After having packed on 10 pounds per year over the past decade, I started an exercise program and after two months found that I wasn’t losing weight. My wife recommended I check out a weight loss program and told me that Jenny Craig is top-tier because of the quality, taste and convenience of their entrees and desserts. I met with a counselor who had a menu plan laid out for me. I was able to make substitutions to better suit my taste and to choose items that I could take with me during my travels. My wife was right about the food. It is excellent. More than that, Jenny Craig is a balanced and healthy diet. Yes, the entrees and desserts are small but my Jenny Craig counselor encouraged me to frequently fill up on fruits and vegetables as a nutritious way to keep me feeling full throughout the day. I never felt deprived. I kept coming back to the Power Road location every week to meet with a counselor to discuss the past week and to gain advice on how to approach eating on holidays, birthdays or trips during the upcoming week. I continued my exercise program and we would even discuss my fitness goals. Then came the weigh in. Every counselor at the Power Road location without fail gave me words of encouragement following the weigh in and helped me choose my food for the upcoming week. With this great help, I met my weight loss goal. But I am still seeing a counselor for free. Jenny Craig provides a maintenance program for a full year and is in the process of refunding my original program fee as long as I continue to maintain my weight loss. I visit on a monthly basis to do a weigh in and to discuss my diet and exercise program. I am grateful to have met the fine counselors at Jenny Craig Power Road who not only understand the process of losing weight but also understand the science behind keeping the weight from coming back.

Dont expect help from this location. Im a picky eater, some allergies and the lady actually told me it wasnt her job to make a menu, I had to use q preplanned menu and couldnt change food i didnt like. No support system. Horrible customer service.
