I have used Auto Nation Collision Center twice in the last year via insurance claims. I can say without a doubt I will use them in the future if I need anything done regarding body repair work. Im sure they do a great job with other repairs but I can state for a fact that Im happy with the work they have done to restore my car to normal.James was great both times with keeping me updated on the process. He would send updates letting me know the status. He was upfront when I met with him to provide a timeline. He gave suggestions on ways for me to save money. For example, my car was drivable one of the times and suggested that I drive my car until all parts were in so I did not have to spend extra money on my rental services. My insurance only covered so many days.They always answered my questions and truly cared about me being happy with the work that was done on my car. Having your car in the shop for body work is never fun and it is a longer process. The communication of this company helped set expectations and they delivered on their end. Thank you for the superior job that you have provided to me twice. No offense, I hope I dont see you guys again. I know if I do, my vehicle will be in good hands.

Too many people needing body work and not enough estimators to handle the workload. I had an appointment and still waited 40 minutes to be seen. I have yet to be scheduled for the repair work to begin. Staff is nice enough, but it seems they are short handed like everyone else.

First of all, the quality and workmanship was WAY BEYOND expectations. Perfect execution, and the new lift gate and paint are flawless. Secondly, the customer service here by all is just great, but Robert, my estimator, just has another gear. He kept me informed about cost and timelines, and made the insurance and rental car stuff easy! Much appreciated. After a summer dealing with many businesses and contractors, these people set the standard for service and care.

1.5 years later the cheap tie rod they installed started breaking down allow with that created damage to the driver lower control arm. Cheap and low skilled service/installation is going to cost me $800 out of pocket. Honda/Midas both agreed that the shop who replaced it installed the tie rod incorrectly.

They took me in for an estimate, even though I was a week early. Very good customer service, quick and efficient. Very good teamwork. Nice job guys thanks

AutoNation is a great place to get your car repaired. The people there are very nice they take care of everything.

Words like perfection, excellent, flawless, amazing come to mind but there is a state above any of these that this shop delivers, every time. Add to that great customer service, staff that is experienced and is focused on the details and does what they say they are going to do and this is the only shop to talk your car.

Autonation took care of our Toyota Yaris. Everything turned out perfect and the paint is even better than it was when it left the factory. Our car was spotless and amazingly clean and detailed on the inside after service. Would recommend AutoNation to anybody looking for a body shop.

I am saddened to say AutoNation collision did a terrible job on my car my car was worse taking it home then when I brought it in the staff was unwilling to work with me I don’t know where to go or who to turn to to get this problem fixed and I would hate to see anybody else go through this same situation I want to back three times and my car is still not fixed I wish I can send a picture how horrible job they did I am still trying to send a picture they know I have a accident and they think I don’t know what my car should look like and they keep playing with me

It would have been a five star review if they didnt return my car to me with a huge crack in the windshield and when I requested they fix it, they stopped communicating.

HORRIBLE. I will say they did do a decent job of fixing my dent even though I had to come back because the quarter panel popped out again somewhat, they did fix it free of charge. But I think they drove my car more then necessary based on the condition I got my car back. I had just cleaned my car and on the inside there were scuff marks and a part of my console is now out of place. This place used to be nice but seriously beware. The reason they get two stars is because they were nice but thats about it God willing I never have an accident again but if I do I will NEVER go back to this place.

These guys are the best. I have had a few accidents running my fleet of pest control trucks and I wont ever take my trucks anywhere else even if the insurance company requests it. They are so professional and the work is second to none. They are quick and do the best work. Everything looks and runs like new every time.

3 years ago, Greg and I got rear ended at a dead stop by a Nissan Titan going 30mph. My car absorbed the hit EXTREMELY well but the frame was buckled and it compromised the structure of the car.I took it to Invision Auto Body in Mesa and needless to say, the repairs are less than optimal.After talking to a client of mine that owns an Auto Body shop, she suggested I get it looked at. All of these marks on the car are places they did insufficient repairs. The frame is still buckled and from the looks of it, they tried to hammer out the dents. Apparently its a popular thing for auto body shops to do. The dont make any money if a car is totalled, so they fix it on the cheap just to make a buck.If I had got rear ended with the boys in the back seat, they could be SEVERLY injured because of the way this car was repaired.If youve had severe repairs done to your car, I suggest you get a second opinion. It could save you a serious injury down the road.

I had a substantial repair to the back end of my Camry from a collision. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. They communicated with me as promised. The work performed was excellent in every detail. They handled much of the communication requirements with the insurance carrier. I would recommend Invision to anyone!

Oh man I have been in 4 car accidents in my life (unfortunately), but Ive never had a shop take care of me like Invision did. Amazing shop! My car looks as good as new (well for a car from 2011). Hopefully Ill never have to come back to a body shop due to an accident, but if I do Ill definitely be calling these guys again!

Ive had two collision repairs completed in less than 6 months. Assisted by Robert Downey (no, not THAT Robert Downey!) both times. Work has been expert, timely, and cost effective both times. Highly recommend.

I brought my car here after Otto Works Collision did a horrible job and Auto Nation said they would look at it and repair it as needed. The work and customer service they have is wonderful! I dealt with Charlie the whole way through and he kept me updated and told me what was going on the entire time and now my car feels brand new again! I would definitely bring it here again if I needed to.

Just wanted to say Justin and the crew that worked on my JK did a great job. This place has the down home welcome let me do a good job for you feel, the staff is great and the work is beyond my expectation for sure. I wont have to look for a body paint shop if ever needed in the future.

Everyone here is wonderful, I got rear ended a few months ago and the guy who hit me, his insurance company put an after market bumper on my car so it doesnt fit right on the body of my car, well Justin and the rest of the staff has been working with me and his insurance company for a while to get the correct bumper on my car and I am just amazed at the incredible level of customer service I have received from everyone. If you need work done come to the this shop, they go above and beyond.

I had insurance claim work done to my pickup, pretty extensive as they had to replace a bedside (outer rear fender), which involved cutting out the old and welding in a new one. They did a solid good job -matched the (faded) paint color well and kept the seams clean, but they also cracked/chipped a tail light, chipped some paint on a surface they did not repair, and now my Roll-n-Lock bed cover does not align or latch closed well (and it used to align perfectly). When I asked my rep for a little bit of extra paint, for touch-up, he said that he could not possibly offer that... he said paint was really expensive. My job was over $3500 and they could not manage a half ounce of touch-up... So, solid good, work, but I would not go out of my way for their service - as they did not go the least out of their way for my business.

This Collision Center does high-end work they dont do workarounds they just do it right I highly recommend AutoNation Collision call George invited me

Accidents happen! But the professional, friendly and fast service that Invision has to offer makes the stressful process of getting your car repaired go a lot smoother! Ive unfortunately had to come to this location for several incidences (people love reversing into my parked car) but Robert Downey Jr & his crew never disappoint! Definitely recommend this spot if looking for quick and sufficient service.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for 7 years now..Im a technician at a local repair shop in Gilbert and know the ropes of shops..these guys are the real deal and take care of their customers like we do at our shop..i recently had my f250 in there for a warranty repair which most shops including mine dont like doing but Kent and his guys stood behind their work..we will continue to bring our vehicles back to this shop..thanks again for the killer paint job on the hood of my truck.
