We purchased a home in Tempe Arizona mid October 2021 and the former owner hired AAction Movers. They left a huge hole in the ceiling of our house and a claim was promptly submitted. They have refused to respond to the claim or fix the damage. They won’t return phone calls or emails. Next step is us reporting this company to the BBB and taking them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Oh my goodness. Do not use this mover. They didnt put down any padding (told me it was unnecessary since they were so careful) chipped my hardwood flooring, and then, succeeded in putting a nice large hole in my ceiling due to their negligence in negotiating a corner, when they brought a mattress that was in a large box down the stairs. The one in charge said Im sorry 100 times. So was I. I paid top dollar for this move and got the three stooges. Then when I called the general manager, Jonathan, to tell him of my experience, and left a message, he never called me back. As far as getting the claim done, no one has done anything yet. I paid over $6,000 for this move. Very very very bad service. When you call, they never answer their phone it goes directly to voicemail. They should not even be in business. Ridiculous. And they dont care. And United Van lines doesnt bother doing anything about it either.

We arranged to have our move through AAction Movers mainly due to the wonderful job Ryan Larson did when he came to quote the move. During the process he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and made sure our move went smoothly.. Our driver/mover “Suli” was hard working and very good at protecting our belongings. We are very happy with the service provided.

From start to finish this company was amazing, especially Ryan Larsen. He was available all through the estimating, packing, in transport and delivery. I would like to mention that those who did the packing were on time, efficient and were extremely careful with all items. Delivery was made in a very professional way every item checked in before they were finished and they were extremely careful when bringing it all in. I would recommend this company to anyone anticipating a move.

Late on pickup, almost caused us to miss our move out date. Jody will promise you everything and when they do not follow through she won’t even answer the phone. 3 days late on delivery so far, not sure when they will get here. One thing they are note late on is billing, they have already taken my money and left us out to dry. Never, never, never use AAction!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were extremely pleased from the first conversation with Ryan Larsen. He was very helpful and professional in advising us how to proceed with our cross country move. Needless to say moving from AZ to NJ in the dead of winter with COVID was stressful enough.We had weather complications and he and Jodi from United were there for us and helped us through a very tough time. I would 100% recommend this team. Thank you Ryan and Jodi. Even after the move Ryan is still helping when needed.

The movers were actually really great and they moved very quickly so I am sad that I have to give this review but I just want to warn people about how their charges works. This goes back to the front office who gives the quotes. They have a 4 hour minimum which is perfect! However, what they dont tell you is that 1 hour of that time is dedicated specifically to driving ONLY. They will not use that time as moving time. So that is 3 hours of moving and 1 hour of driving. Our drive was 10 minutes away from our new place. They started at 7:30 AM and we were signing paperwork at 11:30 AM. Exactly four hours, however they actually charged us for 4 hours of work and 1 hour of driving. So we used 4 hours altogether but got charged for 5 hours. We were going to give that money as a huge tip to the movers, but instead spent it on time that we didnt even use. I even asked them on the phone if there is anything about their fees that I should know about and they told me no. That was a very disappointing end to an already stressful day.

The best advertising for this company is their sales rep Ryan Larson. He was the most responsive most Pleasant and most professional of all the different people I talked to at other companies. He and his wife were wonderful to deal with and a delight to get to know!

I’ve been coming here to pick up orders and I have to say the people that work in that office are great. Santos gets the crates off my truck and they make it easygoing. The manager John always gets me a coke or water when I come in.

I am completely dissatisfied that they changed my price 2 times when the truck was picking up my furniture. The price went up a thousand dollars and then the packers wanted more money the second time the day the truck was at my house. I believe my price was not allowed to change but this office kept calling me to sign for more money. I am trying to get this money back.

Ryan Larsen was on time, very professional, very timely and precise on his estimate of our upcoming move from Arizona to Minnesota. A real pleasure to work with. United van lines is lucky to have him as a team member!

Ryan was very attentive to our moving needs given we had a lot of very bulky, furniture and heavy workshop equipment. Ryan followed up with us within a couple days to see if he could provide any other information, which was appreciated.

We had a challenging location and a piano to move! The team were flexible with meeting our time and location needs. They treated Moms piano with great care. I couldnt be happier.

I had my items taken into storage using this company. The men that came out were very friendly and polite. They were nice enough to wait for me for an hour because I was running late. They packed everything and loaded very fast. Would recommend.

Helping them expand into new building

I only worked in the parking lot when they had a construction crew ripping out asphalt. Since I drove a dump truck I didnt go inside or use their services.

I have been doing business with this company for years. Jonathan has helped me store items while some of my builds were taking place. Well priced and good people that work at this establishment. I currently have containers being stored at this location. Highly recommend Aaction Movers and Go Minis.

This moving company was awesome. They took care of all of my items. I would recommend this company. I could only remember one of the mens name Cody but they all did a wonderful job.

I highly recommend this moving company. From Brent in the office to Alan who came to our home they were great! We moved from Gilbert to Mesa and the move was great. The men put runners down on the carpet for protection, the furniture was well protected and the move took less time that quoted. Great Service, Great Price, 5 Stars

Great movers! Used these guys for my last move! They were punctual and work really fast. Brought extra padding, covers, and boxes if we needed them. We’re gentle and respectful with our stuff. Made the headache of moving a lot nicer. Thanks!!

These guys were great. They were here for literally one hour and had me packed up and all my stuff in their truck. Sully I believe was one of the guys who came out and was incredible. I also liked that the Manager reached out to me to ask how my experience was. Good service.

These guys came through on short notice and did a great job. They put all my furniture together as if they were the ones that took it apart. That was impressive and they made sure to lay cardboard down so my floors were protected. Happy to use Action Movers.

The packers were there on time and did a tremendous job of packing the kitchen things. Extra care was taken with pictures and the like. Nothing was broken and special dishware and glassware was double wrapped. Movers were there bright and early, with smiles on their faces, and all went extremely well, even with a temperature of 99 degrees. James was a delight!!! Eric his helper on this end, was very helpful, too. Hope I never have to move again but if I do, I will remember this good experience.

The movers were on time, able to be flexible as far as having to move the truck to come in a different way that worked better for us, and were super friendly and willing. They unpacked everything and left it all in wonderful condition!!!! So glad I opted to have this lovely furniture shipped - totally worth the cost!!!

Theyre worth the extra money. Theyre professional, show up on time, make sure not to break your stuff, have generally good attitudes and dont hound you for tips. A breath of fresh air compared to other movers Ive used. This is also true of the movers at the destination. Id also like to add that there was no attempt to get a down payment or extra money beyond the agreement made initially which was very good. Other movers have tried both with me before which is why I fired them and went with United.

Moving was not as stressful as I thought it would be. The men with United took good care of my belongings.

From start to finish, Aaction Movers did an excellent job with our move. Relocations can be stressful at anytime, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, perhaps even more so. These guys were great!! I needed a moving company to move my elderly Father from his 5th floor apartment. When I first called Aaction, I talked to Barbara in customer service. She put me in contact with Bob the GM in Denver. From the very first phone call I had with Barbara and then with Bob, everyone was courteous, professional and followed thru on what they said they would do. The crew arrived at the 5th floor apartment on time and were ready to pack and get this move completed as painlessly as possible. Isaiah and Sean packed Dads belongings carefully and moved them like they were owned by their own Grandfathers!! When it came time to pay the bill, there were no surprises and it did not cost a penny more than I expected. I would strongly recommend Aaction Movers.

AAction Movers are A++ when it comes to above and beyond service. A scheduling miscommunication with my 83-year grandparents left them sleeping on an air bed in an empty house during one of the busiest moving weeks of the year. AAction Movers was completely booked up, but came to the rescue and moved mountains to get my grandparents shipment delivered the Saturday of a fully booked week. A crew volunteered to work during their weekend off and the GM, Jonathan, personally assisted the crew in a tremendous effort to help their customers. Despite the rushed delivery everything was handled with care, respect, and was fully accounted for. This family is extremely satisfied with AAction Movers and their level of service!!

Packer seems confused about my move and the proper procedures. Refused to label my property (i.e. Ironing board) and said dont worry it will show up. I had to be the one to make the entry into the form. Didnt property pack my pots and pans and didnt have the proper boxes to pack all my gear and therefore I could not seal my boxes. Highly unusual and Im glad I have property insurance on those items.

My girlfriend had a move done by this company. They quoted her a price and we ended up paying less because the crew finished faster than the estimated time. Fast and professional.

I had a very good experience with my move. Everything arrived safely and was done in less time than the estimate which saved money. Since I was moving from just one building to another in the same complex the foreman correctly decided not to load the truck. Everything was carried from one building to the other and nothing had to be dismantled. I was able to pay in advance with my credit card and promptly received my refund for the difference in what the final bill actually was.

BY FAR THE BEST THAT I HAVE FOUND IN ARIZONA ALL OF THE SMALLER COMPANIES SEEM TO HAVE INTERNAL ISSUES. Required a move from a 1 bedroom apartment and everything went smoothly without any issues whatsoever. They showed up on time and had everything packed up and loaded onto the truck within just a few hours. I personally had movers Suli and Sean and they did a stand up job and hope others get to experience their hard work as well!

I was a bit disappointed with the way the crew loaded our belongings on the shuttle truck, and the fact they only sent two people to move our things. The young man did most of the lifting and packing while the older gentleman documented items. I ended up helping move some of our things from our storage unit. However, the crew that brought our things up from AZ. were extremely professional and enjoyable to work with. My wife and I thought they were careful with everything and were concerned about what we had to say. I would recommend AAction Movers, and United Vanlines. Thank you.

Recently my parents had to relocate from Las Vega to Phoenix, Az. the experience was the best experience I have ever had with moving companies. The sales person was very attentive to our questions and concerns. The pack team was the best I have seen yet as they were very cautious with our china and crystal ware. when we received our full truckload in Phoenix 2 weeks ago i was concerned of broken items. The sales person and Coordinator explained the claim process thoroughly. Luckily we did not have to use the claims service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to use them.

Am very pleased with AAction movers, they are thorough and professional.I have received my shipment well in advance and they keep in touch during the transit .The pricing goes by the weight of the shipment and if your actual shipment weight is less than the estimated, they will refund the difference money .

For the most part, it went very well. The house I moved into is back off a gravel road. I was told that if the big moving van could not make it up the road to my home, they would offload my goods to a smaller truck and use that truck to deliver my stuff, at no extra charge. When the driver got here he knew he could not get the big moving van all the way to the house but did not want to move my stuff to a smaller truck then deliver it. Instead he moved the van as far up the road as he could and then said we could transfer my stuff to my pickup truck and then use my truck to get the rest of the way to my house. I told the driver the moving manager I talked to on the phone said he had reserved a truck just in case it was needed. The driver said they dont do that and started moving my stuff from the van onto my pickup. I wasnt too thrilled with this because it meant I would have to be driving my truck back and forth between the van and my house instead keeping track off where stuff was put in the house. I will add that the driver and his helper were very friendly and professional and made an extra effort to make sure things like my couch was where I wanted it and helped to position my bed in the master bedroom.

Worst company I ever worked for. I drove for these people for a year and made them a lot of money, I was a company driver and I got charged for other employees damages without any verification. They also took money out every week for an escrow account and refused to pay it back without any reason or explanation. I wouldnt recommend this company to work for or to hire, they are very underhanded

This service was used as part of a long distance United Van Lines move between AZ ad VA. They are a contractor to United. Between1990 and 2005 I had used United Van Lines twice with good results. United Van Lines today has become a moving contractor and is not the same company it was 10-25 years ago. Today they are a series of complex shell corporations that only have an administrative staff and all physical moving, storage, and transportation services are contracted out. The contractors do not have the same work ethic or commitment to quality as past employee staff, not even close. United picks the contractors, but does not tell you who. United Van LInes only wants to make a buck now on their former reputation and have no liability for all real moving because services are contracted out. Do not be fooled into believing it is the same big company that has its reputation to maintain and cares about its customers. I found that out the hard way.Use this contracted service if you want the following:* Unprofessional, rude, low quality moving service priced at high quality professional service* Movers rescheduling several times, movers showing up hours late with no communication or respect of your time or commitments* Movers asking for multiple loooong breaks on your paid time for bathroom, smokes, calls* Movers disassemble, but unable to reassemble items at delivery, so you have to do it* Movers throwing and leaving trash in your home, yard, driveway* Movers coming unbathed, dirty, and foul smelling leaving a stench in your home* Movers lying and being disrespectful to you, your family, neighborhood, and your home* Movers complaining about everything while hinting for a tip regardless of bad service* Movers trying to hide your items on the truck so they can keep them* Movers arguing over obvious missing, damaged, or broken items* Hearing false excuses and how it was the other guys who damaged or lost your items* Movers trying to lie to and fool you into signing a form saying all was delivered perfectly and you are totally satisfied* Spending your time documenting, estimating, and trying to get reimbursed for damages only to be denied or ignored* Having to pay more than the final moving quote because there were surprise charges* Having to clean up after the movers destroy your home* Having to arrange disposal or repair of damaged items out of pocket despite full insurance* Having to search for and replace damaged items out of pocket* Having to spend your time writing reviews as your only form of justiceMy advice in general for relocations is to move items in a rental cargo van or box truck. Tow the car on trailer. Discard, sell, or donate all bulky and heavy items that do not fit. Hire local realtor recommended labor to load and unload on each end. Purchase new items or used furniture items at destination with free delivery. Easier and better experience that costs about the same or less than full service movers. This does not apply to all situations, price it out, and if it does apply save yourself some grief. Life is too short.

I would give it no starys but thats not possible. Their packers broke a ton of my stuff. Items did not come when promised but two weeks late! Horrible people.

They sent WAREHOUSE workers!!! I was charged 3 1/2 hours to move SEVEN ITEMS !!! and he actually wanted to charge me MORE !! NEVER AGAIN

Lost and damaged household goods is not good.
