Very well run establishment. Good, friendly and prompt customer service. Sales team was not over bearing and showed me what I wanted and did push something else. They had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. Definitely worth the trip and the time. I’ll be back again soon.

I tried going in this place a several months ago and they had a sign posted no concealed carry. I wish I had taken a picture of it so I could post it. Everyone should just be aware before making the trip. No CC no patronage.

Base on my experience, B&H will give you good service as long as it requires little or no effort on their part; otherwise you become a problem to be avoided. I placed an online order, paid a deposit, & waited 1-1/2 times estimated delivery (allowing for COVID delays) before calling for status.Response was: Dont call us. We cant ask our sales reps that kind of question. When something happens, well call you.I decided to wait & see how long this stellar level of customer service could be maintained. After ONE FULL YEAR I had received no calls of any kind: no updates on actions B&H was taking to attempt to complete our contract, no status reports, no offers of alternative purchase options, no checks to see if I wanted to cancel & get a refund...nothing.So, for one year B&H had use of my funds, & in return I got a reprimand for calling & bothering them...but nothing else.I recommend you seek a business that intends to provide customer service & a good product, beyond simply taking your money. There are plenty of them out there; so why not.

I used B&H Police Supply as a transfer FFL. They called me as soon as the shipment arrived ( I liked that as I was watching the tracking) There were other customers in the store when i went in so there was a short wait. The Lady I spoke with at the counter was friendly and knew how to do her job relatively quickly. I would say that My experience with B&H went well.I found them thru the FFL search on gunbroker and was attracted to the reasonable price they charged I should have paid more attention to there location because what I saved in fees I probably spent in fuel.

I order a Saint Victor AR pistol in January 2021. Never received the weapon. Now I’m leaving the country because the military, and they refuse to give me back full refund. DO NOT BUY from B&H Police supply. Very anti military store. Don’t buy anything from them.

This is hands-down the best place to go for guns, ammunition, and supplies. The crew there including Steven and Justin are the best. I have bought a number of guns there and I am thoroughly satisfied with their expertise and assistance.

Great gun store especially if you are a current or retired LEO or military. Excellent, well informed staff. Like everywhere since the election, guns and ammo are hard to get. Here they have .45 and .40s, some 9mm and .22. I cant wait for my new Taurus to come in (ordered 4 months ago). It will make my fourth weapon over the years that Ive bought here. Accessories like holsters, etc also. Its worth the ride.

Great place!! The staff is always welcoming rather on the phone or in person. They answer questions and make suggestions. I havent had a bad experience yet. Although the inventory is lower than usual ( due to the pandemic) you are able to preorder and when the item becomes available they will contact you.

Today I went to B&H police supply to purchase some ammo. My wife and I were greeted at the counter by Brea (I hope spell it correct) and she assisted me with my purchased of ammo. I was also browsing for a new small 9MM handgun and she was very professional and never rushed me to make any type of decisions. Instead, she provided me with similar options and without any pressure whatsoever I purchased a Ruger EC9.I like the size and the price was excellent. This is not the first time that I purchased a weapon at BH Police Supply and is going to be the last..The entire staff have always been helpful and patient with me as they are xtremely professionals. I always drive from Ocala to Merritt Island when I need ammo or any other item for my guns. Highly recommend this store. Once you go in you will see what I am talking about. Total professional store.

Its hard to see what guns or items are available & what items are where. The staffs can be trained better too. Gun industry, warranty details, rebates, discounts, terms, etc. Id buy firearms or ammunition again from this retail location.

This place is absolutely amazing! They work with several manufacturers to offer discounts to active duty and retired MIL/LEO/First responders. If you dont qualify for one of these manufacturers discounts, they still offer the best pricing in town! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, greeting customers immediately when they walk through the door. Everyone gets treated like a millionaire. Barbers, gun shops and car dealers, when you find a good one you stick with them and B&H has my business for years to come.

Very impressed with this store. While they did not have what I was looking for exactly, they referred me to an online site. Now that is very good customer service. I was ill-prepared when I came in (first visit) and really need to do some home work on what I currently have and what is needed in order to not sound like such a dumb blonde when I go in there. If I could I would rate b&h at 0 stars. Worst customer service, none of the employees act like they want to help the customers let alone work there. Uncomfortable to say the least! B&h lost this disabled vets business, subsequently they lost Atlantis Police departments business at the same time. If you’re a law enforcement office or a grunt I’d advise you to do business elsewhere!

Wow,I was recommended this place due to its selection but they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I called to ask about a rifle I wanted to purchase but they acted as if I was inconveniencing them and the older lady on the phone sighed at every question I asked. As a retired military officer I would suggest you take your business to someone that wants it. It appears when reading the reviews this is normal. I can’t believe the owner allows this.

Great place, but while on the phone asking what the price of their 5.56 ammo was, the guy said thats something youre gonna have to research on your own buddy. Okay, well, i was trying to research it, since i live 30 minutes away, its not necessarily convenient to drive there to price check... Totally turned me off from doing business with them.

The team at B&H are awesome! These guys know their business, theyre helpful, patient and dont pressure anyone. While some outfits will push customers toward a specific product, these guys consider the customers needs first. Thats too rare these days. Thanks Clint. Well be back.

Extremely disappointed!!! Ordered a ks7 in early June for $400. Placed a $100 deposit. Got a call today from B&H that said if I wanted to get the gun the price would be $540. I call this bait and switch, which is against the law. How can anyone trust a business that will not honor their own contract. I would not recommend doing any business with untrustworthy people. Deal with them at your own risk.Thank you for the reply, but you need to explain your position more clearly. Kel -Tec increased the retail price from $479 to$539 or $60. You increased the price to me from$400 to $539 or $139. So you pass along their $60 and add in your $79 on top of it. I dont understand.

I called for an Le Glock this morning. Told the gentleman who answered the phone that Im not in the state of Florida. He said no problem. Place order on site and well ship. placed order, sent in FFL and my documents. I called and followed up to make sure they received all paperwork. Lady answers the phone and states they dont ship out of state. I was ok, but dont you think the staff could be educated on policy. She literally slammed the phone down in my ear. I called back, she literally did the same thing, slammed phone right in my ear! This is how you treat your customers and a veteran? All I have to say is wow!

I went to B&H to look at a couple Glocks Im interested in. Clint was very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and helped educate me about handgun ownership. Will be purchasing from B&H soon.

Prior to purchasing, (from an online store), I ask what the transfer fee was. I was told it was $100. I then mentioned I had more than one being sent. The assistant I spoke to said it was $100 for both since the two were processed at the same time. (I understand those mistakes can happen)... 2 days ago, I finally make it there to start the paperwork process. when finished, the person handling the paperwork said it was $100 for each item. Then said there is a $30 administration fee...? (one would think that would be part the $200) Anyhow, after all that, he tells me he cannot do fingerprints due to their machine not working and Id have to make an appointment and have them taken at a sheriffs office. Since there were 2 NFA items, I had to get 4 finger print cards at $10 per card. What I was told would be a $100, turned out to be $270. Needless to say, I was very disappointed they didnt offer a discount for not being able to take fingerprints, and not telling me about the other fees. It wouldve been cheaper to buy them at the store itself... I have purchased more than 20 firearms and countless rounds and other accessories from them over the 16+ years or so Ive been a customer. I never like to leave a negative review, but spending an $170 extra than I was originally told was a shock to say the least. I will continue to be a customer of theirs, despite this issue.EDIT: 6/23/2021I received a personal call from the owner/manager today after the above comment was brought to his attention. We spoke for several minutes and he truly wanted to make things right/fair. He offered to give me $20 cash and said my next NFA transfer would be on the house. I was extremely surprised that he called based on that review, not to mention the money and offer. He mentioned that he had been in the business long enough to understand good relationships with your customers is extremely important. He was very genuine, and his call to me alone meant a lot as a customer. This gun store is like no other Ive been to when it comes to customer service and fair prices (even during gun buying crazes...). And Ive been to many of them. I have purchased well over 100 firearms since I started collecting. Thank you B&H, I will continue of course to be a loyal customer . I look forward to future visits to your store.

I have purchased four firearms from this location and hope to be going back soon for another. The only issue I have found is sometimes the website and the stores inventory dont exactly match up, but other than that I have never found better prices anywhere. Friendly, funny, and knowledgeable staff that contrary to other posts Ive read will not be condescending. My wife has zero experience with firearms and was asking ridiculous questions and they never once shook their heads or laughed, which is more than I can say for myself. I have been to B&H Police Supply twice in March 2014. I bought 2 guns the first trip and 7 on the 2nd trip. I was very impressed with Brandi. She was very attentive and absolutely knows extensively the firearms carried there. I liked the fact that she pays so much attention to detail. I ended up with 8 Glocks and 1 M&P. I made the 1st drive down from Jacksonville, just because I wanted to see how the place was run and if I even wanted to do business with them. I was very impressed. Hans is a nice guy and Angela, the Manager, is also very nice. The store and personnel are definitely worth doing business with and I will continue to do business with them exclusively for all my firearm needs.
