Brian I had an unusual meeting, we met in a parking lot, he noticed I had a dent in my BMW Z4 trunk lid. He explained that he owned Mesa Valley Collision Center, pulled up his website on his phone along with his google reviews showing the quality of work his team does, I was impressed. However, I was a little apprehensive trusting a guy I met in a parking lot but he had his salesman cap on that day and seemed like a genuinely honest guy with true integrity, so I took a leap of faith and had his shop do the work on my BMW. I got my car back in under a week, WOW!! him and his team did an amazing job, paint match perfect, buffed and polished to a mirror finish. Not only did they replace and paint the trunk deck they also painted the rear bumper cover which had a few nicks and scratches at no charge, they even replaced the cracked window cowl, definitely went over and above. Talk about quality work and great service its no wonder they are the only 5 star rated body shop in the valley. Being that I do rideshare driving I needed a place that was willing to do their best to perform my body work quickly and minimize lost time since in my case a rental would not help. They did their best to get the work done quickly without losing any quality. I sense a personal touch here where they treat one more than just another customer in line. Mesa Valley Collision done it again. Brian and his team are second to none. I painted my truck two and a half years ago. And I bought a new tonno cover at the time. well I didnt paint the tonal cover and I had Brian and his team painted the cover on the truck so they can match the work 2 years ago. well worth the money. Now they did the same thing with repairing my car 2012 Camry looks new.

Only have liability on it, so we had to fix our car out of pocket. We went to all the body shop companies in Mesa, they gave us the lowest price that they can give us but we couldnt afford it. My husband almost gave up looking than I told him to have faith with the last company on our list. It was this one! Brian helped us. Going down a dirt road, I failed to notice a rock jutting out and badly dented and scraped four panels on the side of my motorhome. My truck looks great, but their communication skills are horrible.

While there are numerous body shops that could have painted my 2002 TJ, I initially chose Mesa Valley Collision Center largely because of the numerous positive reviews that the company had received. Upon arriving at the shop, I quickly found those reviews to be supported and my preconceptions affirmed. Brian and his staff are incredibly personable, and they cooperate to do fantastic work, as can be seen in the pictures below. Undoubtedly, for future body work, I intend on returning to this location as I know that my vehicle(s) would be in great hands.

Brian and his team did an amazing job. They restored the frame of my car to original manufacturers specifications, which means safety. And the surface work and paint job was perfect, its like it was never in a wreck. Its great to find people that truly care, and theyre price was the cheapest of the 3 bids I got.

It’s a rare opportunity to be able to recommend a business as heartily as I do Mesa Valley Collision Center (MVCC).From my experience, I’ve personally seen how the owner, Brian, sets a company culture deeply committed to high quality performance and customer service.In my case, it was an RV repair where obtaining parts from the manufacturer and distributors was very problematic. I took over 5 mos in fact. MVCC fought very get hard to obtain parts, even directly calling the CEOs of some companies to get expedited delivery.The craftsmanship on the repair was excellent too. The paint was blended so well on my 2016 model, I could not tell where the paint had been applied, even upon close inspection.I understand there are a lot of good collision repair options available out there, but if you need auto or RV repair of any kind, I can attest from my direct experience, you will be in excellent hands at MVCC.No question, 5 Stars for sure. I can not say enough about Brian Rice and MVCC. I had some paint issues and am limited on time I am in the state. My motorhome had needed a complete paint job last spring about the time we all became aware of covid. The job they did was gorgeous and I couldnt be happier. For some unknown reason I had a couple of small areas the paint wouldnt adhere to so he (Brian)brought my motorhome back in and fixed not only the imperfect areas but an area in the rear where I had backed into something and the paint was flaking. He also fixed my back up camera! Knowing I am moving, he had everything completed in a few days. Brian is a perfectionist, so would not let it leave his shop until it was flawless. This is my second time using Mesa Valley Collision. Both times I was absolutely pleased. The first time was for my accident. My car was really banged up and I had a very high deductible. They worked with me to insure my car was back in tip top condition at the lowest rate possible. The second time (a couple months later) I had a check engine light come on so I stopped by to see if they could tell me what the issue was. I have a 2020 Thor 28z c class RV. I had some damage on the right side rear of the motor coach I was told by a dealer that it would take months and yes he said months to get the damage repaired. I was told about a guy in Mesa that could literally fix anything. I was told to call Brian at Mesa Valley Collision Center. I called Brian and he told me to bring the RV over to him and he could take care of it. My insurance company worked with Brian, there was a parts issue and some were gonna be hard to find. Brian actually employs a fabricator and is able to make any part needed. My motor coach was repaired beyond my expectations in less than 10 days. Brian has an amazing reputation for doing what he says and not promising the unattainable. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the repair but also the manner of professionalism exhibited during the process. I highly recommend Brian at Mesa Valley Collision Center.

My car was damaged by the front bumper and the headlamp was crushed. My daughter went to the neighborhood app, and this place came with high recommendations, so i went to Google and saw the great reviews. I was not disappointed at all. Its everything theysay and more. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They explain few things i could do with my car, answering my questions. They even did a diagnostic test for me w/o charge. Brian the owner was great, then adam the parts manager also very nice and last but not least, Gary the manager, which explained few things to me. I was glad i went and will recommend this place to everyone. This is not a chain business and im glad to support small businesses, that are fair and truthful and give great customer service. After an accident our insurance totaled our 2000 F350 7.3L diesel superduty truck and we chose to take salvage title and have Brian fix it. We pull our travel trailer with this work horse and did we not want to replace a well-running truck for an unknown used vehicle, especially considering the extras we have (ARE cap, tow package and LED headlights). He fixed it just like he said, for less than a dollar under his estimate. We passed the Level 3 inspection, just like he said. I gave him the difference as a tip and we are very happy with the results. More happy travels in our future. We highly recommend this collision shop.

Our 2018 Mazda 3 was hit by a tree branch after falling out of a tree. We where lost on what to do. AMAZING customer service! We took my daughters Jetta here after she rear ended someone. The guys are so friendly and professional- they truly strive for excellent work and customer care. They worked with our insurance and had the job done in a timely manner. You truly cannot tell she was ever in an accident, the paint is perfect. They even detailed the car before giving it back! Impressed that they stand behind their work as one of the new parts failed about 2 months after and we called, dropped off the car and they replaced and fixed the issue! I had one of the most difficult paint colors possible and a huge dent in my trunk and these guys literally delayed me picking it up on account of making sure they did it a second time correctly because they didn’t like how their work turned out the first time… That about says it all. 6 stars if I could.

My insurance company wanted to say that the damage was 2 different collisions. I didnt see it happen. I just found the damage one day so I dont know how it happened. But Brian was able to talk to her into one Collision. So I only had one deductible. They do great work here. My car looks wonderful and Brian bent over backwards to help me. I cant say enough about the quality of service and the quality of work that they do here. If I could give six stars I would.

Mesa Valley Collission Center is the best for their quality of work and service. The 2-day service was done in 1 with flawless result and amazing customer service! Yes, you read it right, O-N-E day! It was a shipment schedule that almost got me cancelling the service but they told me it is possible to do it all in 1 day!They did it! You would not think it had scratches on it! All the staff are very nice and friendly, it’s like I know everyone already the moment I dropped off my car! I highly recommend these guys! No kidding!

I have visited Mesa Valley twice in the past couple of months and have had a great experience. They have delivered our vehicles in excellent condition in the time frame promised. In both cases, the paint was perfectly matched and they made our car troubles much less stressful. After hunting for a body shop with the same passion for cars as I do, I found Brian at Mesa Valley Collision. My vehicle had got hit within a parking lot a hit and run incident. Local PD was unable to get video footage, Brian worked with me and my schedule. Got me in as soon as I needed it. Brian went out of his way to deal with my insurance company that was hassling me around. He got me a rental car from my insurance as I dropped off the car. He made life during an unfortunate event bearable. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed it was in perfect shape. Right out of the factory. He informed me that the car previously had body work done (which I was unaware of, buying from a dealership) on a fender and was able to respray the effected area due to the recent collision and clean up both problems. I highly recommend the shop and the people that work here. They take pride in their work and stand far above and beyond what a normal body shop will do. I highly recommend them and will be taking all my vehicles whenever there is an issue.

When my car was damaged,I had to get several estimates for the insurance company for repair. During this process of looking for a complete body repair shop to fix my 2002 E46 M3, initial estimates were $2000 to $3000 more than Mesa Valley Collision Center. Brian and the guys were good to give me an explanation of everything that they would do. When they found additional damage, they were good to provide me with an explanation and work with my insurance company. Upon picking up my vehicle, the repairs were completed as expected and the car looked great! I would highly recommend Mesa Valley Collision Center.

We got some scratches on the side of our Entegra Coach from some low hanging tree limbs .Brian was very honest with me and he believed they could buff out all the scratches andthey were able to buff them all out.It looks great!!. Brian was excellent to work with. They got it looking like new.People at the resort asked if our Coach was new.When we told them it was a 2016 they were amazed. The scratches are gone and it looks very nice.Thanks Brian, you were very professional, knowledgeable. Couldnt have picked a better place to bring our Entegra Coach.If your Coach has a Boo Boo! Two weeks ago I brought my 03 Toyota Tundra to Mesa Valley Collision. I can tell you, When it comes to paint & body. Brain an his team are second to none! Exceeded my expectations this paint job is better than the original paint job when I bought it brand new. I have had my cars painted in the past but nothing like this. This was a no worry experience. When a crack appeared above the slide in our 5th wheel trailer, the local dealer referred us to Mesa Valley Collision. Brian not only quoted the work as soon as we brought it in, he also negotiated directly with our insurance adjuster to get a quick approval for the repair.The repair was completed within the projected 2 week window and if we had any questions in the meantime Dustin was always prompt in responding.The workmanship on the repair was excellent, however when we had setup at out next campsite, about 40 minutes away, we noticed one of the seals in the slide had not been re attached correctly. A quick call to Brian & Dustin and within the hour he had one of his guys at our site and the seal was fixed.We could not be more happy with the customer service and workmanship received at Mesa Valley Collision

I came back to update this, because Brian, the owner, called me immediately, took care of all my concerns, got my vehicle ready for me ASAP, and everything looks FANTASTIC. My car looks better than itdid the day I bought it!They even detailed the interior to like-new, and considering what a disaster it was when I brought it in, that says something.Even though we had a few hiccups, the finished product more than makes up for it all. Incredibly glad I chose this shop!

They gave me good advice after I got in an accident

I recently purchased a 2003 Class A motorhome which had minor damage to the passenger side rear bumper. While trying to back up this new (to me) motorhome @ my home, I hit the block wall and destroyed beyond repair a plastic bumper part. Mesa Valley Collision can repair plastic parts but this one was too far damaged. They molded a new bumper out of fiberglass. I was so impressed with the quality workmanship that I decided to leave my motorhome and have them do the other bumper which didnt have near as much damage & then just paint the entire bumper. Wow, it looks nice, & better than new. I highly recommend this business. They have a lot of motorhomes in their for repairs, both minor & major repairs, as well as trucks & cars. I am giving Mesa Collision 5 stars because of their promptness and quality of work. You wont regret getting your vehicle repaired here and it will look better than new.

My husband was involved in a collision recently. We were concerned about repairs as the car is only a year old. Mesa Valley Collision was great. They explained everything they would do in detail. They went above and beyond our expectations. My car looks great and you would never guess it was in an accident.
