This company cant even deliver a single steel door on time. They change the delivery time 2 days in a row. The only answer I got from their office was thats the way deliveries goes these days.To make excuses for poor service is the sign of a ineffective and useless company.Dont bother shipping with the Custom Companies Incorporated you will wait for ever for deliveries and waist your time.

The wide selection of national and state flags is only exceeded by their professional, helpful staff. We were able to purchase exactly what we wanted, and they stand by their products. We hoisted our banners and they waived proudly for over a year, when we noticed some fraying on the edge of both flags. We took them in and they trimmed and hemed them to look great again. And their location is so convenient to the freeway. Easy off, great service, and easy back on. Give them a try!

This is an awesome shop. They literally have everything that you could possibly need to set up any flag of any kind. It is a little pricey but it is worth the quality.

Called Friday about 3 pm about rope for a flag pole. I was told he has rope and other hardware. I said I would come in on Monday. 25 mile trip one way. Arrived at 10 AM “no rope a customer bought it last week”.This is why we purchase online so much, Brick and Mortar stores are not up to the competition! I will now purchase the items I need from either EBay or Amazon. You should too!

My expectations might be a little higher than some as a business owner, but if an employee says they have the product you are looking for, shouldnt they have it? Long store short, I called to see if they had feather flags and stake mounts, and a lady that sounded like I was interrupting her answered the phone. She said they did. Drove ten miles to buy 5. They had flags but no mounting hardware.
