Me and my brother miss those peanut butter pies

What a lovely tasteful sweet delicious peanut butter cake I had. My husband had the tres leches. My first time here and it wont be the last. Customer service was A.1. The place was so cute. I absolutely loved the cake and I will definitely be visiting again.

The Red Velvet Whoops Pies are AMAZING! We have tried to make them at home, we have had them from other bakeries ( purchased both in-person and from mail-order) but nothing like these--- WOW! These are thick and tall and did not flatten out in the baking process. Excellent with the fresh-brewed coffee they make. Well worth the long drive we have to make to get there ---Andrea and her assistant Ashley do amazing work, and it is a good thing BoriMami is not closer or we would all put on another 60 pounds real quick. Looking forward to our next trip there in the New Year. THANK YOU!!!

My brother is in a nursing home in Rockledge, and I live in Denver, his only relative in touch with him. The staff cares for him so beautifully, and when the stimulus came I had a chance to thank them, and fulfill my brothers wish for cannoli. What an easy thing for me to do online with Andrea. She has a regular delivery service and I got my gift delivered in just a few days no problem. She was not open for in store purchases, but that may have changed as of today.This is the sweetest calcium delivery confection I know of, and dipping them in dark chocolate is the best idea yet!

I requested a custom cake and received a cake that looked like a child decorated it.. I was absolutely floored. This is my reply. I am only able to edit my review. I cant reply to the owner of the company.......I am changing my star review, because the cake was very good. The custom decoration was the issue. The order was a long time ago. I just decided I would not do business with the company anymore. Yes, indeed I ordered and purchased the cake not checking it first. I was running late to the party. I apologize it was a late review.

I am originally from the NY Metropolitan Area. I grew up eating New York Cheesecake. I have baked my own New York cheesecakes. I dont have to do that anymore - BoriMami Cheesecakes are delicious, and creamy and am so glad I found it! I also bought Christmas cookies, but they are all gone, so my guests will have to deal with something from Publix, because I will not be able to get back to the bakery before Christmas. Mrs. Andrea was absolutely amazing!!!!! She was able to make the cake I found online so much better!!! The cake tasted amazing, very delicious and fresh, it was moist and beautiful! It was the perfect wedding cake and I couldn’t have been happier! I highly recommend, the food and service was the best!

Went in to BoriMami Bakery try their Keto line. The chocolate cake was the best Ive ever eaten! Out of state family members order us birthday-cakes every year from BoriMami and they are also amazing. Gods gift to us is the bakers hands and her beautiful personality inside and out!

Fabulous bakery! They did my fathers 93 birthday cake and it was detailed and stunning. Even better it was chocolate with real strawberries in the middle and real natural butter cream frosting. The blue and white decorations were PERFECT! So gorgeous, the cake was DELICIOUS!! FROSTING was perfect. The consistency and flavors were all you could hope for! It was so truly special. Enjoyed by all, and right in Merritt Island! We go there a lot now! My husband loves her Grandmarnier orange frosting too in her cupcakes. She puts the love in. Great place!

What a rude owner. Never going back and giving my business to a person who is completely not helpful to her potential customers. All of our questions were unanswered or answered with an attitude. If I could give zero stars for her customer service I would. Could not get past that in order to try her cakes.

We picked up my daughters birthday cake today and wow! We all agreed this was the most delicious cake we have had. My husband who normally doesnt eat cake went back for seconds. So moist and scrumptious! I highly recommend giving them a try. Thank you for giving my daughter exactly what she wanted.

Because both my wife and I are diabetic we dont eat a lot of sweets. However the sugar cookies are the best we have ever had. My wife says she has to cut down on other things so she can enjoy your sugar cookies.

My favorite bakery in Brevard County. Everything is freshly made and delicious . Each time you go in the glass cases are loaded with fresh scones, cannoli, croissants and individual pies and cheesecakes, just to mention a few items. The variety is such that it’s difficult to make a choice; everything is not only delicious but beautifully crafted. You will not be disappointed and will become a frequent visitor.

This Bakery is completely amazing from the food to the staff.. The managers are so friendly and nice and put their all into making everyone walk out with a smile... Working here is amazing as well they take the time to train and dont get frustrated when you make mistakes. If you are looking for a warm friendly bakery I say come to BoriMami Bakery.

WOW!! We can’t get enough of Andrea’s desserts!!! She has AMAZING keto treats!! Everything we have had has been AWESOME! Today we had keto Tiramisu and some kind of peanut butter chocolate cup! From the minute you walk into this charming neighborhood bakery you are transported to a sweet tooth lovers dream! Andrea, the owner and Baker, is warm and welcoming. Everytime I leave I have a different favorite treat! Ive had cakes made for special occasions and everyone raves about them! You wont be disappointed!

My daughter had a cake baked and the icing was awful...way too sweet and left a oily film in your mouth, the cake was very dense and dry. Would not recommend!!! Even the cake box had a oil mark because the icing was so oily.

So far Ive tried her Hummingbird muffins, flan, coconut cookies, peanut butter bars, and an assortment of cheesecakes. All super delicious! My son loves her Hummingbird muffins, lemon cupcakes, and papa smurf cupcakes 😊

I order cupcakes and wasnt very happy about the quality. For the little amount of cupcakes I got thought the price was to high. My guest didnt even like them. They tasted like they were a week old. They were just placed in a box where they slid all over and frosting got smashed. Originally left a message for the owner, but never got a call back. So I had to call again, and spoke with the owner I wasnt very happy about her demeanor. She didnt seem to care. I am type of person who likes to support small business, but if owners like this dont seem to care. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business else.

The cake was good, but for a half sheet cake with two small loins and a card broad Periodment on it for 148.00 dollars to pricey. I thought it shouldve been more eye popping. 😕

I stopped by to sample a few items. The tiramisu was delicious, the lemoncelo/raspberry cake was good but the icing just tasted bland and too sweet. The marble cake was dense, mostly chocolate and had walnuts on top which threw off the flavor. The guava pastry had an inch think line of guava which was way too much. I took half out and it was much better. Was a little disappointing but the shop and atmosphere was cozy and cute.

First off, my husband enjoys dessert but is not really a fan of cake. Needless to say, I was a bit stumped as to what to do for his birthday “cake” this year. I called Cafe Margaux looking for help/inspiration and was referred to Bori Mami Bakery. I called and spoke with the owner and she suggested a Flancocho. I had never had it, but decided to give the coconut version a shot. Let me tell you, it was incredible and an absolute hit!! The owner even called the following day to see if he enjoyed it! So happy I was referred to Bori Mami and will definitely be back for more!

This is our favorite spot for baked goods. Wonderful quality and presentation, and always friendly. I use them also for my business special events. Take the time to find this gem on South Tropical Trail, just sound of Rt 520.

The Hummingbird cake is to die for!! We also had coconut muffin, cookie, brownie and Andrea gave us guava pastry to try. Wow wow wow. So yummy!!

The worst cake I had in a while. I picked a cake up from this shop because I was late to order... It is a marble cake(they had at that time), and I sincerely requested the attendant to help decorate it a bit for my mothers birthday but she refused. She was not very nice. I requested because the cake was all white, dull looking and only had a few chocolate chips sprinkled in the middle. I had to buy some fruits and real chocolates for toppings and decorated the cake on my own, which was a game changer.However, the story doesn’t end here. On the second day i shared this cake with my family on mom’s birthday. We cannot help but feel utterly betrayed by the cake! The 4 inch cake costed me nearly $40! The frosting was overly sugary, and the spongy cake inside was dry and hard. The chocolate ganache inside was much of a disappointment too...You know when the cake is really bad if the cake leftover sits in the fridge for a couple of days- no one has touched it yet. I have regrets buying this cake and I now have to throw away the rest of the cake. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I only buy Birthday and special occasion cakes from Bori Mami now! Everything is made with the best and purest ingredients. Here are my favorites: Peanut butter and banana cake-fresh banana cake with peanut butter frosting, coconut cream cake, fresh berries cake, German Chocolate cake, OH, the butter pecan cake with salted caramel drizzle, and orange dream cake. Yes, it is like an orange push up! You will NEVER want to buy grocery store cake ever after having a cake make by BoriMami!

My bestfriend suprised me with this birthday cake made by Bori Mami bakery, and it is delicious!! Chocolate layered cake with fudge and sweet chocolate frosting (vegan). Perfect size for one or two people. Thank you for the wonderful cake and experience!!

Recently had Borimami do a WWE cake for me for my sons birthday and they went above and beyond! The cake was so yummy and they really put thought into each detail. Cant thank the ladies at Borimami enough and I will continue to refer and use them for parties to come ! ❤️

I ordered some cheese cakes, and tres leeches cakes through Door Dash and loved it. I just have a question, since my options thru DD seems limited, I would like to know if Puerto Rican baked goods or deserts are offered as well? Im just going by the name, since I know nothing of the place or its owners. I got some answersfrom reading the owners replies to some reviews, but its unclear to me the extent of traditional Puerto Rican pastries since Im super interested. Either way, Im super impressed ♥
