The Pharmacist Tommy is always super helpful and kind. I consistently get great service when picking up my medicine from him. He’s often working alone and probably has a lot to do, but he always takes his time and answers any questions I have.

A special shoutout to the Walgreens staff including Shannon, Charlene, and others that assisted me over a few days time with resolving a billing issue related to my fathers prescription charges. Everyone was helpful and kind. This location, being 24 hours, is the busiest pharmacy I have ever been too and yet, during my 3 visits there, they were always kind and patient with the customers. Thank you!

Everyone has always been very friendly here . The 3 star review is really about the cleanliness of the store both inside and out. Especially during these times . I feel like I want to run home and shower. The parking lot and area right out side along building is disgusting. I’m going to try another Walgreens a little out of my way and see if it’s any better. Who ever is in charge here is really dropping the ball.

Pharmacy was incredibly rude, our doctor called in a prescription 2 hrs before we arrived. They never checked their voicemail, and the lady at the pharmacy tried to play it off like our doctor just called it in. Why would she lie to us? Try and avoid doing business with dishonest people.

The workers at this Walgreens seem to always encounter some kind of glitch in their system, but they always make it right no matter how much time it takes. Which it always seems to take a while. Walgreens needs to update their computer system. But at least their workers are always friendly and helpful.

When they have a “floater” or “fill in” pharmacist he is a joke, I have been going there for over a year and a half and giving the same prescriptions every week and every time he is there he puts my prescriptions on hold because of the way my doctor writes them, and because one of them is smaller than the other one even though they are both the exact same prescription he makes you wait I do not recommend this Pharmacy most of the time never mind the fact that they always have a 2-5 hour wait For just about any prescription.

Their crooked .I told the pharmacy I wasnt going to have Insurance for a month so I was going to pay cash. So they put me on hold to talk to someone about getting a better price .she told me I could pay 20 dollars for a coupon and my script would be 200 otherwise It was 260. So I payed 220. Well a week later I checked good rx and it would have been 60 or 40 anywhere else. Thanks for ripping me off Walgreens when you act like your doing me a favor

This is a good Walgreens. Most bad reviews are due to PRESCRIPTION WAIT TIMES which cant be helped. I think anyone who would ever work 15 minutes in retail pharmacy would know better! The wait times are due to our insane laws and insurance companies and no one seems to care about this on election day so dont blame the pharmacy. You try coordinating between insurance (for prior authorization or approval), a doctors office, and laws and regulations and youll see. If you can get a change done, approved, and paid for in the same day you are lucky! Remember, our laws make us call all these people simply for something like a switch in dosage form or method (Id like to take a half of the 10mg tab twice a day rather than two of the 5mg tabs)...it means they call everyone and then wait. In my experience, the pharmacy staff here tries to do everything they can to accommodate everyone. Retail pharmacy is 100 times worse than FAST FOOD! At least when you take the pickles of your cheeseburger, you dont have to call 5 people about it!Anyway, its a good store overall, except for one lady who sizes you up (the anti-tatoo lady) and yeah....clean that restroom more often please.(No, I dont work for them...but I used to work Retail Pharmacy 17 years ago...until I had a nervous breakdown because of it!)

The pharmacy blows. Takes forever and scripts arent filled when they tell you. Employees are slow and items are often not stocked. Cheer up guys, customer service is supposed to be friendly. SMILE. Some Cashiers need to move faster and talk less.

Calls in prescription for the same day. Tells me it will be ready in 90 minutes. I am unable to come in so I come in the next night. Lady at the counter has no idea what I’m talking about and doesn’t have my prescription ready? Alright. This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Need a prescription that keeps you alive? Don’t come here. You won’t get it in time.

Not my normal Walgreens, I could never complain about mine because everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Not at this Walgreens. The Register clerk (Cindy) should not be working in a customer service position. She is about the worst I have seen and I have seen some bad. She looks at you like your trash, the farthest thing from friendly. I’ll stick to my Walgreens... they obviously do not have good reviews... seems like someone should take the public opinion and make some changes!

Been getting my prescriptions here forever. Last prescription refill my insurance changed. Cost went up 6 fold plus only got a one-month refill instead of the prescribed 3-month refill and they did not tell me that I wasnt getting my full prescription. I questioned it and got the run around. Got Dr to refill at Safeway and got 3 months prescription for 1/2 the price of 1-month prescription at Walgreens. When I again questioned it they were NOT AT ALL INTERESTED in doing what needed to be done to keep my business. I honestly believe they were not honest and that I was taken. I suggest you avoid being taken. Watch your costs and prescriptions closely. There are websites out there that will tell you what each pharmacy charges for your prescription. Walgreens no question about it charged me more than what was posted by far.

I personally liked this Walgreens till the other day. They have a 24 hour pharmacy and they are 24 hours as well. It’s not much different then other Walgreens inside. The bathrooms though. Where absolutely horrible and it seems like they practice unsafe health. A broken toilet paper holder with toilet paper roll on the floor. Toilet was brown, no paper stating last time it was cleaned, one that was up was empty. Then when you leave the bathroom under the water fountain is the mop bucket. I would never drink from something like that. Also told prescription would take 30 minutes and it took an hour. While we had to find a way to waste all that time in that store cause we didn’t think it was worth going home.

UPDATE: Changed my 2-star rating to one, because these idiots are sending me both the original and the new dosage of my prescription. They sent them in the same bag, for that matter, and wont take them back! I asked them about it in person, and the staff was EXTREMELY rude to me, and condescending! Ive since removed my payment information and mailing option, because I have to screen everything they do or theyre bound to screw it up. CVS, here I come!Its a shame that 3 stars is above average for them. Thats why I left 2.I asked the pharmacist a question about interactions, and he stumbled over himself with fuzzy logic until I finally just left. Its one thing to not know and say that you dont know, but it seems strikingly more dangerous to not know and produce the answers from your imagination. I wont ask this Walgreens anything else.

Cindy is very sweet to ‘normal’ looking customers, but forget customer service if you have tattoos or piercings AT ALL. Regardless of what piercings or tattoos you even have.Went in twice today and she was very wonderful for other customers but short and rude with me. Both times. Waiting on my receipt and I told her I didn’t need it and she replied “Good” as I walked away. I didn’t need my receipt solely because I wanted a shorter interaction with this woman.Everyone else was very helpful and kind. Except Cindy.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was attempting to return a defective ankle brace, and the supervisor was extremely rude. The supervisor, Luther, told me he could not take the return/exchange, even though Walgreens brand is supposed to be 100% guaranteed. When I stood my ground and demanded he take the return, he got extremely aggressive and tried to kick me out of the store. I asked for the phone number to their corporate office and he would not provide it. This was the worst example of customer service I have ever seen!

I visited this store tonight with my partner and when I walked into the store with him the clerk smiled and waved and said hello. I left him browsing for a few minutes to go and get some items and the clerk on duty asked him to remove his hoodie when he was alone. I asked the clerk the reason why and she said it is “for our safety”. There was no signage posted about this policy as seen by the picture I took at the front door. I bought my items and when requested to speak to the general manager she claimed she did not know who it was as she had just transferred to the store. I will not be visiting this store or any other Walgreens due to the profiling nature of the store. We are paying customers and will not tolerate profiling based upon the lack of signage on the doors and this discriminatory “policy”.

I waited 51 minutes for a prescription that I was originally told would take 20 minutes. I only went to Walgreens to have the medication flavored so my child would take them. I left without any flavoring as I didnt have more free time to wait longer. The staff was nice but incompetent. Unfortunately another customer came in during my wait and attempted to start a verbal conflict with the staff because his medication was not filled yet. If you enjoy chaos and inconvenience, chose this Walgreens on Hwy 100 and Greenfield.

Had to pick up a prescription for my significant other was very happy to find that the pharmacy was very quick with the customers getting them through and the pharmacist was readily available for any questions or concerns. All of the employees were very kind and made sure that I found anything I was looking for.

Idk her name mostly bc I just dont care since I wont be returning to this location. This old pale lady with bangs that works during the day gives the worst of customer service. When youre done ringing people you HAND THEIR STUFF BACK TO THEM and say THANK YOU, HAVE A NICE DAY. Not hard is it? Im the most misanthropic person you could meet but I know that jobs in customer service REQUIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work with people all day. I know the divorce was rough, Nancy. But its not the customers fault, k? You got a job to do.

If only I could give this store ZERO STARS I would. We dropped off a prescription and was told 7:50. Waited 1.5 hrs. Went in line at 7:30 because there was 7 cars waiting. Got to the window at 7:48. Was told 10 more minutes and is have to pull back around and wait again. Went in to use the restroom and was disgusted . Put seat covers everywhere because it was so filthy. Poo on the floor, per all over, it hasnt been cleaned in a few months if ever. They should have never closed the one on higley and southern. This place is a dump.

My son and I had just left the Urgent Care and went to fill his prescription there. Was told it would be an hour wait. I opted to wait at home with him. When I returned to pick up the medication, I was given only half of the prescription and told they did not have the remaining half and what they had for me would last me 5 days of the 10 day medication. I did not have another hour to wait to take it somewhere else now because it was late and my son needed to get to bed. I asked they notify me once the other half is ready and she assured me they would. This all happened on a Wednesday. By Sunday night, I had still not heard from the pharmacy and my son was nearing the end of his first half of antibiotic. I called the Pharmacy to find it had been ready since Thursday! I was so upset. My second concern was if I would have to pay for the copay a second time to pick up, they had no idea. It took 4 different techs to find out I shouldnt (not even a definite no). I later called to have it transferred to a closer walgreens to me since that one was out of my way and they told me they billed my insurance already, therefore, they could not see a way to transfer it without me having to pay another copay and my insurance being billed again. So So So disappointed with how the entire thing was handled. Absolutely ridiculous. They should have told me when I dropped the prescription off to begin with that they could not provide me with the full prescription. Instead, I was put in a position that made have to take the first half and go out of my way to get the second. I would not recommend this walgreens to anyone.

Was an Awesome store but customer service has gone down hill so much at this store its unreal that it is even the same Walgreens Ive been going to for over 10+ years. Most of the staff are very rude. The managers that work nights are even worse. The store manager named Alex, has the most belligerent & hostile demeanor. He clearly has issues & he is definitely on a power trip. He likes to harass customers & claim hes watching them & knows their thieves. Working in the behavioral health field I can def. say he has some serious anger issues & should not be a manager or allowed to work with the public.

My husband went to get my perscription and he waited for an hour for someone to help him in the drivway. The workers were acting as if they were helping others Inside, so my husband friend went in to see how the long the line was. And boom no one around. These workers were just talking to one another and not even working. I just had major surgery and at home in pain crying waiting for my husband to get home. Very disappointed in this Walgreens.

This is the worst location ever when it comes to getting your medication. It takes 20mins at the bare minimum to get through the pharmacy inside and outside. Even when Im dropping something off they scream at me to wait at the drop off line in the drive through to confirm everything and it takes at least 10 minutes. Theres always 4-5 people in the pharmacy but what are they doing? 1 person is ringing up the actual medication and everyone else is just standing there. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and think OK well maybe there are new people at this location or something is going on but its ALWAYS like this. If you have to pick up a prescription dont make plans for the rest of the day because you wont be going anywhere else. The cashiers always look at me like Im trash when I bring in coupons and give me a hard time. I wouldnt go to this location if it wasnt right across the street from my house.

I had multiple prescriptions I needed to get filled for my mother that had just been released from the hospital from major surgery so you can imagine that it involved some pain med prescriptions. The pharmacist looked at the prescriptions and immediately handed me one back because he couldnt fill it because it was a 2nd narcotic. I tried to explain the situation and he just wouldnt even try to look into it at all. They werent helpful at all. I recommend getting your prescriptions filled across the street at CVS. They were much more helpful and went out of the way to try and figure it out and were able to fill the 2nd narcotic prescription that my mother was going to be in dire need of.

This is an issue that I beleive needs to be addressed with this walgreens in particular. Tonight on june 11th 2017 around 1030 pm, I went to this walgreens to return an item that I purchased and didnt end up needing. I badly needed to use the restroom so I asked the young african american male at the cash register who just so happened to be a manager, named Alex, if he needed to unlock the bathrooms in order for me to use it (because some locations have them locked). He then told me no and that they were unlocked. I said thank you and proceeded to the back of the store to the restrooms. I did my business, exited the restroom, and proceeded to the front doors and out to the parking lot so that i could grab my previously purchased merchandise and reciept from my car (24hr Allegra tablets). Let me also add that I literally did not touch a single item on the shelves as i was walking to and from the restroom. I got to my car, grabbed my return and returned back to the register. When i got to the register i pulled out my item and reciept and I then circled the item that i was planning on returning on my reciept. I let him know that it hadnt been opened and that I had just bought the wrong item. The african american male at the register named Alex, who is the manager apparently, then advised me that he needed to check the stores count for this item. I said ok thats fine and he then walked to the back of the store. While he was doing so, I was chatting it up with another employee named Joey that was standing next to alex at the register for approximately 5 mins. Alex then came back tp the register and informed me that he couldnt return my item. I then asked him why because I had my reciept and it wasnt opened or over the return policy timeline. He then told me because i just watched you on camera steal this off the shelf. I then said excuse me?!, umm no you didnt. Feeling confused and completely embarrased because i was being accused of being a theif, I politely said to him please show me the footage you have on camera of me stealing this because you know I didnt. I didnt even touch ANYTHING in the store. He then said to me no i cant show you, but I can call the cops. I said are you serious right now?!?! Call the cops then cause this is absolutely ridiculous. I then asked for my item back, he refused to give it back to me, then walked go the back of the store again to what i beleive was to call the cops. Let me mind you that i have a 1 and a half year old baby at home being watched by my brother and my brother needed me to be home by 1145 to take him to work at the hospital for his night shift. I knew if i had stayed for the police then my brother would be late for work and potentially lose his job. So i looked at the other employee that i was chatting with previously at the register and said i really didnt take anything and I can only hope that he gets in trouble for what hes doing because i dont have time for this right now. And i will be calling corporate and reporting him. And then i left in tears. This is absolutely absurd to be accused and not shown the proof because there was no proof at all. So i will be returning in the morning to speak to someone who can review the camera recordings and give me either my item or my money back. And until that happens, i will be coming in and calling the store as well as corporate to report this man Alex the manager for his rude and horrible customer service and for lying and accusing me for something i absolutly did not do.

Terrible store. Iv been a walgreens customer for years and will never step into another location thanks to an altercation in which the store manager Alex followed me and my girlfriend out of the store and proceeded to threaten her and I, as well as get physical and push her.
