Pretty disappointed. I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme since I was a kid, and after this morning, I probablywont’t go back. I think the photos speak for themselves. The only coffee in my “iced coffee” were the coffee grounds. It was all water, and cream. They gave me 3 specialty donuts instead of 4. See photos.

Actually dined in at this location. Inside of the place was pretty clean and the donuts were awesome as usual. Glazed are classic and delicious, the chocolate sprinkle was super good of course as well. Also tried a lemonade chiller and it was awesome. Theyre definitely tart and super sweet but I love that. Will return back here for sure!

Always the best place for donuts in my opinion. The donuts never look sloppy and they always taste amazing. I prefer a VERY occasional glazed because I’m not a huge sweets fan but I will say the do not like quality or creativity!

Ordered 6 donuts in the drive thru, received 5 and wasnt what I ordered. My box was sticky with glaze. I had to get back on the drive thru line to get the correct order and no apology.

Its funny that Krispy Kreme can be so much better than other round donuts! Seriously SO much better!! Havent had one from them in years, but Im reminded why nothing else can compare. You know the best time to go? During your birth month! Youll be glad you did! ;)

This place is ridiculous!! I understand that prices are goin up but cmon, 2 doz donuts and 2 pints of milk comes to 32 dollars??? And the donuts are alot smaller than they used to be!! I definitely wont be buying them again!! That is just totally ridiculous!!

Delicious! The young lady working the front and the drive through was awesome! I have been to this location many times. I have never seen such attention to detail while multitasking. She made me and my daughter feel like we were the only customers in the place, even with a long line of cars and 4 customers behind us. She handled it with grace and poise. Keep smiling young lady, we appreciate you and your hard work.

We all know that the donuts are mouth watering..but just as good was the service! Everyone was friendly and very professional!! They always have been at this location!

First donut place we have ever tried, and were sure to come back! We had a ladies day, and this was the place that made it more memorable. We ordered a few flavors that looked interesting and that popped in our eyes. We got 2 of each flavor in a dozen. Staff arent as warm as the coffee and donuts, but they were there to take our orders and answer questions. Indoor seating is really comfortable, giving you a clean 90s place feel. When we bite through the donuts, they are so fluffy and soft that you can taste the freshness in every bite. One of their flavors I want to mention is their strawberry glazed donut...Its amazing! It actually tastes like strawberries! Though a little on the sweet side. We wish we had one closer to us. Thanks Krispy Kreme for making our day the best!

I pulled up to order my donuts and looked at the time and it was 10:05. I asked if they were still open and the employee said I guess in a jokingly matter. I was so appreciative that he took my order and giving excellent customer service! Will be going here repeatedly because of the customer service I received ed and not to mention because of the tasty warm donuts!

I love my doughnuts and crispy cream used to be my favorite... they lost their crispy and now its just... gooey half cooked sugar balls. Yuck!What happened guys n gals?

This place has horrible issues with drive through. Don’t ever use it unless you plan to sit for hours at a time.

What a convenient drive-thru. Its nice to not have to get out of the car. There really wasnt too long of a line on the weekend and I thought service was decently fast. Although it was unfortunate they were out of certain cake donuts, I still was able to get the glazed and also sample their glazed chocolate donut.It was my first time getting a crispy donut from Krispy Kreme. It was fresh and had a nice crunch so I bet it just came out of the oven. As for the glazed chocolate, it was more glazed and chocolate and it was a bit overly sweet but the coffee really helped to mellow it out.Overall, Im pretty satisfied with this location.

Very good and fresh. Closest thing to a cream stick I can find over in the southwest. Usually the conveyor belt is running and you can watch the donuts being made but it was off when we went. The kids get a kick out of that.

I had a three dollar gift card given to me to use here. I have to admit I was very excited because it’s been over 10 years since I’ve been to Krispy Kreme. The donuts were for fresh, soft, delicious, mouthwatering and perfect in every way. I’m glad I took the time to enjoy this wonderful treat.

Customer service stinks. I was two feet behind an employee who was going out. Even though she passed me and knew I had my hands full, she quickly went out the door and let it close quickly in front of me. Coffee wasnt made correctly

Probably the cutest donuts Ive ever purchased. And, the most Ive ever spent on donuts. But, I dont eat em... Only complaint is the attitude I got from a girl because I wanted to buy an extra 2 dozen due to how cute they were. The woman helping me was having to talk back to her co worker in front of me because she wanted to sell them all to me. Lol. Rest assured little employee, they went to a elementary school and were enjoyed by 3 dozen kids and 1 dozen staff members!! 😘😍

Had a giant wedding order for my sister in law, came into the store to pick it up early in the morning, they didnt have it ready, they said they werent going to make it and best of all the employees were fighting and the management wouldnt even talk to us to figure out what the heck is going on. Honestly worst customer service I have ever seen and they just lost a giant order and future customers because of it. ****IF YOURE LOOKING FOR GOOD DONUTS AND FAST, DONT GO HERE, GO TO BOSA DONUTS!**** they helped us out in 30 minutes and said no problem. We tipped them handsomely for their amazing service.

First off, I’m not a Krispy Kreme patron. I’ve had a couple of them over the years yes, but it’s not something I indulge in even though they taste amazing. Today I tried ordering online to an error message “can’t validate basket”...reached out to 1-800-4Krispy to find out they have no customer service, just a team of middlemen that pass issues to other departments that you aren’t allowed to contact directly. They couldn’t contact the store either, and couldn’t even tell me why this stores phone won’t connect you to a team member. So needless to say, I won’t be trying to order their donuts again. Sorry Krispy Kreme but you just come off as a lazy corporate structured greed mobile leaving the high paid positions off limits to negative feedback while you throw a few bucks around to seem like a customer oriented company. I hope you pay your workers a living wage at least.

Very disappointing. The store was filthy, floors dirty, trash can both inside and outside the store filled beyond capacity, having trash spill on to the floors. Some donut kinds have been discontinued, leaving few to choose from. The size of the donuts are no longer like they were in the past, they are half the size.but the price has not changed. I wont go back there, I will go to Bo Sa or Dunkin.

I have been a fan for years but maybe they can offer a less sugary version. I ordered apple fritters and they taste great but the tops had so much sugar that it overpower the taste of the other ingredients.

Very slow service at the drive thru. At least 10-12 minutes with a total of 3 cars at 5:15am. Donuts are good though.

Soft and fresh donuts all day. This is a busy location and can sell out of donut varieties by mid morning, but the donuts are so good.

Fast friendly service for an affordable price

Havent eaten here in forever. Got the two dozen for 13 deal and it was a decent deal. The variety was not well selected, I did say surprise me, and I apparently got all the ones they dont sell fast. Next time I will pick em if I ever go back. The classic glazed ones were warm and fresh. So good, it made me remember why they were such a thing a few years back and before everyone realized they will die eating here every day. If you want small round sugar circles filled with airy dough, go for it. Unless you value your health that is. Tip: Everything in modeation.

First time I had them they were so good. I love a good raspberry jelly donut. Bought them again and the raspberry filling was that awful grocery store filling. Bitter and artificial tasting.

HOT NOW sign on so we went in. But just like last time, the signs on and nothing was getting cooked. I ask the lady at the counter if she had any hot ones and she said yes. But she pulled them out of the display and on the back side of the cooler.So I ask, are those hot? She said they were warm. I said thats fine. But after I paid for it and they gave it to me, I felt the box and it was cold has hell. Not one warm or hot one in the entire box!Why would you stand there and lie to a customer like that?FYI - This happened in the drive through and we didnt come back for months!!!If we would have known they werent hot I would have gotten other kinds that are fancy in the display! We love the donuts OK. We will buy something, but dont trick us and lie.If you dont have hot ones on the rack ready to sell/eat, dont turn on the sign! Damn. It makes people feel tricked. (BTW Several people in line said the same thing.) I know there is a corporate rule about being able to turn the sign on 30 min before you have them ready. FYI - That rule is stupid! There are several really good donut shops a lot closer than 30 min. Donut Worry is only 9, Bosa 13 and Hurts is 21! (I mapped it) You are just pissing people off for no reason.And for hell sakes, dont stand there and lie to the customers at the display or at the drive through. Damn!

1st time in a few years we have been back, last time we will be back. Didnt have what they advertised, didnt give use what we asked for, donuts were stale and employee was rude, uninformed of what products they had or when they might be available.If you cant hire good help,train them properly or discipline them when they dont do their job for fear of hurting their feelings you might as well close your doors

Last night around 7pm: Their website says theyre open for business(until 11pm) and allows you to place an order online but theyre closed. Theres a couple of signs outside stating theyre open but the doors are locked and the drive through is blocked with cones.The employees are walking around in there but theyre not answering the phones. This is not the 1st time this happened in fact is been happening more often than not. Now Im going to have to wait for my transaction to post so I can dispute it.

The restaurant entrance and bathroom is sectioned off separate from the lobby and is very spacious if you have a large group or events its ideal also has good Wi-Fi speed and musical ambiance...The bathroom has no toilet paper and lobby had a few tables that were not wiped from previous guests meanwhile they have a full crew like 6 ppl just standing around talking...The doughnuts machine was viewable thru a glass window which production was on point with a few workers that know what work truly means...I ordered finally after 5 minutes when someone decided to greet me; its Saturday around 1-2pm and the doughnut selection is not that great for the variety...I came for the specialty donuts but I guess I will have to try to come when they first open since theyre already gone...Theres a line almost our the door of customers in the afternoon I thought it would not be this busy!

An actual donut shop experience where you can actually see the donuts being made through windows. Tons of them! Fun for kids to watch and adults too! We were so disappointed coming here at night. They were out of almost every single type of donut my granddaughters wanted. The girl at the window apologised, but we really had been looking forward to some holiday treats.

Love Krispy Kreme and this location is no exception. My only complaint is that they frequently seem to be out of one of the donuts I go there to get. They are also frequently busy but they do a pretty good job moving the line.

Only complaining about the raspberry filled donuts that they never have at this specific location. 🙁

Krispy kreme is one of my favourite donut places here. Donuts are delicious and always seem reasonably fresh. Customer service can be hit or miss though. Sometimes friendly and patient, sometimes bored and irritated looking.

It’s the best donuts in the state and it’s so mesmerizing to see the donut conveyor!

Offered to take their continued excessive waste to help feed the needy in AZ, I was told no and this is just their common practice. It cost nothing to be a decent business and donate instead of throw away so for that they get 1 star and I wont spend my money here anymore I offered to pick up and deliver to one of Maricopa Countys largest homeless shelters 09/2019. Just sad they choose to not care.

Super disappointed in our order this evening. All 4 of our custard filled doughnuts were definitely NOT FILLED with custard. At most there was half a TEASPOON. I have a photo of i can uoad it. NO JOKE!! I also tried calling back to the store and no one answers!! I called several times, and not even a voice mail. This was store #30185. As it was, the menu was less than usual, but we ordered anyway from what was available. Extremely disappointed!!
