It was a cold, cold winter here in AZ that week.................lol, Not! We had moved to the area about two years ago and in looking for a auto mechanic came across Bill and his wife at, 521 Auto. So very please with the work done on putting in the new engine, checking everything out, and I mean everything. And being the only driver in our family now a days it was nice when when they always offered to drive me home and pick me up when our vehicle was done. Never to busy to explain things to this old 71 year old retired fire captain. Just a over all great experience with this family owned company.

Excellent service. Picks up my vehicle from work and returns it the same day in most instances. Really nice and professional. They service all of our maintenance vehicles as well.

I always feel confident that they wont do anything to my car that it doesnt need. Many other places will come up with something that needs to be fixed but not them. They will only fix things that actually need it being someone who knows nothing about cares, its nice to have someone in my corners who wont try and take advantage of that.

He also saved me some money because he was honest about not having to replace some parts which I had previously thought needed replacing. I had my 2009 Lexus GS350 towed to 521 Auto. We shared with him the dash board lights that lite up and how the car was driving before we pulled off the road. Bill told us what it most likely needed and the following day called with the diagnosis. By the way, he was correct and able to replace the part efficiently. He also brought to my attention that the tow truck, not associated with 521 did under carriage damage when towed.Great job Bill, and thank you for the prompt courteous service.

I took it to other mechanics and no one could figure out the problem I got recommended to 521 and could not be more happier, bill found and fixed the problem in 2 days with my ac working better then it ever did!! Bill was great, he really made an effort to figure out what was going on with our otherwise so dependable honda odyssey. Turns out the alternator, which i already had replaced a year ago at an overpriced knowitall car-doomsday cross-selling chain store shop, wasnt at fault at all. Nor was it the battery positive cable, but a fault in a control cable connection that has caused our vans alternator to turn off (a three year occasional battery light issue that finally this week caused the van not to start).I really appreciate the detective work on the electrical system and honest feedback. Will go here from now on for all my auto needs. Did i mention his prices are really reasonable? I wanted to overpay just because its so refreshing to meet an honest mechanic, but they wouldnt let me! Plus their puppy dog is just adorable. Recommended!
