Love this little hidden gem. Great prices and lots of selection. I found a little grey bed frame for my guest bedroom, a spectacular mattress which was hundreds of dollars less than online advertised prices. Also a sofa foe our loft!! The owner’s is Susie. I shopped on line, went to a Bed Store and a well established store in Phoenix looking. By chance I Googled Mesa and Susies store came up. I read the reviews, the 5s out weighed the 1s and I was looking only. The store is a smaller Mom and Pop store. Quality is there just cozy. We talked and I explained what I was hoping for and frankly I had not bought a bed in 20+ years. She was grateful I had been looking around learning what I like and what was out there to buy.She showed me a mattress and told me the price with a standard frame or an adjustable frame. She was having a sale that would be ending in a week or so. She had only a few frames left. At no time did she say anything to make me feel pressured.I took an estimate and I left. Did some more thinking, read some more reviews and went back. Asked about the reviews and listened to the answers. I bought the bed for a third of what I had budgeted.Kenny delivered the bed the next business day after I was off work. Very kind, capable and prepared. Took less than an hour. Hauled away my old bed too, no charge.Bed was really stiff the first couple days and I wanted to give it time to fit me. Now a few weeks later it is fantastic. I am sleeping better, through the night, less hours asleep but very rested. Happy with my choice and the money I saved.I am writing this review sitting in my adjustable bed. Suzie was a Great Find. I have recommended and will always.do so.I didnt buy cheap but I also did not pay for a showroom of rent and AC Bills and TV / Radio Ads about sales 3 times what I paid. Enjoy buying your next bed. I saw this charcoal gray platform bed and decided to order it! They were so helpful in answering all my questions as I saw it online and not in person. I received it literally hours after I placed the order! The delivery guys were very nice and I still cant believe how quick I got this. Put it together, not complicated at all, and I stepped back and thought what a beautiful bed, especially for this price! I was not disappointed at all! Extremely poor customer service. They delivered the wrong frame and did not return calls for a solid week. When we finally got in touch with them we told them we had to buy a frame from another store and they REFUSED to compensate us for the frame we HAD to buy. Susie was extremely rude and when we told her we were unhappy she said she would pray for us.We ended up getting only $30 refunded (not the $80 it cost us to buy a new frame). Poor, negligent and rude service. I will NEVER recommend them. Much better experience with Mattress Firm and Im really sorry I didnt go there instead.

We went in for a bed frame, which was a great price and great quality. We are now returning for a mattress. Susie was awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable. The free delivery to San Tan Valley was above and beyond great customer service. So happy we found this place.

Mattress is sagging after a few months, with a 10 year warranty. Made several calls, no answer and left messages no call back. I went back to the store. Owner stated she remembers our purchase but wants the invoice, which I cannot find. She say it is too difficult for her to check her records. No positive results yet.

This place was absolutely amazing! Free delivery which owner Susie did all by herself! Went in with the intention of just getting a bed frame and because of her wonderful 90 day same as cash financing we ended up walking away with a bed frame and mattress and box spring! Affordable and comfortable! What more could you ask for?! Oh and the service, never had better! Not only was my mattress delivered to my condo, it was brought up to the top floor, through my door, into the guest room, they removed my old mattress and setup the new one then left with the old mattress in a matter of minutes! I didnt have to lift a finger and every guest tells me how much they love the bed. Time to get another one for myself! Theyve won a customer for life. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new bed!

Yay! With 3 boys and a possible other on the way we needed a quadruple bunk bed. We shopped long and hard and the owner here certainly gave us the best deal on the same bunk bed offered at multiple places. WOW!!! The owner Susie really knows how to help. Susie asked what I had been experiencing with my current pillows. She listened and then provided a great solution. I have tried 3 different pillows from other manufacturers in the last month and have been experiencing neck pain. I would wake up in the middle of the night, because of low grade pain in the neck. Susie had me try out the pillow she recommended based upon what we discussed. I purchased the pillow yesterday 5/21/19 and used it last night. I slept a full nights sleep and my neck pain was not there when I woke up this morning 5/22/19. Blink Mattress Experts knows what they are doing, have great customer service and very good pricing. They know about Pillows also not just mattresses, I highly recommend them.

I purchased a queen bed frame from the owner, Susie Marie, about 4 months ago and in that very brief period of time that I have owned it and used it, the frame has broken not once but TWO times. It is extremely cheap, shoddy and poorly constructed and I would highly NOT recommend buying this for any adult, let alone two adults, to sleep on. The support slats underneath the mattress are flimsy AF and connect to a cheap particle board frame with small pegs made of the same poor quality particle board as the frame. The customer service at this company is completely nonexistent and I find that particularly frustrating as I very explicitly asked the owner before purchasing this bed if it was well constructed and capable of holding two adults. She assured me that the quality and workmanship was there which was obviously a flat out lie because, let me be clear here, it absolutely is NOT. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. They are nothing more than a bunch of lying, thieving frauds selling dirt cheap, poorly made furniture from Malaysia under the pretense that is a quality product. If that alone wasnt bad enough, good luck getting any response or resolution out of them when you have an issue. My attempts have clearly been heard but blatantly and rudely ignored. Poor form from Blink and Susie at every angle.
