I was visiting Cocoa Beach and experienced a failure of one of my hearing aids. For someone with a profound hearing loss like mine,being with only one aid is very challenging. I immediately went on the Phonak site for authorized providers in the area. Sound Hearing Centers popped up and I gave them a call.I experienced excellent customer service starting with my very first phone call to the incredible service that Jennifer provided on-site. Jennifer quickly diagnosed the problem and called out to order the part. (They have parts on hand, but my unit has been discontinued, causing her to have to order it.) I was very impressed with her thoroughness in placing the order with the supplier. She wanted to absolutely make sure that the correct part was being ordered. I was thrilled that the part came in the very next day(original ETA was 3-5 business days). Jennifer quickly and efficiently replaced the bad part. Then after I shared with her a problem that I have been having with my domes, she patiently took care to find me something that would meet my unique requirements. I was ecstatic!Jennifer is a true professional and those of you that live in the area are so fortunate to have her to support your hearing aid needs. I have been wearing aids for almost 20 years and I was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism!Being from our of state, this couldve gone so bad, but thankfully was a very positive experience!

Best place for personalized service. My life has changed for the better after getting hearing aids. This place & these folks will change your life. Get a new-old enlightenment. Its like getting cataract surgery for the ears.

I will recommend Sound Hearing Centers to anyone in the Brevard area. They have excellent customer service and experience. Terry and Jennifer gave me great advice on how to obtain financial assistance, and worked with me in order to get my hearing instruments as soon as possible. Not to mention their very knowledgeable about the newest advancements with todays hearing instruments. Ive always been treated like family every time I visit the office, even if its just questions or concerns I have, which are always taken with great concern, care, and professionalism. Ive had a hearing loss all my life, and Sound Hearing Centers had a free test drive one day and I got a chance to hear what I was really missing. If you have a hearing loss, dont wait another minute. Since I visited Sound Hearing Centers my life has improved in such a positive way it is impossible to explain, it brings joy to me, and everyone I interact with on a daily basis.
