Sad to see this local store closing. Spent many hours and thousands of dollars in the tool aisles. Bought a several appliances and a good number of work boots here.Growing up, SEARS always meant quality and a fair price.Just made my likely last purchase here today. A new $1,000 range for $500. Thanks for the memories.

Its nice to have a Sears around still. Its looking pretty clear it probably wont be around much longer. I hope you can take the time to shop here and enjoy it while it does last. Hopefully it will be around a long time. Sears is a great store and a part of fond memories growing up. This is a smaller store then normal but still has a lot of good choices and huge selection. I definitely enjoy shopping here.

5, 4, 3, 2 minutes until the Merritt Island Sears closes 4 ever! I remember looking at my grandparents Sears Catalog from the early 1900s as a child. Growing up my daughter hated me dragging her in there for a new pair of work boots! An old standing American retail tradition closing in our area. Some may call it progress Amazon change or Dont care to have an opinion. I myself will miss Sears n Roebuck.

What a breath of fresh air. We walked into Sears and saw merchandise everywhere. Found everything we were looking for and then some. Employees were so nice and helpful.

Wow what great deals, I bought a pair of Maui & son, they where $24.99 on sale for $7.99 and when I got to the cashier they where $4.79, I went back and got 3 more pairs, as I finished paying the cashier gives me a coupon $7 off any purchase of $7 or more. Now that a deal.

The sales lady had a lot of knowledge and was extremely helpful. Big box people generally dont care. There upset that you came. No here.

I was wandering through the different womens departments and never saw anyone that worked there to ask a question! I finally left! No one has time nor do I want to hunt you down to give you my money!

I got a new dryer. It started out at 450$. but the price ended up much higher by the time the taxes, buying the cord and the vent thing that I cant believe didnt come with it automatically, plus $100 for delivery!?!?!!! But I had to have one.

Store did not have what we were looking for-a short sleeved blue oxford shirt in a small adult size. They did have a good pair of work pants on great clearance. However the register closest to mall entrance was closed (on a Saturday on tax free weekend) so we had to go back deeper in store to find an open checkout. Clerk was nice and transaction went smoothly.

Couldn’t possibly make my mattress warranty any more difficult! They have had me sending pictures of everything for over a week. I’ve sent them multiple pictures and they continue to have a reason why they can’t see it or the file is damaged or whatever the excuse of the day is. I wouldn’t buy a mattress or anything else from the store if my life depended on it

It was great, Service great and prices were low. But had to travel 50 miles to get to the nearest one because they closed the one 10 miles from my houes. This was very bad.

A little tired but still all of the Sears value and selection. They still have a Auto Center and a rent a car center. Sears is a quality store with quality products.

Will not be shopping here anymore! Its always something. Bought an item i was told could be brought back and repaired. Now Im told i have to go through another company. I paid very good money for this item for there to be issues with it in less than a year!

This store has seen some better days that is for sure. They can use an update. I had a great experience with customer service here, when I initially got to the store. A gentleman helped me with some questions about a shed. They have a very large shed and tool selection, which is great. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to find an associate when it came time for me to purchase the appliance that I originally came in the store for. However, once I tracked down an employee, the two that I found were very friendly, informative, and not too pushy, which was a nice surprise. The item I found for sale on their web site was not priced right in store, so they priced matched me, another plus. I think Ill give this store another try in the future. I know the appliance was available for $30 more at JC Penny, in the same mall, so their prices are competitive.

This poor location is a faded lady. The employees are scarce but friendly. The merchandise feels picked through, but you can probably find good deals if you are looking. On a visit today the store felt really warm, so maybe there are air conditioner problems? Also, the smoke store is next door so interior store front to the mall smells like smoke.

The employee who checked me out was not friendly at all! She was quite rude when i asked a simple question! This was at the womens check out.

Sales werent all worth the drive. Cashiers couldnt assist because a certain dept. was not manned. So your on your own unless someone is in your particular area.

Had a voucher for previous grill, under extended warranty, they were not able to fix (valve). $350 grill, (not including extended warranty) $260 voucher. Looked on-line for this store, found comparable grill in stock. Got to store (20 mile drive), that grill not even offered. Found another grill, also not in stock and not available for order/hold. Had to accept floor model as it was the only one close to replacement for the amount they allowed. Any wonder stores are closing?

Pretty good clearances I got a pants there not to bad price. But its very quiet there and rarely busy. But its in the merritt square mall and that mall has a lot of slow days unless the holidays or back to school rolls in!

The only positive thing about this store was the woman who rang our items. Her associate # is 1792. She was fantastic and friendly. The young 20 something pimple faced kid working the cashier register in the mens department was rude, condescending and disrespectful. She saved the purchase for us. If it wasnt for her, Macys definitely would have been my go to!!!!

Looks like the mall is holding its head above water. Many shops still in there but lots are closed. Sears is going away but JC Penny is alive and well. Keep supporting the mall and hopefully they will come back strong.

Buyer BEWARE!!My 13-month-old Samsung TV dies December 23rd, an excellent repair man arrived December 26th. I THOUGHT things would progress quickly having the SEARS MASTERCARE Service Plan that promised repair or replace.Parts were ordered, I was told to call for status January 21st. Called for status was told the part was on factory backorder. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER I called the Resolution Team HOTLINE again asking for repair or replacement.Ticket was opened and was told the Resolution team would call with in 72 hours to provide status. CALL AGAIN on the 29th asking for status …. NONE was available. ASK to speak to management another 20 minutes on hold lady advised the part was reordered and I MUST WAIT ANOTHER 28 days. When asked WHY the so-called resolution team never responded as promised, ALL I got was I don’t know! Asked what could be done of when can the TV be replaced under the MASTER CARE Plan. Was again advise I must wait 28 days.AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!!! How do I explain to my family that’s been without the TV for over a month that’s they have to wait ANOTHER MONTH? It APPEARS the MASTERCARE PLAN really doesn’t provide care, I remember WHEN SEARS provide excellent customer Service and actually TRIED to quickly RESOLVE issues with parts no longer available.BUYER BEWARE and SHOP some where else that SEARS !!

One of the last Sears stores around but really well stocked and excellent prices. I received the best service at this store. I hope it stays around.

Only rating 1 star due solely to bar server, Adriana. I have been coming here for years, but this will by my last visit. We sat at the bar in an uncrowded restaurant and were served cold (not even lukewarm) chili, received our food and had to wait 5 minutes until she returned to ask for silverware, then another few minutes to ask for plates to even eat our fajitas. It was the only time here I have ever paid for presidente margaritas and received shakers weak and only half full, stuffed with ice. On top of it all, when we asked for basic needs that should not have to be asked for, she sighed in frusteration, like we were troubling her by daring to ask. Incredibly disappointing experience.

Do not order online through Sears.I bought four items, one defective.After 13 phone calls speaking with 13 different people problem still not resolved apparently Sears sell items through third-party vendors and it is a nightmare My Time is Now worth more than the item that they will not take care of Sears you suck you will never see another dollar from me.

One of my two favorite department stores in the area. Always clean and well stocked with name brand merchandise, including Craftsman! Better products and tools than Harbor Freight or Walmart. Love Sears!

I went to the Mall to view an art exhibit by my grand daughter not to shop. But what I saw was OK.

HORRIBLE! One Star is giving them too much credit. Sears sold me a defective product, now wont take it back because of their new 30-day no-return/refund/exchange policy. The store manager was such a coward and would not even face my wrath herself. Word of advice to the department manager: continuing to say that its out of your hands DOES NOT HELP! Sears will never get another dime of my money, and I encourage all of you out there to never spend a dime there, especially if you have a thought that you will return the item at any point in the future. Put them out of their misery, and let someone who actually cares about customers fill the demand.

Dont buy any extended warranties from sears it a ripoff. Hell dont buy anything at sears. You can get replacement parts online. Sears will just sell you $500 voucher for replacement of whatever your extended warranty is for. At the co$$$t of the extended warranty. Save your money shop somewhere eles.

I wish I could put zero stars. My wife and I purchased a kenmore elite refrigerator that quit cooling ten months after we got it and we called for service. Five service calls and two months later we have a broken refrigerator, a combined 2 1/2 days missed work, no resolution from Sears and countless other bills from not having a cold place to store food. When I went to the store to politely ask for help they did nothing to resolve the issue. Please do not put yourself in my position! Spend your money anywhere else. Sears specializes in bad service poor communication.

Good deals in just about every dept. Bought stainless steel kitchen appliances, Levi jeans, and a pair of 10k gold hoop earrings for $20.

A lot of the prices are ridiculous compared to the prices I find elsewhere. Even the sales arent that great and items arent clearly marked so it can be difficult to tell whats on sale and whats not. Pay close attention when you shop!

Didnt have in stock most items we were looking for and were not willing to reduce prices on the items tart were open box, display items.

Update. This location has become a mere ghost of what it used to be. I came to buy Timberland Boondock work boots. They only had three sizes in stock. I came to buy a carburetor for my Craftsman gvc160 Honda push mower. None in stock. I came to buy a router bit. None in stock. Close to 25% of the floor space is no longer being utilized carry merchandise. I get the impression they plan on closing their doors soon. :(
