No pressure salesperson. Great product.

Went to look at a new bed at a new Sleep Number store (Baseline/Val Vista). The sleep number bed we were serious about purchasing was on sale. But after our visit we will not look at a sleep number bed or shop at any of their stores.Only one person working and she was not a very friendly sales person. After listening to her discuss a sale with one person we werent impressed with her salesmanship.There was a lady that appeared to purchasing a bed. The sale appeared to be cut short because there were two more customers in the store and she was told to come back this evening to finish.The couple that was waiting for her to finish appeared ready to purchase a bed so she told us to come back as it would take her about an hour to finish. She asked us a couple of quick questions inquiring of what bed we were looking for and before we replied she mumbled something else and told the other couple the she had offered us something but we shown no interest. So we left and wont return.We knew which bed we wanted to purchase and would have bought after getting some details on their beds but we felt like we were not important enough or maybe dressed well enough as we were stopping by in the middle of our daily walk. If she would have given us some materials to look at we would have waited talk to us for a couple of minutes before setting aside an hour for the other customers. Hopefully she got her sale as she just lost ours.Update. After returning home we drove to a competedtor and bought a bed. They had friendly staff a a large selection of beds.

We knew what we wanted and expected to pay before even going there. Did our research ahead of time. Still had a good saleslady without the high pressure. These beds are not cheap, but I have some issues im anticipating being alleviated by getting a good sleep number adjustable bed.

Sleep Number have the worst business practices I’ve ever experienced! They were supposed to deliver the VERY expensive bed to us last week, but at the last minute we were informed that they no longer remove old beds. So we had to re-schedule the delivery & make arrangements elsewhere to remove our old bed.Fast forward to today, the rescheduled delivery date. We paid someone to remove our old bed this morning. Delivery of our new bed was supposed to happen-between 2-5pm. At 2:52 pm I received an email telling me that they won’t be delivering the bed after all! Why? Their fabricated reason was that they didn’t have my phone #! Impossible! I talked to them on the phone last week.Now we are left with no bed at all! Of course, their customer service person (Alexis) didn’t much care what predicament they left us in, so we cancelled our order.Never again.

Mary was very attentive and kind. I never felt rushed our pressured to purchase. I was waiting for timing when I first visited. Timing for moving to a new house, and timing for the best deal. Mary predicted upcoming incentives and called me two weeks later when the new incentives were offered. When I came in for the purchase, she had everything ready.

Our sale person was extremely friendlyNiome ( not sure if I spelled it correctly) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. She let us take our time finding the right bed for us. It was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back to this location for all of our sleep number needs.

I highly recommend you visit this store if youre considering investing in a great bed for the best sleep youll ever have! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my mother in to look at a sleep number because she has extreme back pain and the salesman, Nathan, took the time to explain everything to her and even found her sleep number for her right in the store. Needless to say she walked out making the best decision shes ever made by investing in the best bed out there! So thanks to the awesome staff for helping her reach her best sleep!

This is a small mall location with high traffic, recommend that you go to a larger location not have more individualized attention.

I Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Sleep Number Bed. This was one of the best investments I have ever made. My husband was bugging me to buy a new bed but I liked the previous that I had so I didnt feel like the need was there. Until we purchased a Sleep Number bed! The comfort is literally life changing from the mattress I had before. I feel like I am sleeping on a pillow. The only issue I have with my Sleep Number bed now is that its a lot harder for me to get out of the bed in the morning lol. I will stay in the bed every last second possible because it is so comfortable. I even bought another one for our guest bedroom. I was fortunate that Superstition Springs Sleep Number manager went above and beyond to make sure I received the best customer service and made sure everything was followed through from A to Z. This is one of the best investment I have made. You must get a Sleep Number. You must go and lay on on a bed and try it out to see what you are missing.

Nathan helped me find exactly what I was looking for and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting him as he walks you through the process of finding a bed that is tailored for your specific sleep style. I now find my deep sleep quicker and wake up refreshed.

She gave us a large quantity of pre-sales information, directed us to the product which would best serve our needs, and patiently walked us through the purchase and delivery process. This is my review for mattress firm,Since this place sucked so bad.I absolutely LOVE this place. Heres my experience we originally went to Sleepnumber in the mall, super excited to finally afford this awesome bed we see on tv, we get in and tell the woman we know nothing about the different beds she went into some infomercial sales skit (clearly shows she didnt actually know her product), then we are trying to find our number I learn 100 is not firm enough, that sucks right away, so we decided its not really for us and try to leave, my fiance starts getting bullied by two reps. Laughed at and mocked when he told them of his experience with Mattress Firm in the past. Explaining thats kinda what he was looking for again.We left and came here to the sweetest young man who was very knowledgeable and furthest from pushy. He even made sure we stayed within our price. We have the GREATEST BED!! Our bed is life 😃.I forgot to mention the warranty was far better than sleepnumber as was the return policy. ESPECIALLY when you break down their 25 year warranty, its just a lie.I dont think Ill ever try another store and Ive told hundreds of people so far Im so mad at this place and at how my fiance was treated. Your product is not so great you can treat people in such a manner.Oh one good thing... There was a bed for just above 7k that had potential.

Sean Daugherty is an amazing sales person. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain my options and was able to fit me for the perfect bed.

DONT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER. THEY WONT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. I purchased a mattress and they lost record of my purchase. I offered my serial number to prove that I purchased the mattress, they wont look up the serial number. Sean the Manager at the Superstition Mall store promised a call back from the National Support Center and promised that he would call me. I have heard from neither Support nor Sean. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Victoria was a Great Salesperson! She really knows her stuff! No hard sell of any kind, Sleep Number beds pretty much sell themselves. There are some amazing add-ons, like the IQ add on! OMGosh!

I one ate Nachos on a sleep number and had done sheep in the sheets! What I am getting at is Beware!
