I came here for balloons for my mother-in-law’s birthday. I normally wouldn’t get something so environmentally unfriendly, but it was requested by my father-in-law, so I couldn’t say no! The store was busy and the balloon department was packed but it still only took 10-15 minutes to get the balloons filled after we purchased them. One of them deflated immediately upon being brought to the car, but I’m assuming that was user error. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and if I ever get balloons requested again, I would get them here.

My jaw dropped when I walked into this place. It is NOT your normal party city. It had the magical charm of the Mall shops of olde. It looked fun, adventurous and magical. Although the place looked amazing I found their selectons to be more limited. They still had the fun fill your own candy bag assortment, costumes, clolor themed items, confetti and so on.They have POCKEY sticks in 3 different flavors. Yummy! Poprocks can be found here too. I was finally able to find bottles of handsanitizer that clips onto bags. Thank you Party City.Handicap parking is inconviently tucked around the corner far from the stores enterance. The front has reserved parking for online order pick ups.

Went in to get a costume last minute. They had it, I got it quick and cashiers were friendl y. Cant complain.

Came in because we couldnt find our birthday candles. They were still open after 7pm this holiday Monday. Also picked up a large 18th birthday balloon for my sons big day.

Love the new layout. Every single staff member was super helpful and friendly. The young man at checkout even separated the bags so my kids wouldnt fight over their candy. Very happy with the changes😁

Stopped in here because my girlfriend loves hollowed. We wanted to see all the Holocene stuff. I guess we were to early. They are in the process of putting it out. Anyway, the employees were nice and helpful. The store was clean and smelled good.

I drove 20 miles one way because the kid said they had banners if over the hill. I get here and they have no such thing. Shame on this company after all Mesa is a large retirement area! Dumb!!

Really big party store! Nice selection and lots of fun stuff to buy. Staff was fine and the store was neat. No problems.

They have lots of cute little toys and candies under one dollar. My kids love to go to, “The Party Store” to pick out prizes when they have earned enough stars at home. I like their helium balloon selection and themed party decoration choices available as well. It’s a fun little place to shop!

Big store, lots to offer but not enough staff and couldn’t find little flower vases.

I love this store someone expensive but all kinds of fun stuff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful found a baby shark pinata for our family, had to go to another store, I didnt mind.

I came into the store expecting to pick up some balloons and fill them myself, but to save time decided to ask them to fill them. I ended up buying 27 balloons and Andrea was so friendly and helpful. She didnt hesitate to do it for me even and kept a great attitude the whole time. Even while assisting me she was answering other customers questions and asking them if she could help them. She knows where everything in that store is. Party City is very lucky to have her as an employee. The gentlemen that was working with her was also very friendly, my apologies for not catching his name. Thank Andrea for your exceptional assistance. You helped to make my event perfect.

Purchased 8 pearl balloons and wanted 6 confetti balloons inflated for my daughters party. As my balloons were being filled, other orders were done and waiting for pick up with balloons in those orders randomly popping. Thought it was odd. My order was then done and as I took the balloons to my car, two popped, then another three as I put them in the car. I walked back in for a refund and they asked if I just wanted more balloons, absolutely not. Got my refund and returned to my car to find two more had popped. By the time I got home I was left with a mess in my car and four balloons. Thanks so much Party City, I wont be returning for balloons in the future. Such a waste of money.

I needed some balloons done for a party and you cant just drop your balloons and then grab them. You cant do your balloons the day before because they only are guaranteed for 5 hours and I bought a bunch of triangle weights for 3 dollars a piece and they were the empty triangle like nobody filled them with weight and they didnt hold the balloons

I love being able to buy online and then pick up in store. The people are very friendly and helpful. Plus I enjoy seeing kids being happy with their parents in the store.

Came in for Halloween and the lines were long, as expected, but the wait wasnt very long. The employees even gave out candy to everyone in line while they wait. The employees work hard and I appreciate that. It was a great experience for me as a customer.

They have a wide selection of Halloween costumes. I really liked the fact that they would help you put together an outfit of lesser known characters (we were trying to do a Lego character). Prices are about average to what you can get at Target.

The young staff seemed to be a little confused everytime we asked them questions and they were really slow when helping with balloons but at least they were nice.

This place has everything you need for decor and more. Definitely the best store ever for parties.

Party City is super fun to browse and youll have no problem finding what your looking for party wise. We use this location nearly everytime and no complaints thus far. The only issue with this store is signage from Baseline which they need because you wouldnt know its there unless you knew about it.

Took a while to checkout despite only a few people with a few items. Prices seem on the high end and the price they quoted in store for a balloon fill was more than online price. They honored the online price but I dislike when stores do that nonsense since they would be overcharging people who dont catch it.

This particular store has been around for quite a while. Took a look in here as Halloween is nearing, and have to say I wasn’t very impressed. It seems like their selection of products has gotten smaller and smaller over the years. They used to have high quality masks in this store hanging on the back wall, sadly they no longer do. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and pretty helpful. They have a wide variety of party supplies (I mean the name says that alone)

Theres so much to look at. You can find what you need for a special occasion. Its cheery and fun. Associates are helpful. Plenty of parking available.

Great service, well organized and quality merchandise.I wanted white gloves for a function and none of the traditional retailers stocked then. Party City listed on the website their stock of short white and longer length white gloves. I was surprised to find such quality in both cotton and silk options😄 so pleased!

I placed an order on the website for in store pickup and went to pick it up many hours later. When I arrived in the store I waited for 20 minutes before anyone at the counter was even available. The had no idea where the online order was and had nothing in their system. Showed them the email receipt and we confirmed multiple times it was for their location and it was paid for. Finally found the item, but they couldnt find the order in their system. They would not let me leave. After 35 minutes I said screw you, took my item that I ALREADY PAID FOR, and was on my way. Their system error is their issue. So they decided to charge me again for the same item. I am working with support to get this refunded. You absolutely did no have my authorization to run my card, and this is definitely something I can sew you for. Fix it now, or suffer the consequences.

Had a lot of good costumes but out of most. Pretty spending on all items. Would only shop there for something specific as I can get it cheaper elsewhere. Staff was very friendly.

I was able to get what I was needing. That means the store met my expectations and earns three stars. Had the selection, quality or service been better than expected I would have awarded more stars....less if disappointed.

Was looking for a specific item that I thought they might carry.. The girl on the desk was helpful and they did not carry the item but in looking around, the shelves seemed to be empty, more so than I had ever encountered previously. Not sure if they are closing, or had a big run over the holidays?

Workers in the back were very helpful but at the cashier they took to long and seemed as if they did not know what they were doing!

Party City never lets me down. Best selection if everything celebration. Came for gender reveal supplies. Got everything I needed.

They had a sale on summer items bogo. The items we picked had a price tag of a $1.49. We went to check out and they charged us $4.99 each! We told the clerk that the tag said $1.49. She wasnt very helpful and made it seem like I should have known that. It was akward to have the clerk tell me I was wrong when the tag said $1.49.

Very rude people went there to get my daughter 2 simple baloons and was told they cant fill them they can do 12 latex balloons but not 2 number balloons. Dont waste your time or effort here you will be disappointed.

I usually like these king of stores but this one is not that great. The staff was very rude. O was asked on of their staff for directions and she gave them to me in a not nice way. I dont know if she was the only one working at the store because there were several people waiting around to get service. The selection of items was average and very expensive.

This location has exceptionally poor service. The staff makes you feel like a burden and the past few times Ive been it has been really messy. There was one lady I noticed working really hard...she was averting the phones, checking people out, and placing balloon orders while two of her co-workers nonchalantly blew up a few balloons. It is because of her alone Ive given This location 2-stars.I recommend a different party city.

Very SLOW service, I bought things, wrapping paper, ribbon, snack plates & napkins, and she asked me Do you want a bag?.... REALLY??I couldnt believe she thought I was going to carry all that without a bag. UGGGGHHH!Can you say no common science, needs more training..

I walked into the store at exactly 8:30, as soon as the store opened to order 15 balloons. There were 2 girls behind the balloon counter. Only one of them was filling balloons and was doing it very slowly as she had long fake nails that made it difficult for her to tie them. The second girl was not helping and instead was talking to other employees. She was rude and for a minute or two both of them were just talking to each other while I was standing right in front of them. I was in a hurry and they weren’t even working on getting the balloons filled. I asked when they were going to be done and she looked at me like I was interrupting them and then got back to filling them. I was there for half an hour to fill 15 balloons and there was no line. Then two of them popped within 5 minutes of leaving. I will never be back to party city and the employees need some serious training on customer service and efficiency.

Had everything I was looking for but after I went to Walmart and they had it and it was cheaper. Guess the convenience is worth the extra money. They have 6 dollar jojo bows which is hard to find!

My daughter and I went shopping. Asked for assitance on price because it wasnt marked and were treated rudely by a young woman that doesnt know much on customer service. We picked our items went to front she checked my daughter out and then walked away when I had my items and credit card ready and I was standing there to pay. She said she had a customer in front of me and needed to get to balloons. Well since my daughter and I were riding in same car I threw my items on counter and told her I dont need to do business with a place like this and left. Wow not good customer.service at all. Hopefully all the employees arent that oblivious to customer service.

Nobody is in a hurry here. Three employees and they walk and move like snails. 6 people in line and only one cashier. Yet there is 3 employees working. Why? Took me over 30mins to get 5 balloons filled!!!
