Straight up. If you arent playing around and need work done. Backorders. Etc. Use this place. They are straight to the point. No BS and no stress. They will tell you straight and help if they can (which they can). Chris is awesome help and Brandon just knows everything needed and is smart as hell, well mannered people and good sense of humor. Probably the worst retail experience in my life. The guy I talked to, presumably the notorious Brandon from other reviews, was rude beyond belief - he actively tries to offend people. He must be the owners brother-in-law or something. He certainly couldnt get a job anywhere else based on his people skills.I wouldnt buy a firearm from them at any price. Go anywhere else!

Was just in to have rear sight installed. Guy mentioned alternative to which I agree. Then I was just talking, no profanity, no disrespect, and then backpeddled on having them installed because I was talking and having a conversation about it. No soup for you! That escalated quickly with a bipolar decision. If you want to buy stuff, not have small talk, and work with bipolar people with guns, this is your place. Guy, possibly the infamous Brandon, was not wearing a mask. You actual did me a solid, bro. Had we not crossed paths, I would have never found another gun store and gunsmith. For that, I thank you.

Glockmeister has the best prices on Glocks, other Gun shops over charge to make $$$$. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes, super fast and Professional service. I will continue to buy my Glocks here and recommend Glockmeister to my friends and my customers.OUTSTANDING WORK! I called ahead to make sure they had the Glock Night Sights in stock, they are cheap and work well. They confirmed. I brought in my two Glock 17 Gen 4s, and was literally in and out of there in 25 minutes! I still cant believe how fast they installed them, and they are super straight, I have a good eye for details etc. The installer made everything straight and perfect, they even put red loctite on the front sight which I prefer because red loctite is MUCH stronger than blue loctite. I purchased the sights from them and they installed them for free!

This is what a gun store is supposed to be like! FAMILY FRIENDLY! Workers are mature gentleman who know their trade. As a previous gun store employee, you have to be more than just an operator who gets a hard on for talking about guns. You have to be inviting and a people person. You cant be a burley bearded doof with a flat brim hat that carries a rattlecanned SD9 (ARIZONA FIREARMS in TEMPE😂).Anyway, the gentleman I spoke with answered all my questions without hesitation.And out of no where another worker in the back comes out and gives my 2 yr old a little tin filled with a set of Glock branded Eyes and 2 pairs of Ears to play with!Never have I had that happen at a local. These guys will always be #1Keep it up!!

I came in to check the store out and was treated very poorly by the sales representative. Just because I am the 100th person to ask a question doesnt mean its my (the customers) fault for a supply shortage or for you being asked 100 times. Ill be sure to reccomend against service from this location. The glockmeister employee I was met with lacked any customer service skills and I would not trust their work if this is how they will treat a new customer.

This is the place to go. I’ve come here for many of my guns to have work done. I purchased a dove tail mount and sig Romeo 1pro from another shop. Gladly they would sell me 500$ worth of product but wouldn’t take the time to put it on. Took it to Glockmeister, Branden said he would take a look before even seeing what he would be getting into, also he told me he would not charge me for this. He got the plate on to find the other shop sold me a kit that wasn’t gonna work. Moral of the story is come to these guys first. Get set up right and keep coming back like I have. I only wish I lived closer so I could’ve went to them first

The tall older sales rep was not helpful or friendly at all. He thought i wasnt going to buy. I bought a glock just out of spite. The younger kid that finished the transaction was fine but I definitely wont be back.

Glockmeister Mesa Stapley location. I have brought three guns here. Each and every time I walk out with the things I want AND need, Chris I believe is his name and Brandon are my go to guys. As long as these two are there you will have any of your questions answered with accuracy, not to mention both of these guys are extremely friendly. I’ve had sights, trigger bars, trigger springs etc installed on all my Glocks, my 22 and 19 specifically both got all that they had. Now let me chime in on the covid situation that affects business. These two dudes are BUSY, when you call and they can’t answer... take your self TO the store and browse. It’s almost impossible to get ANY gun store open to answer your call because they’re all so busy. OH and they DO sell ammo here. I had NO close until today. Glockmeister is now without a doubt my one stop shop for ammo accessories and any help or work I need on my guns.

I walked in and was not greeted. Basically had to stare at the guy behind the counter to get anybody to talk to me. Literally one case of used guns, a couple shelves of holsters and mags. This store is a joke. Everything they do to glocks they don’t even do in house. Like y’all might as well be a little corner pawn shop. 0/10 I’ll be taking my glock somewhere else.

Went in here for the first time looking for magazines for my Gen 5. Brandon was super helpful and answered a bunch of my inquires. Kyle’s input and assistance and installation of my purchases was great. Definitely a must go to place for Glocks and accessories!

These guys are great. Went in the other day for help with a small single stack carry pistol and they answered my questions and were attentive. Came back and purchased from them today and it was super smooth and easy.Cool dudes.

Bought a brand new cerakoted 43x and they where unable to get the pins out to put in a minus connector while doing so they left big scratch marks on it and clamp marks i went home and the pins came out easily with a punch, fast forward a month and I can’t even get them on the phone to ask a question terrible service.

I have been in the shop many times getting goodies for one or the other of my Glocke. These guys know their stuff and install for free. Wished I lived in the State so I could spend more time there.

Stopped in to drop off a firearm expecting a hefty bill, they took it and looked at a few things and gave some quick advice and sent me on my way no charge. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

Mine was an online ordering experience as a first-time gun buyer. Once I settled on Glock 26 Gen 4, the next step was where to get one reasonable priced. The local Bass Pro wanted $600+tax for it, and that seemed to be pretty standard. Then I discovered Glockmeister, which was selling them for $539, no tax and with free shipping. When I placed my order I added night sites, priced at $75. Fair enough. Strange thing happened when I entered the free shipping code -- I got free shipping, but I also git the night sites free. Total cost was $539, with the night sites upgrade and shipping free, and no tax. In placing the order, Glockmeister noted the item would ship in something like three or four business days. It was out the door and on its way to me the next day! I cant vouch for their store (never been there), but with such a positive online ordering experience, I will be back.

These guys are too conceited. I went there for a FFL transfer and oh, we cant do that today because the person who logs it in wont be her until tomorrow. So I wasted a trip. Was supposed to call me the next day when it was ready for pick-up. Never happened. When I did get there they acted like I wasnt supposed to be there if I was making a purchase. His exact words were lets get you out the door real quick. I wasnt rude or disrespectful but I should have told them their service was less than friendly. Then he charged my $5 more than I was quoted on the phone before the transaction. I paid it and got the hell outta there. I wont be going back and I wont stop at their table at the gun shows either.

Gentlemen, you have one chance at earning someone’s business, and today you failed. I walked into the Mesa location and found a clean store with no patrons, meaning I am the only customer with two people on the clock. I inquired about a Glock 20SF. None in stock, so I asked if it could be ordered. Obviously new guy behind the counter based on the response, so not going to fault someone that is learning the business, but the short of it was that he stated he would need to get with the manager and see if the distributor had it, and then could order it. I said okay let me leave my name and number and call me when you have an answer as I wanted to place an order. The other gentleman in another room leaned back and stated that it would be better for me to call back on Monday, as they already had a lot of calls to make on “blue label” items and he didn’t want me to get “lost in the shuffle”. So, in that statement, you told me that my patronage is not worth your time, and that you don’t care about the financials of the company you work for, as you just turned away business.The Glock 20SF was for me. The sad part to this is that each year I buy guns for Christmas gifts, and this year I was needing to also buy the new Glock 48 for 9 people in my family, but I never got to that part because by the statement above, I wasn’t worth a phone call, or the time it took to take my number.It’s a shame that such nice store that this place is, failed to take the time to service the customer. If you fail to provide the service your customer’s are looking for, someone else will. I hope you use this review in your next staff meeting, so that your employee’s avoid hemorrhaging lost sales that shrink you bottom line.

Go to Firehouse Subs, nextdoor, come back and WAIT !Total 180° from the location in N PHX.I will continue to visit the N PHX location. I am upgrading my review from one to three stars based on 1) very positive experiences at the N PHX location; 2) owner/management did respond to the negative review with intent to rectify. Still cant go five stars like N PHX deserves.

They hardly had anything decent or custom for my glock. I can go to gun etc. Or quick guns and get everything that they had for a lot cheaper. Id never come to this shop again.

Good place, very fair pricing and great selection on any Glock model you need, if glock makes it they pretty much have it in stock, fast turnaround time on atf checks, great aftermarket selection on upgrades also, triggers, barrels, sights and etc, all prices include install and done quickly and correctly, they are very manageable people to deal with and Brandon has helped me out a few times on a thing or two, Brandon was great to work with, I have several guns and I mean several and I’ve dealt with very many gun shops and salesmen and I felt comfortable with them and will return as I will need a Glock 40 to go bear hunting and need a dependable side arm for large cat or bear that may sneak up on me, 10mm gets the job done with great capacity and low and behold they have a few, makes shopping easy knowing they have the selection and quantity on hand at the store, no need to shop hop around town to 50 different stores or making 50 different calls, at the end of the day all the consumers want is fair pricing, great selection, quantity in the store and someone who knows what the hell he’s talking about with zero pressure and Brandon and this store delivers, I’ve purchased 3 glocks from this store in 3 weeks and I’m probably the pickiest around and I admit I like to play dumb sometimes just to see their response or how they handle the questions because let’s face it nowadays most people have no clue what they are talking about but it sounds good to the people who have no clue themselves and this place has been legitimate from the start, Thank you for the great service.Jason,The Glock 31 for the 32 guy

I bought 4 modifications for my Glock 19 here in the last 2 months. I never had any problem at all getting help from the sales guys, they even helped me get the right mods. They even said they would, if necessary readjust the night sights I just bought. The guys are not only helpful but also friendly and Ill be back if there is anything else that I need.

The guys there are extremely nice very eager to help. I felt very comfortable as a new glock owner. There selection and prices are very reasonable.

I bring all of my Glock pistols to these guys and have Kyle do the work on them for me. You cant find better people to deal with and more knowledgeable on Glock firearms. Always a pleasure to do business with. Kyle goes out if his way to be helpful.

Bought some night sights and decal grip for my Glock 21 and had them installed here. Quick, top notch work and super friendly. They showed me all the different options for night sights with no pressure to by the more expensive brand. I will come here for all my Glock needs.

I went to the Mesa location hoping all I needed was a magazine release for my daughters Glock but fearing the frame was bad.Nathan, who I believe is the store manager was working that day. I told him what the problem was and asked for a mag release. He took the weapon in the back and came out a few minutes later and said it was fixed.Charged me $4 for the button with no install fee. I was shocked.When I tried to give him a few bucks for his time and he refused.I went in there thinking worst case scenario and walked out very surprised.Glockmeister and Nathan have earned a customer for doing what most LGS cant.Chris / Nathan I would be proud to represent your company when you have an available position.

Great place for buying guns and doing FFL transfers. While they do focus a lot on Glocks they also have more than just Glocks there too, dont be fooled by people who say otherwise. Staff is friendly and doesnt give off that know-it-all or youre wasting my time, buy or get out vibe that many other shops seem to have.

Hands down the worst experience I have had at a gun shop. Extremely unwilling to help. Employee rolled his eyes at me when I asked to look at a firearm. I was ready to purchase on the spot. I didnt have my current address on my drivers license so he told me to come back with a different form of Id. I called a few other shops and they told me I could use my az game and fish hunting license. I called glockmeister this morning and made sure that would be good enough for them just like it would be anywhere else, the guy told me know, in his words, hunting licenses are to easy to get even though it is a valid state issued id. Needless to say, they obviously dont want to sell firearms or earn customers. I happily went down to Scottsdale gun club where they treated me right. With the way I was treated and the way I saw other customers treated in the glockmeister off bell road, I dont know how they are still in business. They are rude, disrespectful, and have no idea what they are talking about. I will make sure everyone I know in veteran and shooting community here in Arizona takes their business elsewhere.

Went in and bought a Glock 26 from the guys, they where quick, helpful and answered all my questions. It took about 20 minuets with the upgrades that where bought, and installed.

I have heard good things about glockmister so the appeal was very high, although my sources were commercials. They seemed to have quality stuff, it was clean and thats were the appeal ended. The store is very small, the employees seemed to busy on the phone to help; I understand that does happen but dont make it seem that Im bothering you because I needed some assistance. I went in to buy Glock 19 mags and they were out, that happens to. The only reason Im writing this is because I am a legal gun owner and carry my gun all the time. I CANT STAND GUN STORES THAT ARE GUN FREE ZONES It drives me nuts that I have to take my gun off at Chipotle just to get a burrito. But in a gun store? GET REAL! Believe in what you are selling and the rights you are representing. I will not be back unless your gun free policy changes.

Great shop that has everything you need for your Glock. Ive been purchasing Glocks from them since they were at the Juanita location and Ben was the owner. They install anything you buy from them for free and the service is always good. They dont treat you like a dummy for asking basic questions like many gun shops will. They also stock more than just Glock. They have many other brands of guns too.@Jason Woods......so just because they will not install sights on your POS XD means they are a biased 1 star gun shop? In case you didnt notice..their name is GLOCKmeister. Perhaps they only have the proper tools to install sights on Glocks???

I have been coming here for a short time bought an insight M6 laser/light,, a stainless steel guide, rail a custom back plate, tru glow tfo sights (amazing) and have had the best customer service ive seen in any gun smith/gun dealer. Any question i asked they had an educated detailed answer for and really helped me understand the upgrades capabilitys. These guys are the real deal highly recomend stoping in to see this amazing staff of glock specialists

If your looking for a glock, why would you go any place else? The staff was plesant and accommodating. Answered all my questions without seeming bothered or bored. Its a small place, not a huge selection of other stuff, but their glockmeister, not the gunmeister. With that said, they have a great selection of glock products and the salesmen will steer you in the best direction to stretch your money. This is the place to buy a glock from, small talk is welcome, reasonable prices with glock quality, and supply is there. Its a win, win for everybody.

Let me start our with something positive. Every time I have entered into their Mesa location I have felt welcome, except their no ammo sign of course. The people there are pleasant and will take the time to explain what they know. Let me also state that I am new to the Glock world. After clearing out my 1911 collection I started down the glock path. I was very hopeful that Glockmeister would be a guiding light with my new purchases, all GEN4 by the way. I purchased an extended slide release for 3 of them, which was installed by them. Those items works perfectly. I had a question about the slide not going flush with the receiver, I asked them about it, they stated that was normal. I was not satisfied with that answer so I took it to another LGS. The previous owner installed the slide lock 180 degrees out of place, which did not let the slide come flush with the receiver. 2nd gun I took in there was having trouble with stove piping. I asked them about it and they tried putting a new recoil assembly into it, that did not fix the problem. They said I should call Glock and send it back to them to be fixed. When I got the tech from Glock on the phone, the first thing he asked was, Is the flush back strap pin inserted into the assembly? When I purchased this unit 2nd hand, it had a medium strap attached, I removed the pin and the strap as this one is for my wife. I did not get the flush pin with my purchase. I did not know that this pin was required for the gun to function properly. I thought its only purpose was to hold the strap to the receiver. 200 rounds later, zero malfunctions. Now, ignorance on how Glocks function on my part led to both of these issues. I had hoped that Glockmeister would have caught both of these problems as they had the guns broken down in their shop on multiple occasions. I did not buy these guns from them. I did purchase $30 worth of product from them each time I visited, trying to show some patronage to their store. Recap: Nice store, good guys, great products but in my humble opinion they need to pay a little closer attention to the issues being brought into the store and please lose the NO AMMO sign. I have never had to remove my magazine going into a gun store...

I ordered a Gen 2 Glock 19 advertised as a complete gun and when my local gun store (LGS) received the gun, it was missing parts. I watched my LGS open the box, so I know they didnt remove the parts. I contacted Glockmeister and they claimed the parts were in the gun and tried to blame my LGS. When they found out I was standing there when the box was opened, they said they would send me the replacement parts. Its been over 2 weeks and I still have not received the missing parts. Extremely poor customer service.

I have purchased two Glocks from Glockmeister, a 30SF and a 23, and also have had some work done on a couple other models. I first learned about Glockmeister at a Phoenix gun show after moving here from CO, after a short conversation with the owner I decided to go check out the store. Three years later I still go in every so often and every time I need anything for one of my Glock pistols. The service is unmatched in this area. I have found that a great deal of gun stores in this area have pretty terrible service and are sometimes just rude. I refuse to give these companies my money. I recommend Glockmeister to everyone that is looking for a new, used, or accessories for their Glock.I have never had a rude employee interaction and the owner always seems to be there and obviously takes pride in his business. Definitely worth checking out.

Got a fiber sight for my guy and it wasnt working out for me (Brand new). Went in to hopefully swap them out and they said theres nothing they can do. Ive spent a lot of money at this place and disappointed that they couldnt help me. I would if even took used sights.

Kind, courteous and have a reasonable amount of stock on hand, however they installed the wrong weight recoil spring on my 19 that took me weeks of inconsistent ejection and other part swaps to chase down.
