The customer service I received at Liberty Pawn today was absolutely amazing! It was my first time visiting the store and I was treated like an old friend of the staff. I purchased a firearm component from them and come to find out the parts to fit the component I already owned were not compatible (no fault of the component that I purchased from Liberty Pawn). The staff worked for a long time with their gunsmith tools determined to modify my parts to fit properly with a smile on their faces and a “no quit” attitude. Their vast knowledge of firearms and attention to detail left me with a well functioning upgraded firearm thanks to their hard work and determination. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond what they had to do just to make sure I left with a properly functioning firearm. These guys provided customer service that is near impossible to find and saved me a lot of money to go to a gunsmith to have things modified to function properly. Liberty Pawn will now be my “go to” for any of my firearm needs!

Went in to purchase a gun. Asked a few questions and the gun salesman was rude. Dont know if he was prejudice or just an a$$. Worst customer service ever. I will never suggest this place. One star for the store being descent.Response to the owners feedback;We were not felons just asking questions that we didnt know. Been awhile since weve owned a gun. I didnt say anything for the ATF to be looking me up. Look me up and see how superb I am. Goes to show how rude you are. My point was your service. The other couple that was in there were hispanic too and the owner yelled at them. (Using a phone) even if it wasnt allowed he didnt have to be so loud/rude.Found a great place and will be returning to them because they had excellent customer service. Couldnt of been more happier. Yea I get it, times are crazy but you dont have to be. What you said owner is absolutely right. just wrong on how you handled the situation. We wish you well on your business. Just not going to get our business.

I have been buying guns from these guys for years now. I have never had a bad experience. These guys are great, Ive bought new and used, tactical and collectible, and mundane to stuff requiring special ATF papers. They can help with it all. They have helped step me through the process for getting a suppressor and I was so happy Im currently waiting on ATF for a second one I purchased through them. These guys know and like guns and have fair pricing. I definitely recommend them.

Went to 3 other pawn shops before this one to try and get an at least respectful offer for my $3300 condenser microphone considering almost every other pawn shop attempted to take advantage of me and rip me off. Upon entering i was greeted by a gentleman named Nick who i assume was the owner or manager in charge. Nick immediately informed me that they were not really in the market to buy such a nice microphone and didnt know if he could take it. However he was able to quickly identify that I was between a rock and a hard place and could use the help. So he changed his mind and not only did he give me a loan but he gave me more than the highest offer I had received from any other pawn shops. And speaking as someone who had been to 4 other pawn shops before going to Liberty Pawn that day, they had THE BEST payout for loansband THE BEST interest rates in town. Shockingly low actually. They actually had the cleanest facility, the best jewelry collection, and hands down the best gun collection in town without a doubt. Anyone saying any different is 100% lying. Once again big thanks to you Nick and the Ljberty Pawn staff. You guys really helped me out. I will be strictly only be going to this Pawn Shop to purchase and or loan (if need be) from here on out.

My husband and I went this weekend to a few pawn shops to find a replacement wedding set as mine recently broke and lost the stone. This was the first place we stopped and after checking out 2 others in the area, we returned here to buy my set. The owner was very patient and friendly. The other employees seemed responsive and helpful as well. We got a great price on a set we put on layaway. They easily have the best selection of jewelry in the area and at really great prices. We will definitely be returning customers!

Best pawn shop in Arizona. I bought a hand gun from them they sold it to me cheaper than the listed price. My bought jewelry that was an excellent quality for an awesome price. They were very friendly and polite to us both I will always return this Pawn shop.

This place is awesome. Not your typical pawn shop. The owner is super down to earth and honest. Went way out of his way showing me guns and accessories and knowledge. Good selection of fire arms. If I could give this place negative five stars I would. The man who owns it, is a terrible person. I brought in a rings both made from a famous jeweler in San Diego. The owner wanted them immediately upon seeing them. I told him no, I just wanted to pawn them. Fast forward, it came time for me to pick them up they told me they already sold them!!!!! It was on the day my ticket expired!! My Mom gave those to me! Hes a terrible person and this place is terrible. Dont pawn here!

Really unhelpful employees neither of them where willing to make a sale understand things where locked up due to rioting but was literally willing to spend money and they would not show me anything was forced to spend my money elsewhere sadly wasnt asking for them to show me the entire store was looking for a specific size ring and also was willing to make a gun purchase who ever owns this business should really consider who they employee could have easily made over a thousand dollar sale. Wont be back thats for sure.

Got my wife a used xds .40 here. Great price and a damn good gun. Was treated with respect and thats what sold the deal. They know what there talking about and will take the time just to look something up to make sure all your questions are answered if the item is not in stock. I will always go here first when looking for a new gun. Lots of nice guns and a showcase dedicated to silencers.

The staff & selection at Liberty Pawn are great. Ive been to quite a few pawn shops looking for tools, guns, and other items you would find in a pawn shop and always left feeling dirty. When I went to Liberty walking into the store had a different feeling than other shops, it was clean and not cluttered like other places. The prices there are superb! Ive picked up many things from them all of which have been fair prices and the quality of the item was always top notch.Ive referred many people to Liberty Pawn for doing pawns or to buy items. Oh yea, the gun selection is awesome and pricing is really on par with other dealers in the valley if not better than other dealers.

Not the largest selection of goods in the area, but they make up for that in customer service. They also clean guns, some people dont have the time or want to clean their own firearm, so they will do it for a fee. Which is nice. Dont be afraid to haggle, after all its a pawn shop, if you want to buy something make an offer. The guy running the place was knowledgeable and was quite nice. I will go back in the future.

Good is not exactly the way it sounds- they arent bad either. I have been in several times, to see if they would be able to buy or pawn things. At no time have they even really looked at my items before telling me no they dont need them. I try only because they happen to be right down the street so theyre convenient. Funny thing though, I can walk straight from them and their NO to a yes with a smile anywhere else I go. Maybe its just me. Maybe you have to know someone. IDK

A few years back, I needed to pawn my laptop and Dimond ring to get my car fixed. They offered me a good deal but I needed a little more and when I told the ge that was helping me this, he said that it wouldnt be a problem and made it happen. Ive also bought a psp there that came with games and a case for a rabbit good price. I would definitely go back to them.

As uncomfortable as it is, having to put your valuables on hold for money for a while; going to this place is like always a pleasant experience. The workers are all really nice an understanding. If youre having trouble paying your ticket in time, you can always roll it over. If you cant make it in on the 90th day, they USUALLY give you extra time. (Ive never had an issue with a 30 day extension but I know its not always gaurenteed). They only charge you like an extra dollar a day or something for every day its late (after the first 5). This place is honest and trust worthy. Ive had to pawn a one of a kind bracelet for a loan a couple times now and I wouldnt trust that bracelet anywhere else. If you want to buy a gun online this is an excellent FFL for your transfer. These guys were so polite and friendly that I had to remind myself that I was in a pawn shop. Great service and $10 less than most FFLs charge for a transfer. The two guys I dealt with seemed knowledgeable about firearms, more so than most pawn shop proprietors Ive talked to. They also had a good selection of cool guns in stock there at what I would consider to be fair prices. If I had been flush with cash when I was there I probably would have impulse bought a couple of of guns other than the one I was there to pick up. Overall I had a great experience doing business with Liberty Pawn and I will definitely recommend them to my friends for internet gun purchase transfers.

I dont usually write reviews but after seeing negative ones I have to voice my opinion went in about a week everyone was nice and very knowledgeable. They greeted me at the door said theyd be right with me and they were. Even tho they could nother purchase my pearls as no pawn shop in the area can,they just arnt selling. They educated and seemed happy to do so and even suggested abother angle I could try..now thats true customer service trying to help you make money even if its not with them.. they gave an accurate estimate and alot of knowledge on the subject, and the best part is they seemed happy to do it.the owner really knows his stuff seems like what he does and thats all I could really hope for, I did not once feel like I was going to be hustled or low balled as I typically do at pawn shops in fact I dont think Id have to haggle they seem to put their customers first before greed. All around great store
