They know they always get bums in their store all day and never think to run them out from trashing their bathrooms or doing their dirt in the stalls. Clearly it doesnt get checked, cleaned or sanitized every (other) hour. I understand times it can get busy but, this is just nasty. No different from all the other QTs in Phoenix. Disgusting. And here QTs were believed to have the most cleanest restrooms. Wrong.

The restaurants are very clean and most of the time the whole place is nice and clean

The cost is slightly higher, but products are good, store is clean.No guess work. Credit card machines dont work properly..then ATM works..then manager has attitude 😬

I ordered a sandwich and they gave it to me cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, the bread wasn’t toasted, and I asked for sauce and they didn’t give me that either. i also ordered another sandwich and it was salty.

I dont know what has changed recently, but this QT has become terrible over the last 2 months. The store is filthy and no longer kept clean. The gas pumps wont give you a receipt, but dont go inside and ask for one. The cashiers have an attitude and are very rude.

Love the selection of drinks and quick bites to eat.

Coolers have been out for over a week qt manager says they cant get anyone to fix it so i would avoid this location

This place lives up to its name you can be in and out of there really quick they have most anything you want, they have a take out cook for pizzas, sandwiches, breakfast, and other sandwiches. many different types of drinks available. The cashiers there can handle two people at one register to speed it up even more even the prices on gas are good. they even have free air for your tires

I would like to share my experience at this particular QT. And I also would like to give recognition to Cameron for his outstanding customer service. I came in to get a drink and something to eat, when I got my large cup and filled it up with black mango tea I decided to taste it before I bought it. It was old and no longer sweet. So I found the closest associate available and politely asked if they could brew a fresh pot of tea. Cameron immediately went to the back and got a new pot brewing, even amongst all the chaos and flooding of customers, Cameron was able to keep his professional posture and assist other customers while also helping me on the sidelines. Absolutely above and beyond with his customer service. I wish I could hire a dozen guys or gals with his type of enthusiasm and professional conduct. And just to bring home how impressed I am by his performance. I dont usually take 10 minutes out of my day to sit in the QT parking lot and write a review, but this employee is absolutely deserving. Its the small things that mean the most, and now my day is a little better and brighter with my Black Mango Sweet tea. Thanks to Cameron!R/SMatthew E.

Really clean, HUGE selection, and the kitchen has a lot to offer! They have great deals and food/drink combos everywhere.The tea selection is my favorite part of it; there are SO many and they taste really fresh.Service here is hit or miss with smiles but theyre all friendly enough just the same!

Only place to get gas if you care about you auto

They dont enforce the mask policy. Even told the clerk this morning and he just laugh it off. Literally had 5 people without mask. They dont care about your health or anyone elses.

One of the cashiers here was so rude to me this a.m. that I will never go to this location again. Everytime I go here Im asked for money by handlers, drunk and druggies. The place is disgusting outside. Transients who are no longer allowed inside go to the bathroom in the rocks outside. Dont take your family here!

Gotta give some love to QT. Im in and out within 5 minutes, and always get a great drink to go. The gas is always fair never over priced. I also am able to get hold of an employee anytime i need. Their breakfast pizza is awesome! The look of all QT buildings look some much better then competitors so it makes it worth checking out.

At 3 o clock donuts are 59c and it was 3 minutes before so we were gonna wait, when we went inside the lady standing behind the counter with long brown hair back in a ponytail was rudely stated that it was still three minutes before 3 oclock I said OK and she said its not 3 oclock yet as if I was stupid and not wearing a watch. Except for her this place is great. The bald guy is super nice and the rest of the staff is cool too. But that one skinny girl was straight up rude.

This QT is always absurdly busy. Expect rude drivers and rude people to deal with. Personally Id steer clear of this location; if you must have QT, the one only one block over is much nicer and (in my experience) easier to access.

Horrible customer service, once or twice thats ok but at the point where its a stop I have to make before work and the rep doesnt give me my purchase it adds up. Definitely losing hope for QT, Circle K at least corrects their mistake and apologizes to the customer.

Staff here are friendly but a big turn off is the fact that they dont have water except for a bathroom sink. Im sorry but for a gas station, that is disgusting since we all know how the bathrooms are at gas stations in general.
