Brenda and her team at Space Shirts have been outfitting my businesses with high quality promotional products (including fine apparel, the best brands, names you know, customized / personalized to promote your business, at better pricing that what you would find the same non-customized product selling for more at retail). Even my teenagers who are not easily impressed think that the shirts and hats Brenda has produced are truly cool and they want to wear it and be seen in public in it in front of their friends, some of it with my company name, some of it with NASA and space stuff. She double checks the pens we order to make sure there are no duds before delivering them to us. Ive been doing business with Brenda for 6-7 years and never knew she did this until she recently told me. That is the mark of a true professional, the behind the scenes work that the customer never sees. If a handful of the pens she sold me had failed, I wouldnt have stopped doing business with her, I wouldnt have given it a second thought, but Brenda cared before I ever had to think about it, which I really never had to until she told me. Just wanted to pass this story along as it is a reveal of her character (and the company culture that follows).

Great place for NASA gear. Parking is great. Easy to find. If you come to Florida and visit the space center good to this little gem for the good gear. Ask to see the classic missions stickers we brought 10 of them and it was great price.

Small, little T-shirt place a few miles from Kennedy Space Center. A few dollars less than the space center and since you pass it on the way there or leaving. Why not stop? The ladies that were there were very nice.

Great little place with rocket and shuttle gifts and memorabilia on north Merritt Island. I got my Christmas shopping done for some out of state family while they did an embroidery job for me on the spot. My nephews and niece loved their NASA gifts.

I cant say enough about this store. They have better prices and friendlier staff than the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Their selection may not be as large, but they have souvenirs that are directly related to KSC. They also have a great custom order section. I have ordered custom jackets both while visiting Florida and after I returned home. They have taken great care in assuring that my order is not only handled with care but that any modification is authentic, such as the placement of the NASA meatball vs the visitor center that only cares about volume. Nice small shop, connecting to shirt printing company (which has window inside to see shirts being made on an automated machine). Large selection of nasa only shirts and hoodies focus mainly on the space shuttle and rockets but the do have a small selection of the NASA meatball..

Customer service is terrible here! If you have any sort of problem with your shirt, they will not fix it. I ordered a set of shirts for my team and the sizing was way off. My entire team was unhappy. I tried to bring the shirts in and they at first said they would fix but never did. They said they would send a couple of shirts back to the company but not all of the defected shirts and we had to pay for the new ones that we needed to be made. So we paid for new shirts and they still came out wrong!! The shirts were the wrong style!! She blamed me for it too! How unprofessional of them not to send out a confirmation email. I tried to speak to them on the phone and the manager Cheryl was so rude. She said she would not send the shirts back and that she was done with me and will not deal with this and hung up on me!!! I went in to pick up the shirts that she refused to send back and I tried to be nice and asked her if we could come up with a solution and again she was rude and told me she and the owner was done that we had to keep the messed up shirts. Horrible way to treat a paying customer. We had to pay for their mistake and still have the defected shirts.
