Recently started shopping here. Surprised at the variety of products you can find. Prices are very good but you cannot always find what youre looking for. However, personnel is always willing to help find a location that has what you want, if possible. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful, whether in person or on the phone.

This is a nice Big lots the parking lot can be a little sketchy at times the young lady who was behind the counter on Sunday the 3rd of October early morning was incredibly nice. She has been my cashier in the past and shes a very nice friendly person and does a good job making sure your bags dont mix chemicals and food and such

They were the only place that still had beach chairs so I was very happy. The nice lady on the phone checked for me before I arrived. Associates at every location Ive been to are always friendly.

I went in the other day just to check the place out. I only bought less than $1.00 worth of stuff. I also donated $1.00 for charity.Next thing ya know I was handed a receipt two feet long with a $5.00 off coupon for any purchase $15.00 or more (for the charity donation) AND a $10 off one for any purchase $40+ just because theyre awesome!Not to shabby. I went back today and used one. Friendly staff. Clean. Interesting clearance items. Fun shopping experience.

I like this Big Lots location. Its so much cleaner than the last one I used to shop at. This one is stocked and organized. I found a giant bottle of body wash that doubled as a shampoo and smelled like coconut and the hemp scent smelled sweet.

There are always random deals that are happening at big lots, I never know what i will find

These guys do it right, as far as customer service and store cleanliness I appreciated the employees in the store saying hello as they walked by me. First rattle out of the box only 44 people in the store at a time and they were limiting the amount of shopping carts but each card was meticulously sanitized. I went in with a shopping list of four items and spent $30. Good prices and nice people.

I like this Big Lots. It could use a good wipe down. The carts and baskets are literally black, and it’s a little concerning during the pandemic.

I really like this store. They pretty much have anything you could possibly need and a few things you wont find at other places. The store was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The prices were decent. Ill be back many times Im sure.

Good store they have paper towels and toilet paper lol. Good coffee selection, but its kinda of hit and miss. You get whats there when you get there. There no way to depend on any sick they have. But thats part of the fun. Setting what here when you get here that makes you go hmmmm

I went there and they had a whole section with 20% off. I got a few things and went there and they werent ringing up with the discount. The girl asks if I can go take a picture of the sign. I gladly do, and then she proceeds to ask over the radio about the discount. Out comes this other lady and sees the sign sees the section and doesnt honor whats posted. Awful employees.

Very helpful employees, unfortunately majority of the furniture is unavailable to purchase due to lack of inventory.

The staff is great. Maryann is the store manager and she is the best. Was very helpful and one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met. She made me feel like I’ve known her forever.

Guy the assistant manager was absolutely amazing with our returned damaged merchandise. He was knowledgeable, sympathetic and understanding. His upbeat personality really changed my outlook on this location. Thank you so much for your positive spin on a bad experience.

Pretty standard big lots. They do have a great selection of larger furniture too. I was quite impressed with the feeling of some of the couches they were selling. Good prices and quality materials. The staff is mostly helpful. Store is relatively clean.

Average, maybe above average location, 3.5 stars. I love how the post-holiday prices get really cheap; I can stock up for next year or get one last taste of a holiday I like. They have a really nice garden/backyard section, too. This is nicer than a few BLs Ive been to. I like the prices, and the quality is better than a dollar store. Sometimes you can find a real gem here. Low prices in electronics, too; we let our kids pick headphone and mice here so that if they break it, its cheap to replace. Its worth a visit.I do wish that they wouldnt fraternize with each other when theres customers around, and that they would ask if I have the loyalty card more consistently.

The cleanliness and layout of the store is worth 5 Stars. The service however left a lot to be desired. My wife and I only got three items and they were small items at that. We went to check out and saw that three registers were there. The only register that had a light on was open, but the cashier was on the phone. The lady on the phone did not acknowledge us, so we went to the next aisle over. The lady says, oh no she can help you over there and sent us back to the lady on the phone. We put our items on the counter and the lady looked at us. After about 10 seconds she finally said, You know I cant reach that, right? I gave her a strange look and push the objects another 2in toward her hands, which were still near her body, so that she could actually check us out. Unbelievable.

This location is spacious and has a wide variety of items. Very furniture heavy. Food section has many organic and natural options too! Enjoyed the layout and shopping experience, as well as the kind salespeople on the floor and at the registers. Great place to shop or waste time.

I asked Mary Ann to ask someone to look in the back for a notebook with the letter E on it. She explained to me about the layout of the back storage and that there is so much stuff back there and I asked if she can ask someone else that is working to look. She refused after several times that I asked nicely and mentioned that I wanted to purchase a notebook today and explained to her that I am forced to take my business elsewhere.

Seems like Big lots has changed into a furniture store, every time I go there to shop the selection of other items gets smaller and smaller. SAD!

Wife and I stopped by to get info on several furniture items. January was very helpful with our questions, stock availability and prices. We told her we would be picking up furniture when we could get a vehicle for the purpose. Later that day my recliner broke and I called to get one and that I needed it out of the box to fit the chair in my car. Robert helped us even though he was busy and assisted with loading. It fit! He did great by us and once we get the vehicle we will be going back for the other pieces.

I was looking for an inexpensive Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner. They had three vacuum cleaners on display, but they were out of the two nice ones. No backstock! I bought a broom.

This location is clean and employee are friendly and willing to help. Being a Sunday, just opening, they only had 2 staff members; however, still kept things going.

I like this one a lot! Everything is situated accordingly. Also, theyve remodeled their checkout stands due to the new regulations. Like alot of other stores some things were in low supply; but it didnt seem like many of the prices were raised too much.

I have been there in awhile until 2days ago. A total makeover. Its gorgeous. A bigger variety of furniture right there as u walk in. And a nice selection. Every thing else has a bigger variety also.

Great place clean and goos price

Salesman told me the pair of work boots I wanted were in sale. I got to the register and was told they are full price. Cashier asked me if I wanted the sale price. I said yes. She called over a different clerk and he said no, not on sale. You have to pay full price. I said so the other salesman lied to me. The cashier thought that statement was extremely funny and laughed at me. I told her I found nothing humorous in that. She laughed again.I will NOT come to this store again. The employees think not tell the truth is funny and the proper way to treat people is to laugh at them.

Big lots has changed a lot over the past few years, it used to be a store for fantastic deals and now seems much more like a common box store, almost every sofa set the had the same price tag on it $799 not including the $199 ottoman, if I wanted to spend $1000 on my living room for an undersized knock off I would rather just go to Ashley and spend the extra $500 and get something nice backed with a warranty, overall the store was clean and I didnt encounter any employees while shopping because there wasnt anything in there that was a good enough deal for me to actually want to make a purchase

I came in to buy a blanket set and I was kind of disappointed when I saw the blanket sets rose from like $24 after tax to almost $39 after tax. I come in and get a blanket set every 2 to 3 months. Get close to Amazon in price tho, so Id b careful. Lol.
