The sales person (I cant recall his name unfortunately) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products available. He was very pleasant and I love that he didnt try to hard sell us. He gave us the info and let us try the different mattresses and make yup or own mind. I believe we got a good deal on a good product and we are looking forward to its delivery!! We are excited to tri it out overnight. It is our first adjustable bed so were excited. Thank you matters firm for hiring great people and casting a good variety of products. If the bed holds up we well definitely be back for our next one.

Phenomenal service. There werent other customers at the time we went so we could actually talk about what we need and desired. The memorial sale was a great way to save and find affordable comfort. They were very generous as well! I greatly recommend this place. I know mattress are expensive but this place made it easy and the sale made it affordable. In addition, this said have us a free adjustable base that I am very much looking forward to using.

We just moved to Arizona from Kansas and after a week of sleeping on an air mattress while we settled in, I had enough lol. We walked in not knowing what we needed or where to start and the associate there was very helpful. We needed something in our budget and did not feel judged, on the contrary we felt listened to and were shown plenty of examples. We had an amazing night of sleep and would definitely recommend to any friends and family looking to purchase.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The initial contact we had with a sweet girl named jasmine was great! She was super helpful and was able to help us find the correct mattress. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. Got an automated call stating that delivery people would be at the house within 10 mins. Waited and nothing the time passed and finally called the store to check on the delivery. Brooke tried telling me there was a note on the delivery that no one was home. By this point I’m exhausted from working 12hr shift at the hospital. I tell her I have been home all morning and afternoon ask her for corporates number so I can try to solve the issue myself would provide the number and stated that her district manager would call me within an hour. 2 hrs later manager Jessica called me to tell me delivery people had a picture of my house and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver til Friday😡 worst customer service I have ever received. You would think that they would understand that it’s an almost 3k purchase and all but nope. Ended up canceling everything all together. Will never shop here again and would not recommend to anyone!!

Sales woman was so helpful and very nice. She explained everything and was not pushy at all. i cant wait to get the bed and free adjustable bed frame.Edit: So I got the bed and it was taller and not the same as what was in the store. I went in for a refund and was told it would cost hundreds of dollars to return or exchange it. So I then realized the bed I purchased was being offered for 150 less than what I paid. Their 120 day low price guarantee ( on the back of my original receipt) states they will mail you a refund check for the difference plus 10% within 3 weeks. It also says We will beat any advertised price by 10% or your purchase is free. I received a check for the difference. I never received one for the 10%. I have numerous receipts saying that it will be sent to me within 10 days. I never got the check and its been over 120 days since I purchased the bed. If they honor the promise of the purchase being free I will give them 5 stars but right now they are 2 stars at best.

My husband and I walked in knowing what mattress we wanted but wanted to make sure it was comfortable for both of us. I was worried that we were going to have to bargain, I was prepared for this to not be a good experience. Steve greeted us, we told him which mattress we wanted to try, he let us both try it. And we paid for and walked out in about 30 minutes. It was an amazing experience! Would highly recommend.

If I could sum up why consumers prefer companies that put consumer experiences and consumer satisfaction before company profit, I would highlight my experience at this Mattress Firm. I bought a bed frame that does not support my mattress, making the product completely useless to me. The mattress literally falls through because there is such little support in the bed frame. I went to return this bed frame and because the bed frame was no longer in its original packaging, the sales representative refused to accept my return. The reason she told me was that if the bed frame is no longer in the box, then she could not sell the bed frame to another customer. As a company, your priority should be customer satisfaction, not the ability to resell a product after its been bought. I cant use this product since the quality is so low, and quite frankly, its not my responsibility as a consumer for a company to resell a dysfunctional product. I am unhappy with the performance and quality of this product, and I shouldnt have to argue about how I should get refunded for this. Reevaluate your company values and maybe then you wont be struggling as a business.

It was really interesting to hear the importance of eight hours a day being spent on the mattress that we were looking at getting. It opened our eyes to how important the mattress is as you spend 33% of your life on it.

The very personable salesman went above and beyond to make sure the three beds we purchased were perfect for our family at a price that just blew all of the other stores out of the water. This is 100% honest review it wasn’t prompt I am just so grateful to have found Barry through the nearest “mattress firm” search on google. As my friends mom said they had good deals which Is true I took advantage and got a Queen for the price of a Queen. I went in not knowing or truly understanding: financing, why is it important to sleep on a good bed based on how you sleep and what you desire, difference between soft medium and firm, and just how important it is to get a bed that will last (pricy but through finance it is manageable and is the best option) vs a bed that will suffice(way less pricy but won’t last long). Had I went to someone who didn’t care and didn’t listen to my needs and what I wanted I would’ve been down the drain and my credit score potentially could’ve took a hard hit if I didn’t get explained my options by Barry so he saved me in that one of MANY WAYS. You can read it in the reviews if you don’t take my word for it. Barry truly cares about a customers happiness I already referred him 2 friends of mine because I truly trust him to not try and screw someone over for personal profit.The bed I got (serta Queen) was the one for me as Barry explained I lay on my stomach so this would support my back and personal preference I loved this once over the more firm option. He slimmed it down to three choices and I was able to choose what best suited me based on personal preference. After choosing the bed we sat down and talked numbers I straight up said look I’m a visual person and understood immediately that I needed to see numbers to help me make options without explanation as to why. After I made my confident decision about how I wanted to finance we did paper work and he was so transparent I knew I was in the right hands for a bed and financing one. We scheduled the bed I wanted, they didn’t have it in stock but I didn’t even care because he helped me understand why that bed is essential for my back.Going forward the team that was scheduled for a day of my choosing(today) but they choose the time frame(9:15-11:15) (the call the day before also allows you to say yes or no to time frames and will let you adjust or get you connected to someone who can changed the date for you) then on the day of your choosing they called me to give me a notification that they were in route and before I knew it they were there. (Yes they will call you if they have arrived and can not get into the apartment/home if gated) the delivery men where amazing!!! Super fast knew I was busy and respected my time like I respected theirs set up took no longer than about 6 minutes and that’s the story to how I got my bed in which I’m actually writing this on. (Yes it’s very comfortable because Barry helped me select what’s best for my needs) (even pillows) (the guy is amazing) (okay I will stop nowH

Lots and lots of false promises. The “new manager” claimed we could get our delivery this weekend for our move, he lied and said not avavilable. He claimed we could get the free adjustable base that was for the promotion for 4th of July, he lied and said we couldn’t. Now we can’t get our bed for another week and either have to sleep on a blowup mattress or get a hotel room for the week and have two dogs, terribly inconvenient. We obviously have to work and can’t take time off during the week for their options for their delivery times (9 AM to 6 PM). Really bad taste in my mouth, nobody likes to be lied to, I work in customer service and any time someone is dissatisfied with something, you want them to come back. No reason to do so with this place. Will not be making any more purchases here. Only reason for two stars is the previous manager that helped us before he retired.
