(First & foremost: There is a wonderful man here named Rusty, hes a sales manager. It isnt often someone (a Salesman at that!) looks you in your face & sees you as an individual rather than filing you into a demographic to be treated as such. He was very present in the situation not trying to rush you through so he could get his word in. He listened and HEARD then responded genuinely...Ill never ever forget my encounter with that man! We need more wholesome people like him! I give him 5 stars!) Well I got my heart broken here today... I had to return the keys to my Chevy equinox. I do not have very good Credit shamefully to admit, my CO signer however, has wonderful credit! After reviewing our credit & mulling it over with w/Mark, our salesman, we decided to wait & see what Someone in Finance thought before we pursued approval. Unfortunately finance said the APR would be higher than we were shooting for. We understood & accepted it. We went ahead & shot off our application to the banks & came back yet an even HIGHER APR estimate....oooooook ouch but again, gotta repair my credit, we accepted & signed, drove away w/ a smile on in my new to me chvy equinox. Fell in love w/ it! Bought seat covers, steering wheel cover got all my tuners settings just right ect ect... co signer calls me couple days later, tells me we have to take the car back! πŸ˜­πŸ’” APR went from 8% original est to 10% est to 18% approval!! 10grand car with warranty & all the taxes fees ect would cost me more like 20grand! That broke my heart my cosigner wont go for it now I have to keep searching...My hangup w/ this place was the very tail end of the experience, The finance man.. I cant even remember his name but his presence was unpleasant he was cold & unwelcoming he wasnt happy for us no playful banter no congrats no suggestions...just get these signed & get out of my office. This was my very first car buying experience at a dealership! My cosigner felt he wasnt very honest in doing everything he could for us. I was hoping to renegotiate so we were waiting for someone in finance to get into the office in an hr to call us....3-4 hours later im sitting here on my couch, still waiting, no call...like a bad break up

I have been coming to Big Two Mitsubishi for over 10 years to get my car serviced. I drive it from Tucson because I prefer the service and quality that I get here. Overall the service managers that I have met through the years here have all been excellent. They greet me with a smile and are genuine with the necessary repairs. On occasion one might be having a grumpy day but that is rare. The current manager, Matt, and his manager John, gave me excellent service on my most recent car repairs. Originally some things did not go as planned but they remedied the situation quickly and made sure I knew that I was a valued customer. I work in the service industry myself and I appreciate the time that they took to ensure I got what I needed in a timely fashion.

While I didnt buy my Outlander PHEV at this dealership. I get it serviced there and absolutely love their service team. Always responsive helpful, quick. I recently had an issue that they helped me resolve. The team lead by John is great he really runs a great service center.The lobby is nice, comfortable and clean when I wait to get my car serviced. The sales staff is also very friendly.If you are thinking of getting a car there you wont be disappointed!

I bought their car back in July but wanted to wait a while before writing this review to really make sure they delivered on how great this car is. I live in Gilbert and have to drive in to Phoenix for work, so a reliable car was a must. But I also don’t make a ton of money and they really understood that. They understood I was young and this was my first car and instead of playing on my naivety like most dealerships would, they were truly honest with me. Their good reputation with auto loan banks helped me to get an amazing interest rate and monthly payment plan for my beautiful Corolla, as well as a two year bumper to bumper extended warranty. They were patient with me the whole day. I definitely took a long time making my decision, with calling family who knew about cars to make sure I was getting a good deal. Now I’m sitting here for my routine maintenance 5 months laterβ€”they still took me in even though I was late because I went to the wrong Big Two. As long as they are around I will always go to them for a car till the day I’m too old to drive. If I have children, they will go to them for a car. I hope my Corolla continues to serve me well. I am very grateful.

This location is generally top notch. I was a little bit confused by the fact they were originally thinking I only wanted one tire replaced, when the other is a year old. I questioned it, they picked up another tire, and made the adjustment quickly. This was not typical from the team that works here. Ive been a regular for over 6 yrs now. Thanks for always taking good care of me. I would recommend.

This was the most amazing buying experience and absolutely will buy future cars from Big Two Mitsubishi as a result of the amazing service and deal that I received. Freddy, our salesman, was friendly, very kind, very knowledgeable and super attentive to what I was looking for and asking for. I will certainly go to him in the future when I need another car. He worked very hard to make everything happen and get the results I wanted. Dave in finance was amazing, He even surprised me with an even better deal than what I was asking for. All of the sales staff that I encountered, including the sales manager, Carl, went above and beyond to make this the best experience ever. I am so happy with the entire shopping experience that I have been bragging to all my friends about the amazing, wonderful and super staff and deal that I received with this car purchase. I bought a used Hyundai for my little sister at the end of January 2019 and negotiated the contract by phone/email (Im in CA shes in AZ). The salesman, Les, was very easy to work with and the sales manager Steve Jordan, went out of his way to make sure my sister had an opportunity to drive the car before we bought it. The car was a 2014 with 47,000 miles on it. There was only one prior owner and the car had undergone Hyundais service/repair process before being placed for sale. It was important to me that the car was still under warranty and I made that point clear in the sales process. I thought I found the perfect car for my sister.Two weeks after my sister bought the car the heat vents didnt work. The heater worked, but the heat would not come out of the vents. Believing it was still under warranty, my sister brought it into the dealer close to her work, three weeks later, only to find the manufacturers warranty had expired two weeks before I bought it. When I contacted Steve Jordan about the issue, instead of apologizing for the issue or standing by the dealers service of this car before placing the car up for sale, he simply informed me that I had an opportunity to see if anything was wrong with the vehicle before I bought it. Funny, he was a stand up guy when it was time to make the sale but, after he got his money, he couldnt care less about me as a client. (BTW - We also had Pep Boys do an inspection before we bought it). Since I didnt find anything before I bought the car, Steve basically informed me it was my problem. The car broke within the 30 day dealer warranty period, I was misled about the availability of the manufacturers warranty and there was absolutely NO pride or ownership of the work from Big Two. Instead, he offered to sell me a warranty for $1800. Insulting!So, buyer beware. I bought from Big Two because of all of the great ratings. What I didnt know at the time is that they are just like any other shady dealer: anxious to make the deal at any cost and no ownership for the quality of work. I thought I did everything right. My big mistake was thinking Big Two was a stand up dealership. Buyers, beware before doing business with them.

Had a rather unpleasant experience with buying a lemon from this dealership. Of course, I firmly believe they had absolutely no knowledge of the issues that would arise. After showing back up to the dealership in a virtual hissy fit, I was pleasantly greeted by Morgan, a salesperson there. He immediately took ownership of the situation and set out to resolve it. I ended up with an incredible deal on a beautiful new vehicle. Morgan spent an hour teaching me every single little trick and pointer I needed to really get to know my vehicle. This is a car salesperson that really cares. I will never use anyone else!

This one goes out to their service department. If you like shady mechanics this is the place to go but what is an honest mechanic anyway? Long story short, I paid $150.00 for an air filter that Im 99% sure they didnt even install and they tell me I need $6000.00 (new engine and multiple other problems) worth of repairs on my Mitsubishi Outlander that didnt even have a check engine light on or any signs that anything was wrong. I only took it there to get detailed and several recalls fixed. Ultimately they refused my detail job and charged me for nothing. They did do the recalls so I guess they earned this 1 star.

I went in early July to buy my very first car. I own a Mitsubishi & I like my car, so I wanted to stick with what I knew. I saw the commercial about the outlander and thats what drew me in. So I went with my dad & brother. When I got there, we were greeted right away by Alisha, she was very nice and we test drove the car. Once we started talking numbers is when Steve the manager came in the picture, he was very nice at first until he didnt get his way. All we wanted to do is go home and think about it. He threw his papers and didnt even say goodbye to us, I was In complete shock by his attitude, we walked out of there and I didnt know if I was coming back,. Alisha the sales rep called me after to thank me and see what she can do. I decided I would give them another try since she was kind and I really wanted that car. I came back the following Monday with my dad. We signed papers and talked to the Finance manager and I was happy with the payments and the numbers. As we walked back Steve didnt even look at us and one of the guys apologized for his behavior. We went back to sign a few more things and my dad noticed something wasnt right with the numbers, so he went to Steve and Steve just started yelling at my dad. Again I was shocked.. so unprofessional and I am the customer.. even if I was wrong, there is a way to handle the situation. I told my dad forget it, we will just leave and i will take my 2k deposit and go somewhere else. Steve still continued to yell as his employees shook their heads at him. Alisha called after and just wanted to sell the car, didnt apologize for anything or try to make it better. It sucked and probably the worst first car purchase I could think of. I would never recommend anyone to go there and anytime I talk to someone theyve had a similar experience. The worst experience/

I came in to look at a used Mitsubishi evolution and was greeted by the sales manager I believe her name was Kindra. Had a fantastic visit and was even able to take a look at an SUV that I hadnt considered. big difference I know!Ken took his time and was super friendly and made it really easy to get all the information I needed to make my decision. I did end up coming back the very next day and left in the new car.Thank you to the friendly staff, their transparency and efficiency. 5 star all the way around.

Came here attempting to research a vehicle since my car was totalled... I was still waiting for my total loss letter and the final payoff amount so obviously not ready to buy Steve tried to push me into financing immediately before even allowing me to get in a text drive stating I didnt need my total loss letter and he could finance me completely irresponsible and pushy they do not car about the customer at all when I tried to talk to Steve he continued to talk over me so I walked out the door. Our sales rep Alicia was a very nice woman who just couldnt help thanks to Steve.

Terrible customer service! From the moment you walk into this dealership it feels like a ghost town. And after attempting to do business with them I could see why! First of all we had to go hunt for a sales person to get help. Second they assumed that because my son was young (early 20’s) that he had bad credit and could not qualify on his own. So wrong! My son had seen a preowned vehicle online that he really liked and he was 100% ready to buy, but after test driving that vehicle a Ford and another vehicle a Honda. We felt that the Honda was a better fit for him. Well guess what?? Once again they assumed that he couldn’t afford the payment and then proceeded to tell me that their sticker prices were set. It sounds like they wanted to stick my son with the Ford and the Honda was not even an option. Well anyway... happy ending! We crossed over to East Valley Nissan where my son purchased a brand new vehicle that he absolutely loves. At the end of the day he obtained a brand new vehicle at a better price, and WAY BETTER customer service. Mitsubishi you lost a customer for sure πŸ’― % . Moral of this review don’t go to this dealership they will assume you can’t afford what they have. Take your business and money elsewhere ✌

Love these guys, they may not be the most affordable option, but unlike most mechanic shops these guys actually work over your car when you have a problem. I went to a bakes plus and paid 75 dollars just for them to do a system check and tell me what might be wrong. For 130 the dealership looked over my car, gave me an accurate estimate and they didnt give it a 200% mark up.

I just recently bought a brand new Mitsubishi here and Mark McGee was the man who showed me without hesitation several different colors, and editions of the same car. He was patient with me, even while being there after hours on Christmas Eve! I am so pleased with how personable, understanding, and kind not only Mark was but, also Steve who helped me finance the car. Mark, Steve and Carl were nothing but accommodating and helpful during the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them if youre searching for your new vehicle!

Do not do business with them unless you like to be harassed by unwanted phone calls!Ive never written this story because I am one of those, oh its a dealership, theyre all crooks. But Ive decided to finally write about my experience now since they wont leave me alone.When I even owned my 2009 lancer, I took it in due to the battery corrosion. This was early 2014. They exaggerated. Told me that the corrosion went far into the cabling and that some parts were on back order from Japan and would takes over 6 weeks to get. Costs were in the thousands. I had a friend who worked on cars take a look, he order the special battery fuse replacement from a Texas dealership for about $40 and fix it as soon as it arrived in about 3-5 days.Now, I havent even owned the lancer for about 9 months and they will not leave me alone. Ive had them on my blocked list with my phone company and now I have their phone calls forwarding to a voice mail without even getting through to me since re-blocking them is annoying and I forget to keep up to date. I have spoken to one rep who advised theyd removed me from the list. A second time, I called back annoyed requesting to be removed which they kindly said theyd do. Another time, I just had it, called them back, advised that Id already called and said I dont have the car and that Id been told Ive been removed from the call list. I told him that Im going to report them. The guy sighed as if HE was annoyed, claimed to be a manager, and claimed to have taken care of it.Can anyone guess what happened next? I received another phone call from them so I followed through and wrote this up. Ill be posting this on BBB, Yelp, and Facebook and any other social media I can due to the companys inability to do as the customer requested. Especially when I dont even have the vehicle anymore.

My wife and I were looking for a 3rd row vehicle for our family and found the Outlander. Emailed Big2 about one that we liked and got a response from Chris within minutes. Chris was very straightforward and gave us a great deal! No haggling or negotiating, we were in and out in about an hour with a brand new vehicle. When we got to Big2, David met us outside and let my wife drive the Outlander around. Showed us all the options and what the different trims offered. He was beyond knowledgeable and was truly interested in helping us. Michelle was great too, she took our son for a ride on the golf cart! This was the best experience purchasing a car we have ever had. David helped us through the paperwork and the finance team was amazing to work with. A couple signatures later and we were off driving our new vehicle. Thank you Big2! You guys rock!

Very frustrating experience. Stopped by one evening because we were interested in a pre-owned car on the lot, and when we came back the following evening the frustrating insanity began. A salesperson came out to greet us and immediately began with stating incorrect facts and applying unnecessary pressure. We took the car for a test drive, and although we had been told repeatedly that a one hundred point inspection had been performed on the car, the check engine and TPMS lights came on during the test drive. The salesperson promised all work had been done, and said that the service personnel merely forgot to reset the lights (resetting a check engine light is not just unethical, it is actually illegal). He wanted to pull a credit report before the price was negotiated, and was obviously upset when we said no. We met with the manager, and the deception increased. He provided a car fax report and bragged about great maintenance history, pointing out how well kept the car was. After closely looking at the report, I realized it was for an entirely different car with half the miles. After some firm words, he finally produced the correct report which had NO maintenance history on a 60k mile car. The car was overpriced by at least $4k, so we told what we would pay. The manager did us a favor by dropping the price $400. We said drop the price to what it was truly valued, or we would walk. They balked, we walked. The next day both the salesperson and manager individually called a couple times, like a tag team, dropping the price a couple hundred each time, but never coming close to the real value of the car. We went to another dealership, got a nicer vehicle that was priced correctly and in better overall condition, and the salesperson was actually honest and upfront. One positive, Big Two dealership proved that a dealership can truly live up to the age-old stereotype of used-car salespeople.

Went in just browsing, inquired on a couple of Pre-owned vehicles I was interested in and the young man who I was working with, Freddie, found me the vehicle I had been searching for. He went out of his way to bring the vehicle for me from their other store and even brought it to my house so that I could test drive it. The whole time I stressed the fact of my time, my money, the payments I wanted and by the time I made my decision it took less than 1 hour to have everything completed. We bought two cars from them. The first transaction was good. The second was terrible. They falsified our credit score, lower than it really was. And now. 10 months later, I get a letter from the DMV starting my car, that I traded in, is listed as abandoned and my license will be suspended till I pay the fine. I love our Mitsubishi but I suggest buying somewhere else. Total screw ups and scam artists.

Purchased my car here. The price they quoted was the price I got. NO ADDITIONS were made to the paperwork. I went to other dealer who quoted sales & after I would go to purchase all sorts of fees brought the car up to the original price. Not here. The sale price was the entire price, and less than any other dealer.

We have been to Big Tow three times. Third time was a total bomb. Its a shame too, because a little communication from Christopher could have made the one star into a four star. I dont care if a deal was made, I dont care if I bought to cheapest car, or was flat out told to pound sand. What I do care about is communication.....thats all.....simple. We went back the third time, and I would expect at least that. Dealers get a bad rap, and some deserve it for just being plain old jerks, but this review could have been very different with a simple thing. Communication. I dont think that expectation is out of line!

Big Two has provided service for years and the most recent was no exception. They seem to always find a way to accommodate you. My most recent experience involved my travel trailer and having it inspected for any issues, wheel bearings packed, tires checked, etc. We were taking it up to our Colorado property and did not want a problem. We trust the expertise of the staff with all our automotive needs.

Excellent customer service. I have a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and my Service Engine Soon turned on. I checked my fuel has cap which was loose. Took in my vehicle without an appointment and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Will my vehicle was in the bay, a gentleman cleaned all my dirty windows. I never leave reviews! This is my first actually! Lol This place is AMAZING! Amazing customer service! They do their best to help you 100% I bought a 2017 in August of 2017 and LOVED that car!! Then when trying to get my husband out of drive time (26% interest!! Yikes!!)... long story short, we walked away with 2 brand new Outlander sport special editions! (I wasnt planning on upgrading AT ALL) they quoted me at 57 dollars more than my 2017 at first, i was so on the fence I called next day and said I will just stick with mine, but they assured me my payments would go down, and they delivered!! 100% I personally now have a lower interest rate, and my payment only up 3 dollars from my 2017! I will forever count on these guys!! And will definitely spread the word!! Thank you!!Update: when I got my brand new one, it looked absolutely amazing, I washed it once! And noticed it had water spots ALL over the front end, that I couldnt get off...(Im guessing from the lot sprinklers, mine was sitting right up front...my hubby took my car back in 3 weeks later (after I bought it) and they saw what I was talking about and completely buffed the entire thing, granted, some were missed, but what it looked like before, I absolutely would NOT live with! And I have washed it since, and those spots are in fact gone! Thank you guys! I wasnt expecting them to pull through but they did! So for future buyers make fire they Buff out those hard water spots, because they are NO joke! I did purchase my car at night, so they probably were not seen, but they did in fact fix it, NO questions!

Pushy and all they wanted to was check my credit. They undervalued my trade in by $3k, from what another Mitsubishi had offered me (without any rebates or incentives). They didnt offer to let me test drive the vehicle I wanted and they showed no interest in showing me what the vehicle I wanted had as features. I have purchased 3 different vehicles at the big two locations, Toyota and Mitsubishi and this has been by far the worst.To the manager that decided to come over and yell and tell me that numbers didnt matter until you checked my credit, youre the reason I wont come back. And to Kory the sales person, thanks for trying to take away the unfinished application from my hands even when I told you I didnt want to give you any of my information. You both are what I would consider trashy and rude.

A red Honda with company plates turned out of a street into the yellow lane and without waiting turns into the lane in front of me, I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. We honked and went on our way, the red car slows down even more and switches lanes to line up to our car. The driver just stared at us and smirked. Not even apologetic about his horrendous driving. Not a great encounter, Ill be sure to avoid the company. Didnt have a license plate, just the company name for plates.

Service dept answered the phone, Mark Mitsu didnt... went to big 2 even though it is further; once there, had a pleasant experience.My 2018 outlander is beat up but no one gave me a hard time.Big 2 offered quality service at discount prices (full synthetic oil change for $70 including 27 point inspection and tire rotation!) and they have a bunch of coupons available (mark mitsu had none).Parts department looks like they were just robbed. Not much to spend money on. My factory wheel locks had to be ordered.Pity there wasnt even an old Evo to glaze upon in the showroom...

Huge Shout Out to Seth and Chad at Big Two Mistsubishi! You guys have made my first new car purchase a piece of cake!--Seth seriously walked around the lot with me, in circles, helping me decide which Mitsubishi Outlander would be a perfect fit for my family and I--he put up with my indecisiveness and just laughed at all possible scenarios I made up to make sure my car was THE car. The paperwork was a breeze and I didnt have a whole ton of it to fill out, Seth took care of most of it, once my car was done with detailing and he was ready to hand over the keys it was about an hour and a half process, not only did he walk my family and I out, he even set up my Bluetooth, showed me how to work the steering wheel controls and then we were on our way. Purchased a new 2013 Lancer with Tire and Wheel Protection, GAP Insurance, Key Insurance, and a Bumper to Bumper Warranty, then was requested to come in to sign new contracts because according to the salesman The bank has new terms. Well those new terms included removing the Tire and Wheel Protection, but this was not explained by the salesman. He had only stated that the term was extended as well as the Bumper To Bumper warranty.Of course I get a flat tire being in Arizona, and the dealership explains that the tire and wheel protection had been removed when the new contracts were signed. Since this was not explained to me at the signing and hidden from me, I made a complaint to the BBB, and the business responds by asking me to pay $470 to get the tire and wheel protection back!Avoid this business. Theres a bunch of other dealerships in the same area that you can check out. The salesmen here make it very obvious that sales are low, and that they dont know the actual vehicle theyre selling. One saleswoman took me on a test drive thinking the vehicle was an Outlander Sport, only to be shocked that it was the actual Outlander. How did she even get hired?

I was originally referred in by a friend, and when i went in the guy i was referred to apparently wasnt working that night so the group that was there helped me as i was interested in the Mazda 3.. they said because of certain things it would be a better option to look into a new car. so he showed me the car that i was qualified for, the Mitsubishi Mirage, and i wasnt that crazy about it at all and i felt like i was being pushed into it. so i said ill wait to do any sort of deal. Then he came back with a reasonable price i could afford so i decided to go ahead and go through with it. After everything was signed and done with, i drove off with the car. I started to really like it vs how i felt towards it in the beginning. Then they call and say they couldnt get me financed so i offered to bring the car back and they said no no we will keep trying so i was called in one night to go over things and the finance guy, Dave, said he got me approved through Santander.. but my interest rate and payment had gone up. I told him i really couldnt afford it.. and he kept pushing me to find someone to borrow money from or co-sign and i repeatedly told him i was on my own. So later that night i texted him expressing my concerns and he said he will handle it and then started getting inappropriate and asked me to send him pictures of myself which was very disturbing and telling me he would massage me, which made me feel uncomfortable! So a few days later i went into the dealership and talk to another group of people who had been working that night. Lamont and Chad and expressed my concerns with the car and the inappropriate messages i received from Dave.They said they would talk to somebody and give me a call letting me know what i should do and where the next step will be taken. Then a few mornings later i get a call from Bryan, in finance, and i am told that he doesnt have time to wait for a down payment and that i would either have to bring in $500 or bring the car back, which i never promised in the first place!! i signed for a $335 payment with no down payment, and a trade-in since i purchased new! Anyways, he was very rude and after everything i had put up with, from their unprofessional-ism to their fingers up their asses not knowing what they are doing. i returned the car today and have no interest in dealing with them ever again! They have poor ethics and poor professionalism! Just because a young pretty girl walks through your door doesnt mean you have the right to take advantage of them!

I am simply blown away by the amazing hospitality and servece. I had the pleasure of working luis, mo, and chris. No pressure what so ever when looking at the cars and they did everything they could to save me money and get me a good rate for being a first time car financer. They even were nice enough to give my boyfriens some food while i was purchasing the car because he was starving. I even checked out some of the other dealerships in the area and all of them were just concerned with making sure i qualified for the car before even letting me look at it. The other dealers just want your money, big two mitsubishi actually wants you to get the car you want and make sure its the price you want. I told them specifically what i wanted with all the features and what i wanted my monthly payments to be and they more than delivered!!!

Everything started out good they had a vehicle that I was very interested in and I bought it after the normal haggling, leaving and them calling me, going back and forth before they finally came to my price. I was happy with the price I paid and the condition of the car.The problem that I had was with the Financial office. I was intent on financing my car for 4 years the whole negotiation process. I had a certain amount I wanted to pay per month. The financial guy is pushing extra warrantees and insurance and all that stuff. I never buy any of that stuff but this guy lied to me and said it was cheaper than it really was and I could cancel it at any time and get a full refund. I had nothing to loose so I bought it.So I left thinking I got a car for the price I wanted, the payments are what I want to pay per month, I got some extra life insurance, and I got an extra warrantee on my car. About a month later I was looking at some of the papers and some things really shocked me. This employee added a whole extra year to my financing to hide the extra cost of all the stuff he added. I was still paying the original amount per month we agreed on only because of the extra year he added on. Instead of paying a total price of 17k I was close to 20k. After hagging back and forth they agreed to cancel the extra warrantee that cost about $2000 in stead of the $25 the employee said. The $500 dollar life insurance plan he said I could get a full refund of was also a lie.I will never do business with this company ever again as they tried to lie and cheat me. It is a shame that only a few dirty people can make a whole company look bad. I have learned record everything that goes on while I am signing papers and always always read and pay attention to the fine print. If they can find a way to get more money out of you they will do it.

On Friday March 15th we stopped in to check out the used car lot with the hope of buying a sports car. We test drove a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse. After the test drive we learned the vehicle had an offer which was accepted. We were directed to a 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse which was above our price point so we returned home. Saturday March 16th we received a call from the sales agent with a reduced price offer. Initially we declined however returned to the car lot Sunday with a counter offer which was decined. Today we returned to increase our counter offer. We test drove the 2011 Eclipse and returned to find out that the reduced price offer provided by the sales agent on Saturday was not for the vehicle we just test drove. We were advised that the car we just test drove was $1500 more as it had a variety of upgrades.Let me assure you there was no other used Mitsubishi on the lot nor were the upgrades the Big Two Sales Manager attested to in the car we test drove.Lastly as they delivered the news neither the Sales Manager or Finance Officer could look us in the eye when they delivered this startling news.Our sales agent contacted us afterwards to assure us the reduced quote he provided on Saturday was for the car we test drove.In our opinion the sales staff continue to prepetuate the bad reputation of unethical and unprofessional used car salemen.
