Nice variety of items, produce and meats. It’s a very clean, well lit store as well with a food court inside featuring some good restaurants. Not the biggest seafood selection compared to some other Asian grocery stores in the valley but they had some harder to find selections that I haven’t seen at other stores so that’s a huge plus. Overall, it’s a fantastic grocery store!
The store has been enlarged a number of times and then moved across Dobson Rd at Southern. The continuing growth is uniquely tied to gravity and freshness as well as items not found locally. I do not care but personnel are not very friendly. What ever Asiana does, it does very well. It is market that also contains a bakery, food court, cosmetic department, cooking, appliances and more. Parking is abundant and plenty of room to shop without feeling crowded. The food court is spacious and offers Korean, Chinese and Japanese. We have gotten a variety of freshly prepared foods in the market and then enjoyed in the food court. We also have been pleased with quality with cosmetics and and other non food areas.
Higher prices then my regular Asian market. But very clean and customer service oriented!
Toni, one of the staff, went out of her way to help me find an item. She was extremely courteous, efficient and friendly. That level of customer service is a rare commodity these days.
Im guessing that many local Asian restaurant owners shop here. I had no idea just how wild and varied and exotic Asian foods are, until now. Grocery shopping here was not only fun, it was educational. And Asiana stocks not one or two, or even three, types of any given item, but multiple. They even sell imported Asian beers and wines. Prices are rock bottom LOW. Specials are throughout the store. I LOVE to cook Italian and have struggled to find large squid tubes for stuffing with crab or other ingredients. Asiana stocks JUMBO squid tubes, and on the cheap! They also carry a wide variety of cooking and other utensils. If youre ever in the area, you should stop in. Youll likely enjoy your time here. TIP: Bring insulated grocery bags or other means to box up what you buy because like other deep discount markets, they do not provide grocery bags at check out.
Such great service in the checkout lane, very careful location with required masks and hand sanitizer stations right at the front. Management here clearly understands the necessity of the times. They also boast a ton of variety in the product offerings. Asiana Market has always been a great place to go for anything from frozen flavored mochi to freshly cut pork belly. I love coming here every time, and I always find something new to try. Great place to shop and feel safe, and great places to eat just on the other side of the market.
They had what we needed. My first time there. The Okra I purchased was delicious.
Love the culture and the experience. I love this options we tried and the food area were delicious. The grocery store had many unique options however smelt bad.
Went here for the first time today, and we were blown away. The store is very clean, the selection on almost every category is outstanding, the prices were very competitive, and the customer service I both received and witnessed others receiving was excellent. We dropped almost $200 and felt no remorse, as everything we bought was exciting and of great quality. I cant wait to explore their vast fish selection and the restaurants within the food court. Also, we visited the French inspired bakery, and both the selection and the taste left us fantasizing over our next visit. Keep up the great job, guys!
This market is wonderful. They have seafood, but the place doesnt stink! The isles are wider than most Asian markets, very tidy, and well-organized. I was able to find my preferred snacks that can be found at other markets, and was able to find a few new items. There are also snack and lunch trays ready to go as well as an in-market restaurant!I highly recommend this market as a new go-to, and will be returning.
I really like this market and highly recommend it if your looking for Asian goods. The cafeteria area is amazing.
Asiana Market opened up a new restaurant a few weeks ago called Choys Crispy Chicken. And it’s some of the best gluten free fried chicken in AZ hands down! I want to give a shout-out to Ryan Kim personally. Each time I’ve gone, he’s taken my order. He’s been extremely nice and exuded good customer service. It’s always pleasant seeing him. I would definitely recommend this new chicken spot for anyone who’s craving good gluten free friend chicken that’s reasonably priced.
One of my favorite Asian store! They are always clean and grate customer service! They have so many items, foodcourt, bakery, beauty items to eveyday items as well!Love this store!😍😍😍😍😍👍
The Asiana market has a large selection of quality meats and Asian style dishes. I found them to be slightly cheaper and better quality than competing markets and would highly recommend if you are searching for Korean bbq meats. They also have the ingredients for the movie parasite’ ramdon noodles, which competing markets are out of stock of but obviously this changes regularly. Overall a great, clean, non claustrophobic experience. Highly recommended
The food court was spectacular, the grocery store was also fantastic. I will be stopping by here more often than other Asian markets in the area.
Im fond of Japanese drinks, snacks, mochi, etc.I love this place. They have all of my favorite things and is Ill come back in the future. Love the food court.
So clean! Excellent produce. Fish is fresh. Cant wait to go back.
Great tried gochu jiampong today at the noodle restaurant. It was pretty decent. And it didnt give me a stomach ache like pho does. Had a nice day out. Will be back. I think this is the cleanest market in phoenix. Am asian american and pretty much shop for groceries solely at asian markets. Nice place 👍
Dear customer for Tous les Jours. Please dont go this place unless you want to have ruin your lovely day. It is really ugly feeling that the customer was treated as so rude by employee name Stacy at Tous les Jours. Today is my daughters birthday, so I travel all the way from El Paso, Texas to buy her birthday cake at This place. I almost every month to come here to buy cake and they never ask for extra fee for getting a candles. Today, I asked the candles for 12 because of my daughters age. This rude and uneducated employee, Stacy told me to pay extra. So I asked her since when. You guys charge the extra fee for candles. Know what? She told me in attitude to say that she can nit tell me exact date and do you want it or not. I didnt ask her for what exact dat. She just didnt want to service the customers inquiry. I was saying her for manager and this manager lady also seemed did care about her employees attitude, but only care about her employees feeling. I was talking to cashier at Asiana to ask who is the owner for this store. She told me it is the owner of Asiana market. I asked to report this ridiculous situation and I will go to the Paris baguette from niw.
Awesome products especially the mushrooms. Good prices and friendly and helpful staff.
This place has certain spices & products that i can get to make my girls that street food quality. I love this place.
Very clean. The staff is friendly. Nice variety of Asian cuisine.
Always place to shop for Korean grocery. Great price!
The prepared meals with eal were delicious. Nice asion portions.
The shop with same name in North Phoenix is much better and has wider selection of goods and produce. This one is primarily catered to Asian community food. The sea food is fresh and nice though.
Asiana has superior meat options. The service here is always friendly. I have never had any issues with waiting too long in a line either. Location is awesome too, right next to MCC and right off the 60.
This has become my new favorite place to shop!😀👍
If youre looking for Asian food this place is clean and organized. Unlike other markets it doesnt smell like dead fish which is always a plus. There are also restaurants inside, cooking supplies and a huge selection of your favorite Asian staples.
Asiana is our favorite Korean market in the area. Customer service is always excellent, the selection is great and prices are competitive. I really cant ask for more. Customer service is what sets this store apart from others nearby by a long shot. Give Asiana a try!
Huge selection and variety. Heavy Korean but a fair mix of other Food.
Ive been to probably ever Asian market in the valley. This one is the cleanest and best smelling one of them all. This is a Korean market so if you want food from a different country you would probably be better off trying one of the other markets in the valley. It was also very nice to have a few Korean restaurants attached to the market.
I always enjoy Asiana for its well kept up facilities, high quality meats, and delicious food court. Definitely a go to for Korean BBQ cuts of meat, super fresh fish and a solid selection of dry and fridge goods
Great little Korean supermarket. Good selection of veggies and assorted goods. Lots of asian housewares that can be hard to find. Also a food court here with an outstanding bakery! Highly recommend going here!
This is a great store. Trying to eat in differently and/or fresh.. come here.
Fantastic! Nice and stocked, very clean throughout. Has a temperature reader at the door and hand sanitizer and everyone wears their mask. I live next door and come here often and its always pristine.
Always love to see what is new. This is one of my stops when I need ingredients that is hard to find. It is great to have so many stores around the area, each with their own unique selections.
Large Asian grocery store you can find pretty much anything for Asian cooking that you would want
Great little grocery store. Staff are very kind and helpful.
My favorite grocery store in the Valley. Is small enough that youre not walking around forever trying to find stuff, but it also has everything. Theyve been extremely careful during the pandemic and I feel safe shopping there. They also have great pre-prepared food!
Love going to Asiana, so I can easily get all the ingredients I need to try making Korean food. The layout makes it super easy to find what I need, and theres always new stuff to try. Will definitely continue to come back over and over again.
I sort of stumbled upon this place after going to SimonMed. Such an awesome store. Found so many foods we enjoy at better prices than other stores I frequent. Their meats are cut so perfectly. Picked up ingredients to make moa faasaina for my family and the chicken was great. Loved the make your own sushi station. Complete with ingredients for poke as well. On our way out we stopped at the bakery inside and got a bag of goodies for $10! I cant wait to go back.
The funniest thing happened to me. The Asian guy very nice. The Mexicans that were working there, however, nasty. Imagine that going to a store looking for something specific that you cant find in any other stores. And having to deal with this? Nah,.
Fresh veggies, seafood; not as crowded as its competitors.
I have been living next to this place for years, but finally went in and it was amazing from all the products and the resturant inside.
Love this grocery store. Its very clean and well stocked. Also has an aweasome food court with different restaurants. This is my favorite international market locally.
I go out of my way to shop here to get my supplies to cook Korean food or any other Asian food. H Mart recently opened, which I shopped at frequently when I lived in Seattle. I went to H mart a couple of times and still think Asiana is the better market. You can get the same quality food at better prices and they usually have more in stock. They’ve also expanded their food market!
Love this location! They are so well organized and clean and always well stocked.
The bakery inside is fantasticTry the blueberry yogurt cakeAnd the other reason I go here is the noodle place in the food court
Great place! They have great selection, and even have ice to use since many of us customers drive a long way to get there! Take your cooler and stock up on all the Asian goodies you cant get at other markets. Some produce is often much cheaper here than Safeway etc as well! Also, Toni(y?) the cashier is super friendly and cheerful!
Asiana specializes in, but is not limited to, Korean groceries. Overall impression: Very clean. Fresh. Quality.
Other than the bad parking lot full of terrible drivers (not their fault) I love this place. They are always courteous and certainly health focused. They always have my soju on hand!
They have awesome pastries
Over priced, out of stock on many things, out dated items, meat quality changes & some are cut incorrectly.Employess are rude & unhelpful @ all. Nobody smiles at all & always seem so angry. The bakery run by is always empty & was told make only small volume & was told to come in @ 9am or its gone.Food court is ok but over priced for the volume, quality & taste.
‘Twas our first visit here. The variety of products was mind boggling. I mean, a whole aisle of different brands and kinds of soy sauce? Wow!We would have had a better time if we knew how to read Korean since the small price labels on the shelves is the only place to find English names. The produce looked fresh. What we bought was great. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Super delicious cream puffs at bakery side. Also their bento bowls and food court is good as well. Store is super neat and clean. One of many great Asian markets to see. Love shopping here!
Many nice high quality Asian products.Love it.
Good finds. Missing some of the premade tofu items that can be found at other Asian markets, but a great little grocery.
Amazing new location! The new Asiana Market reminds me of the Japanese grocery stores out in L.A. Its super clean, the staff are friendly, and there is a nice food court as well. Paiks Noodle is really good! The bakery is a lot of fun, too, with outstanding pastries. This is easily my new favorite place to shop.
One stop shop for all your Asian ingredients.
Smaller selection of Japanese foods- items are not categorized by country but by item (so in the sauce isle, ALL of the Korean, Chinese and Japanese sauces are there, mixed together). Made it a little hard to find things.Note: items shipped from Japan come once a week on Mondays.
Lots of hard to find food and plenty of employees to tell you where to find it. Also, the bakery in this store is exceptional. First time I found sweet Asian pastries!
Terrible customer service, especially at the front door the lady had an attitude problem. This business just lost a long time customer. Never going back there again.01/12/2021Good Evening,I did receive the message to my review on Google. I understand you are a private business and that you ask for your customers to wear face masks; however, that is not a law and to ask for medical verification/documentation is a violation of HIPPA law (privacy of medical information). This could have been taken to court as a lawsuit against your business, so I advise that you be careful how you proceed forthwith in regards to this. According to the ordinances by the governer anyone who has a medical issue can not be forced to wear a mask. I hope you understand the implications of your actions.Respectfully,A previous customer who will no longer go to this store in the future.
I drive 30 mins to go to this place. It is my absolute favorite Asian store to shop at. Their prices are better than H-mart. I found a pound of Wagyu Beef thinly sliced for BBQ and it was only $7.99! Plus they have a bakery and few food stalls in the market. Everyone is so sweet and helpful here.
The old Asiana has finally moved across the street. Bigger and better selection. Theres so much more in there, its amazing. Produce is fresh and cheaper. And to top it off, their food court has great bakery and food just like in California. Now we dont have to drive 6 hours to get fresh Asian food! Im so happy to see all these great addition to our community.
Love this specialty Korean market. This is my go-to place for all things Korean and Japanese. The market is very clean and they take extra steps for your protecion by taking temperatures when you enter and offering gloves and face masks if you want them. They carry an array of Asian sauces, condiments, rice and fresh produce. They hve a small section where you can find Korean housewares. They have a great selection of Kimchees (Korean Pickles) and Banchan (Korean side dishes, appetizers). The meat market carries everything you need to make stir-fry or hot pot. The meat is fresh and good quality. I shop here 1-2 times per month. There is a small food court next door where you can find some of the best Korean food in the valley.
Love it here. biggest Asian supermarket i’ve found in the valley so far. so much selection and variety. their prices are great and everything is super fresh. only thing i wish they had is different types of bean curd.
Only sad thing is that there isnt one on the East end of Mesa...but worth the drive for my family for sure
Im visiting from Houston, originally from New York, lived in Atlanta, been to Los Angeles and San Diego, and this is easily the best jja jang myun Ive ever had in any of these places (used to be New York but my childhood restaurant closed down). So authentically made, and speedy cook time. 100% I will be back here every time I visit Arizona!
Galangal was moldy and lemongrass was old. Both were sold wrapped in plastic so I couldn’t really tell in the store, which is a ways away from my house so I’m out the money and still don’t have ingredients. Quality control would be helpful.
This store is pretty cool. I really like the fact that they have resteraunts in the store. They have great food. I found the wonton wraps that I was looking for.
Only had one poor experience here but I love this place, its my go to for any Asian snacks or drinks Im craving.
Old school korean demographic store. Small restaurants inside, and a mean mean bakery.
Went searching for Korean foods and groceries to try making homemade Korean dishes. We bought marinated beef for Bulgogi that was delicious! Well stocked shelves and produce areas. Produce prices were better than the big box stores. They also carry a large assortment of cooking tools and pots. I bought soup bowls sauce trays. Ill definitely will be back. It was worth the drive up from Gilbert.
Very good costumer service and every one is friendly. Better than H-mart down the street. Prices is good.
Really good product. Super clean and fresh
I liked this market... Very Clean and nicely organized
They have everything I was looking for an things I didnt know I needed. The restaurant there are fantastic.
Great place for Korean food!
