booked them several weeks in advance and they did not arrive until closer to 10a). They forgot to bring wardrobe boxes even though we discussed bringing them the night before during our confirmation call. After they loaded up the first house and arrived at the new home, the driver told me that I had to pay for them for the move then or they would not unload my stuff off of the truck! It had only been 4 hours at this point and they were trying to charge my credit card for 13 hours of labor! I called and spoke to their manager immediately and the manager informed me that this is their policy because thats how long his driver thinks it will take to unload everything. After an exhausting argument, I agreed to pay for 8 hours of labor only. During the unloading process, boxes were clearly labeled where they were supposed to go in the house and lots of boxes were not placed in the correct rooms. The movers had disassembled beds, cribs, a fridge, washer and dryer and never put any of the furniture back together (ALL other moving companies I have used do this). To this day, I still have not found the hardware to put the bed frame back together myself. Boxes that were labeled fragile were not handled with care, as we had a few boxes with broken glasses for the kitchen. With my moving experience, there are SO MANY other companies out there that do a much better job. Trust me, DO NOT use this company.
I moved July 12, 2019. I did the walk through with the mover. And asked for them not to move any box that has a red X and boxes in this area. To move boxes from the back to the front . Well they took boxes that I asked them not too. Which broke dishes. The order of the boxes are a mess. So I over paid for this trip when they moved me last time is was 350.00 same stuff one year later.

Over charged.. one mover was on his phone texting while the other was trying to do his job.. I called the office to let their boss know.. nothing helped.. They broke my vintage desk tried to tape it with packing tape thinking I wouldnt notice. Then took my trunk with fragile stuff and stood it up long ways and everything fell out and they left it all over my garage floor. I asked if theyd help me put bed together and said they have to charge extra. And then when moving from one location to the next they were following me and took the long way around instead of continuously staying behind me. When I called to make claim on my damaged desk and fragile stuff that fell out of that was in a hard trunk meant to be horizontal not vertical. They never emailed me the forms to fill out. I called again to see if they could try and send again and was hung up on 2xs. Still have Not received the forms to file a claim. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone honestly. I have had my fair share of movers and this is the first company Ive dealt with that I had a complaint about. Dont use them
Moving sucks - everything is out of sorts, especially when your wife is very pregnant and your toddler is in to everything. All My Sons made a stressful situation bearable by helping to pack, load, and unload everything from our 3 bedroom home to our 4 bedroom home. The entire team - Eddie, Ambrose, Craig, James, Trayvon, etc - were polite, courteous, friendly, and careful with the items during the move. While I hope I dont move again anytime soon, if I was, I would contact them again.

Like the others said, bogus charges that were not said initially like paying 130 bucks for gas when they traveled 7 miles. We left when they were pretty much done on the first location and something that was 5 mins away for the second location turned into an hour with them either getting lost or claiming they had more stuff to load. Which they added to the charge time.

From the very first call with Everett until Armando and Jay drove away late last night - this was the best moving experience. The owner, Mark, called a couple of times during the day to make sure that things were going well. We moved our elderly parents into a smaller apartment. They packed the truck with an amazing amount of boxes and furniture and somehow made it all fit in the new apartment. They were pleasant and respectful from the time they arrived a half hour early until the time they drove away at 6:30 that night. This was incredible considering the extremely warm and humid August weather here in Mesa which ended in a strong monsoon storm. They powered through it all and we just cant thank them enough for their hard work. This was more than a 5 star experience.
Beyond disappointed!!!! I had a move scheduled between 12-4 on a Saturday. At 10am I receive a phone call from All My Sons saying they aren’t going to be able to make it because they didn’t have enough drivers. Are you kidding me?! Not to mention, they didn’t even recommend another company or make any phone calls to make it right! It felt like a “you’re on your own” type of conversation! My whole apartment was in boxes and my lease was up in a few days. I paid a deposit to insure I would be moved! I called a few other moving companies in town and they were floored that this happened. Luckily, there were two AMAZING companies who were able to do a SAME DAY move!! I recommended these two companies as they are true to their claims of customer service. Arizona Elite Moving - the owner Penny was amazing! She made phone calls and assured me if she couldn’t do it she would find me someone who could! She was going to help me even if it wasn’t her company doing the move. I ended up going with a different company due to timing of the day. I went with Camelback Moving and they came at 2pm and got to work right away! They were awesome!! Same day move!If you need to move a certain day don’t hire All My Sons - they might call you and tell you they aren’t coming!

Booked over a month in advance. I received a phone call at 7 am informing me that we had to reschedule or cancel. I would have rescheduled, but its hard to trust them after the bad first impression.They informed me it was the first time in a few years this happened. Ive hired All My Sons in Oklahoma City. The were awesome. This one in AZ was just a bad experience.

TERRIBLE!! I had an extremely easy move and they handled it horribly. They showed up completely unprepared. They loaded my brand new treadmill into the truck and broke the legs off it because they forgot to tie down their ladder. Never called their office about it at the move so the office just gave me the run around. Im out $800 - Cant fix it. Never even had a chance to use it. Now i Have to pay someone to haul it out of here. They showed up with NO TOOLS to take apart or put back together bunkl beds. I disclosed these items at the point of getting the quote AND confirming the appointment. So they ran off at the end with the BUNK BED in pieces all over the floor. They even got an attitude at the end when they figured out they were NOT getting a tip. I would not recommend All My Sons to my worst enemy.
This company as completely unprofessional, told me that I was scheduled for 4pm and messed up the time and then rescheduled with me again in which they didn’t even bother showing up or trying to call me to cancel after I waited on them for over 4 hours. When I got ahold of them they claimed their other job ran over schedule and hey couldn’t move me today, but didn’t think to call me to notify me about this so called “run over” when I talked to the owner he was less than concerned or apologetic and said that he could give me back $100 of the money I had already put down and he could reschedule me once more, for Monday.....Yeah I don’t think so....take it and shove it..... take ur business elsewhere, horrible customer service.

Unorganized, bogus charges, and slow was our experience with this mover. dont use them. They hit and damaged walls, left items at our home, mixed up boxes that should have gone to storage and all of which were stickered and labeled. Worst moving experience ever. I paid for their pizza lunch and they still charged me an extra hour when lots of time was wasted looking his his ipad tablet that the foreman misplaced. MOved cost me $2,200 and I was very unhappy with the work. they over charge for materials and charged me $189 for driving far from their main office as if that was my problem that it was located way out of town. NEVER AGAIN>
Scuffed my furniture, put a hole in a new couch and explosivel ldiarrhea left in my toilet. They didnt care about my belongings at all! Never heard back from customer service !!
