Very spacious antique store in the middle of downtown Mesa - lots of different vintage products from many different decades, honestly I found the inventory a little underwhelming and the store itself was a little chaotic. Definitely still worth a visit if you are checking out the antique shops in Mesa.
So many childhood memories. The workers are helpful and accommodating.I highly recommend visiting.
Fun antique store, wide variety of items with a variety of prices. Browse for cute items for the place or if youre looking for serious pieces youll find those too. Will stop again.
Nice store with a wide variety of items to browse through. Good prices and friendly staff.
Very nice to see a lot of older things.my wife even got a older purse that she wanted for a reasonable price.
We had a group of women with us & they were so attentive. They remembered names quickly & were knowledgeable about the pieces we were looking at. They really made it a great experience! We had them running around opening the glass cases to try on rings & look closer at other items. They never made it feel like it was inconvenient for them. We appreciated that. It was lovely!
Although the newly remodeled store appears to be cleaner and more organized than the previous one, the inventory (and number of dealers) has significantly diminished. With less items to hunt through and minimal unique and / or rare vintage / antiques, patrons will likely find their shopping experience at the Antique Plaza lacking in interest, excitement, and that special find! ) :
Couple cool items I picked up. Great place
Weve found some nice things at this antique mall. However, now that theyre in a different building, its not as neat as it used to be. Its much smaller and more cramped. The people are nice though.
Its a lovely store with a variety of items some very unique items and the staff is very nice and helpful
The new/remodeled location is so disappointing compared to the Antique Plaza of the past 😥 its so small I think we made it through the store in 20 minutes, theres far less to look through compared to previously and especially compared to other antique malls. I hope theyll be expanding again...
Helpful and friendly, we will go back.
This place is awesome. Audrey was extremely nice and helpful. I love coming here to pass the time and make a few purchases on things I would never find anywhere else. The staff is great and Im grateful they are enforcing covid policies to keep everyone safe. A+.
Went into a couple antique stores and ate at Mangos. Food wasnt bad. Lots of stores are appointment only so were closed. Nice day for a walk.
This used to be my favorite place to shop, I loved going through the old Newberry store, it was a nice touch. Not really liking the new location, does not feel as warm, and charming as the old location. Sorry.
Its easily walkable, interesting and a refreshing change.
Im amazed this place was able to cope with the issues they recently had.The owners that gave them months to stay there decided to sell it. Many lost over 50,000 in antiques and collectibles. That were put in the trash. Some didnt have the ability to move anything as theyre in there 70s & 80s They moved to a smaller location next door..
Absolutely great place to find one of a kind treasures and friendly staff! The owner is friendly and ensures that his staff and customers are safe. Support small businesses and check them out!
Youre sure to find something unique here at this store has everyone here who works is unique and I find to be very kind and helpful something unique thats the place to go I think.
This place has amazing customer service.Every time I walk in here I know I’m gonna find something I love a receive great service when I do.
Avoid at all costs. I am disabled and was kicked out of store. When I tried to explain my disability, the nastiest person Ive met in years said she was calling the police. We were there to make a specific large purchase but I was not willing to go back to hospital to satisfy this horrid woman.
I dont care how great the store is or what wonderful product you have, when you ask someone to leave simply because they dont cover their face, its poor business practice!!!!
The selection of items is great, the service is helpful and kind, and I appreciate their choice to keep everyone safe by requiring masks. Thank you!
Nice, they changed location so dont be fooled. Its smaller, but still very nice.
Love this place the staff are amazing always there to help.
Its a good place to brows around at various items and go back in history. For those interested in old items its worth a visit, they have two floors filled with various stalls which people have items for sale. You might find something interesting or get that thing you always wanted but could not find.
My Father-in-Law had a few booths in there before he passed away and I never had a chance to go in and browse. I finally had time to spare and my husband took me last Sunday.I truly enjoyed every single piece I looked at. I plan on making a lot more time to go and admire more.~Mamatpp
Only in this store one time before but this time I spent a few minutes lookinaround.... Some VERY COOL stuff! I notices a very large drum elevated on a table... Turns out it was from the 1812 era and saw a lot of action! Cool!, huh?! Check out this store sometime.
Friendly good selection and they have been in business for more than 25 yrs
So many things to look at and admire! Go when you have time to wander and browse if you like antiquing. Staff are friendly and they have a bathroom on site! Lol
Great place to go with a friend. Love to walk around the booths and go back in time. You go in for browsing and come out having found something you just had to have for either yourself or someone else! Right in the heart of downtown Mesa on Main. A go to anytime kind of place. People were very welcoming and the place was very well lit. I’ll definitely be going back!
Since Antique City Warehouse shutdown Ive been looking for a new antique shop to visit once a week and this place is perfect. Its absolutely huge you could spend all day looking at everything. If you need to kill an hour or two, find some cool decor, or a unique gift you should stop in!
Great bargains and rare finds at thrift store prices.
Was very appreciative of the way this antique store was set up. Im in a wheelchair and the aisles were wide and the antiques accessible for me to see. Most antique stores are so crammed full there is no room for me and I have had to give up one of my favorite activities. Also the prices of the items were very reasonable. Everyone in our party left with multiple items. We will be return customers for sure!
This place is great... although we dont really own any antiques its fun just to look and appreciate all the items here.
Kinda pricey but overall a good spot with a lot of goodies
What a fun place to spend the day! I love strolling through the aisles and aisles of fabulous finds. They have a large array of everything. I am very impressed by the variety of items. I found there to be a ton of beautiful costume jewelry and other accessories, such as scarves, hats, gloves, purses and bags. I love mid century modern furniture and they have a ton of it. Unbelievable vintage items such as kitchenware, linens, aprons, pottery, toys, books, cards ... everything you can think of. What a great place to buy good quality items for use or to re-purpose!
These stores have changed some. I hadnt been there for many years. It was nice to revisit! The staff of each shop were friendly & helpful! The prices were good!! I hope to get back sooner than later!!!
Love this place!!! 2 floors of everything you can think of. Furniture, nick nacks, clothing, toys, jewelry and much more. Had a great time looking around and seeing items from the past.
Lots of vendor booths, many are packed full of items. Staff has always been fine with us, one guy that works there even showed my teenage son some items similar to what he was looking at in another booth. We enjoy coming in and browsing, give yourself plenty of time! The basement seems to have more furniture. Free 3 hour parking behind the shop, and an entrance at the rear!
Pretty pricey if u ask me
Always a good time at this place. Prices are higher during snow bird season. Only downside is a lack of parking--be prepared to look for a spot for at least 10 minutes and get ready for a walk. Its too bad--Mesa wasnt always a pain to visit. (3 stars for Mesa, not Antique Plaza.)
I have spent hours in this awesome store and still havent seen everything. So fun, great prices, and helpful staff.
Great place to find some unique items that are ready to be added into your home. The staff was super friendly and helpful!
I like to walk around here and you can easily spend a few hours here its like a museum. The workers there are not too friendly though, thus my rating. No one said hi when we walked in, or were browsing, and when we left no one said anything again. I am not sure about selling items here so I cant comment on that. Also the mall is a little run down and they have a lot of dirty items, I am used to stores like Merchant Square and Antique Trove which are extremely clean, organized, and they have quality items.
Mixed feelings about this place one time I brought in some antique glass and silver stuff and wow I didnt realize you could make good money selling antiques. And the next time I brought in some silver stuff made in the 1800s and I seen the same things sold on eBay . And offered $20.00I know that when you sell to businesses your not going to get top dollar. But lets be honest and real. I sold the same things on eBay for $655.76 . Thats a few dollars difference.Next was a dresser made in 1904 in excellent condition had brass plate with numbers and well some people . Anyway I was offered $40.00 I laughed because I already found out that it was worth over $6000.00 . Nope I have been suckered for the last time.
Always a fun visit. Sometimes I find a long lost treasure. But always find items that bring back old memories.
The girl at the desk was incredibly rude to us when we came to pick up a $300 lamp that we purchased. We wont be back.
Looking for a specific item? If its old, they probably have it. Awesome to look at all that they have.
Great store tons of inventory dont forget to check out the basement my only complaint would be for them to kick on the air conditioning a little bit lower.
This is a cool place to see things from back in the day like the thirys to now
This place is big, with tons of things to see. The staff isnt all that friendly. I didnt know that if you take something to the front to be held while you shop, you get a playing card. The guy just handed a card to me with zero context and when I asked about it, he looked at me like I was an idiot and was somewhat demeaning when he had to explained their unique system. Second time I visited, the woman seemed irritated that we bought one item that was less than $10 and told us they had to charge us an addition fee to use a credit card. 🤷♀️ I like visiting antique stores to find unique items, sometimes you just dont find a treasure.
A great antique mall! The owners Florent and Mylène are very nice and helpful! Looking forward to coming back to buy more cool stuff! Thanks!
Interesting mix of things
Prices a little high, but a great experience and good selection
This place didnt have much to look at. Unfortunately, it was small and over priced. The lady who worked there was very, very nice though.
Nice place. Good variety of antiques. Lots of stuff for a man cave. Good prices overall.
Good selection
Really cool finds. Some good deals but most stuff is way over priced. They have no idea what some of this stuff is worth. One of the women was so rude it was disgusting. Cool place to look at old stuff but buyer beware.
So many treasures! Plan on spending an afternoon here. The saleswomans friendly chihuahua was a huge bonus.
This plaza is a mix of different vendors which is such a great idea! You get to go through a dozen or more different antique stores in one place
Its like entering in to the past. Many different vendors with exquisite taste.
This is a great antique mall I love it here Ive been going here for many years and will continue great for collectors like me you wont be disappointed you can spend hrs here and wont come out empty handed great place keep up it
Lots of very cool stuff. Two floors full, and prices are reasonable. Plus they will negotiate prices on certain stuff.
Lots and lots of stuff to look at. Many booths not dusty stuff. We like to browse
A great place to get lost for an afternoon. Ive purchased a lot of my furniture here. WAY less expensive and WAY better-constructed than anything youll find in a modern furniture store or Ikea.
We bought furniture. They were conviently covered with objects. After they removed some of the things we saw grafitti on one of the pieces and asked for adiscount they were reluctant but, did give the discount. We didnt see the other three graffiti on the other furniture until we got it home, too late. Buyer Beware!!!
So many different vendors with tons to offer
LOVE this place!! They have so much amazing stuff and everyone is so helpful!!! Definitly worth a visit!
Be prepared to fall in love with some unique items. Bring your walking shoes, lots to look at.
Great store with wonderful treasures!
Great place. Prices good. Plan to return many times
I absolutely loved going through this place with my sister and look at all the super neat stuff.
This place is big. Lots of cool antiques and collectibles.
This place is filled with a little bit of everything for everybody. They arent exclusively antiques. There are cool Roman rings, turquoise jewelry, swizzle sticks, beer neon signs and so many things one could get lost for hours.
I meandered and gawked! I oogled and awed! I walked my two puppies up and down each aisle! I dedicated 4 hours a day traversing the Antique Plaza and PAST Vintage! I even got to ride in the vintage freight elevator! I can say with total conviction, I missed something! So many vendors, too little time and money. I must say I do find it a bit disconcerting to see my childhood on display and now labeled vintage.
2 floors of great vintage finds. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Found exactly what I needed!!! Vintage dress patterns!
I really like this store. Ive been going there for years. Lots of items to look at
Vast layout on two level. Decent selections of sellers.
We love to come here and see what we can find! I bought a transitor radio today and a album I had along time ago draw the line From Aerosmith!
A very upscale store with very unique items.
So fun to go shopping
Fun place with plenty to look at. Make sure to save a couple hours to check out everything!
I rated four stars because Im in my late 20 s and the staff watches me as if a theft. Not super friendly but cool items
This place doesnt provide as many antique items like thwy used to. The old lady with smiley face who worked there was very welcoming.
Love this place, one of my favorite spots in mesa
Really great stuff for reasonable prices. Make sure to check the hours if youre a late time shopper because they do tend to close rather early.
Great finds and can spend hours here. The staff however, are some of the rudest people I have ever met.
Pack a lunch because you can be there all day and still not see everything. We had a good time and a great way to spend a afternoon
Large variety of antiques and very reasonable prices.
Wonderful. Wimspical, and eccentric. Thank you for my goodies.
Very fun place to explore. Lots of vendors with a multitude of items.
Loads of antiques well displayed. Friendly atmosphere.
It has a variety of stuff, great friendly staff.
