I went into Mattress firm looking for my third mattress in a month. Andrew was so patient and knowledgeable with his suggestions since I couldn’t find the right fit. I ended up with the sleepys gel matrix which I normally would never have tried on my own. Great recommendation! He also got it delivered in 2 days.

Our sales person, Andrew Lewis, was very knowledgeable in regards to the construction of the mattresses at his store, the Mattress Firm, at the Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa,Arizona! He patiently educated us about each mattress. Did it have memory foam to cushion our joints or a standard mattress padding. Was it firm, medium or soft. Did it have one set of steel coils or two. We were very happy with Andrew’s service and will recommend that our friends visit this store!

Super fast, friendly delivery but the salesman was not very organized and understanding of what we were looking for. Made some inappropriate money jokes and his mask was past his nose the whole time. Other than that he was very friendly and kind throughout the whole process. He was very willing and open to all questions. Presented upgrades in a not pushy way and tried to make us feel comfortable. Pretty straightforward purchase.

I bought a new mattress from this store. Andrew provided excellent customer service, and took the time to help me find the perfect mattress. However, when the delivery guys showed up they just walked into the house without covering the carpet or at least wearing some shoe covers. They really need to look at their delivery practices to keep homes clean and people safe, since they go from house to house all day. Especially after paying $99 for the delivery.

Our sales associate was Nick LeClair. He was excellent as he answered all of our questions, explained the differences between mattresses and was overall very helpful. We Purchased a Jennings Black Hybrid plush mattress with the adjustable base that my wife really liked. The best part is Nick found one that had been returned, basically a new mattress and it saved us 50%! I originally was gonna purchase our bed from Ashley furniture but they made me feel gross becsue I was in my work clothes but my shirt was only stained as I’m the owner of my business and therefore don’t work physically as much anymore or sometimes anyways got a great even better deal from mattress firm so I made my purchase here so far so good and they’re even getting it to me the next day which is today Ashley was the 30th at the soonest if I drove to Phx somewhere to get myself that sucks oh well they’re loss!!

The bed I got was an ok price, but it is very comfortable. I have been due to get some new pillows for quite some time so I went ahead and picked some up while I was there, unfortunately they dont work well for us. They were very expensive and of course cant be refunded. I wouldnt buy your pillows here, and honestly I would recommend shopping for your bed on the website, in store sales person trying to make a commission makes me feel like I should have gotten a better deal.

Frank was my sales associate and he directed me to my name brand request & dollar range. He did not pressure me or direct me into another line of mattresses which I appreciated. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, therefore a sale was made. I would recommend this sales associate.

We entered the store in Superstition Springs just to look around. A sales met us at the door and welcomed us in. We had been looking to find something we liked. Every one in the store were very friendly the gentleman that was working for 15years he showed us the products. He was not pushy or tried to sell us something we didnt want. I explained to him I worked for Sealy in the past so he up dated me on the products of today. We picked out a firm set and head an foot riser. It was delivered and set up and the took the old set away. After sleeping on our new bed for a week we have our best sleep in years.Thank you Mattress Firm for having such great people working for you.

We had gone to 3 different mattress shops before deciding on going into here on a whim. Ralph helped us out and was very friendly. Ralph made sure we were confident and knowledgeable in our choices, and let us know all our options I recommend shopping here for your mattress needs!

Have not made a purchase yet so cannot rate the final sales methods or anything but while looking for a mattress the salespeople allowed me to lay for a while on each bed I wanted to try, they gave me peace and quiet to browse and test instead of following me around or making me feel pressured, and still checked on me periodically for questions without being intrusive. Thats a hard balance to strike but they have it! Manager even told me if I am indecisive I am welcome to come nap on my break and try a different one each time. Low pressure and friendly ensures the customer will be loyal and stick with one retailer.

We stepped into Matress Firm after visiting a big competitor next door while looking for a mattress for my mom, but we had not decided yet. We shared what our needs were without giving pricing details from the last place and the sales agent (Chris) was able to meet our needs for LESS with a QUALITY BRAND and was MORE courteous and engaged with us than the prior store. We bought the matress and adjustable frame right there. We will now be going to Matress Firm first going forward.

Went in to see about prices for a King size mattress.. Told the sales agent that my husband was out for the weekend and I want to know prices to convince him when he got back. The sales man Raymond was a good salesman Ill give him that. But the pressure! I was in the middle of doing just a credit check. Nothing else. I stopped in the middle of it and said I should wait for my husband to come home. So Raymond proceeded to say that it wouldnt even hit my credit. This will at least be able to give me a price rangeWell I finished because it would be a soft inquiry. NOPE. Hard inquiry and its showing as an open credit card. I call the store once I received the credit card in the mail and they try to say it isnt a credit card, just a store card. Now I have to figure this all out and hopefully it doesnt show as a negative hit on my credit if I close it.

I am just the drop off location for my family who don’t have a physical address to drop off but the team is very courteous and prompt on their delivery. Great job guys!!!
