Twenty years ago I worked at a B-A-M (now closed) and I haven’t really been to a location in awhile. While on a day trip with my husband, we stopped here and killed some time. I found a a handful of great books on sale and enjoyed wandering through the shelves so much. The only reason I’m only giving 4 stars is that some sections looked a bit sloppy - carts stuck in aisles with books on them (returns, sales?) But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I’m great spirits.

I just love books! This store makes me excited until its time to check out. They have a huge book selection and inside is very clean and organized. They have a great selection but not many urban books which is a disappointment but they can order anything and have it shipped to your house. My children love the selection too especially the Christian book area, bibles, and veggie tails. They have one of the best selections and great gift and journals as well overall.

Since FYI is no longer in the mall this store is the next popular place for good findings.

I love the variety of merchandise here....from toys to magazines.I could spend a while shopping here they also have a great assortment of cards and for those that like to fill Christmas stockings....this is the place.

Cant go wrong with good old fashioned books 😁

Nice big book store with tons of books of all types

My wife n i Brent, we just love your store. Reading good books on Billy Graham, Bishop T. D. Jakes, Dr James Merritt, Dr Tony Evans, Joyce Meyers, Pastor Jentzen Franklin, Dr David Jeremiah and more. Youll have such a wide variety of literature, magazines, gifts and more. Reading and enjoying the good atmosphere really puts me in a good mood. Keep up the great work!

My 12yo and I had a blast here. Hes really in to a particular game and their shelves were overflowing with the franchise merch. He already asked me to go back even though it is quite a ride from our home. I also found homeschool resources I needed for middle school there.

Very sweet young lady that works in the front help me out tremendously gave me some good information about in store deals and coupons and such such an amazing woman such an amazing store loved it found everything I was looking for normally that doesnt happen you got to jump from place to place but books and million had it everything I need it right in one area was I happy?oh yeah!!!!!!!

They removed the chairs they once had. Aisles are too close together, hard to just browse.

Love this store... My daughter did the (ALL YOU CAN HOLD) CHALLENGE IN THEIR 75% MARKDOWN AREA... Overall great store plus kids seem to love it.

The staff was very helpful and the dtore was busy with customers. Unfortunately, out of 3 bookson my list, tjey only had 1.

Love BAM. Lots of selection. Lots of nerdy novelties. Love the Disney and Harry Potter stuff. Lots of bargain prices classics. My advise is give classics a chance . They did not become classics for no reason

Went to get some books as a gift and got free magazine subscriptions, I tried to cancel them before I got charged but the company gave me the run around and said to call the book store and the book store said to call the company. I still got charged and didnt get my refund after finally getting it canceled.

This Books A Million is actually smaller than some locations but it has great inventory. Found some anime for my son that I couldnt find other places. This mall is far from great but this particular store is good. Enjoy!

I dont shop here often. When I do I always find what Im looking for and the staff is friendly.

Awesome and friendly staff, incredible selection of books, gifts, novelty items, magazines, and coloring books. I got a really good deal on clearance childrens items. The store is impeccably clean and organized. There are two entrances, both a mall entrance and an outside entrance, in case you dont want to enter the mall itself. The cafe is clean and the refreshments are very good. Highly recommended. 🌝

Great book store that has not just books, but everything else that goes with reading & books. They have lots of toys too. Some educational toys, too. B-A-M has a huge variety of books for any age, reading ability & taste.Theres a yogurt shop in the mall side, thats really tasty!

First of all, books equal brain candy. The selection of books as well as the prices keep me coming back. The people are terrific! Not only do they help you find something you cant find on the internet but they are friendly and knowledgeable as well. I also like that they have charities they contribute to and include the customers! Thank you for your sense of community Books-A-Million!

Books-a-millions got a lot of good books their staff is very helpful unfortunately the yogurt shop in there was closed up. Books-A-Million has a lot of selections of books magazines how tos study guides Etc. They can be a little pricey but you ask and the staff will help you save money

Nice place but you have to watch prices. They play with them which I didnt like at all. Thats not needed in business.

I had asked to be put on a list be have an item held. They behaved as if they had, even asked me for my phone number. A week past without a call so I called them. Only to be hurried off the phone as if they wanted nothing to do with me going so far as to hang up in me. So I visited the store in person to one find that they had just sold the last item of said product and two that they really hadnt bothered to put me on the item list. So I contacted the one in Viera and found that they did have this said item. Which they DID pull one off to the side for me. The ones in Viera were polite and helpful. Suffice to say the whole Merritt island store staff, supervisors especially, all need to be retrained on customer service or choose a different profession.

Pricing reminds me of Barnes & noble. But I guess thats ok. Always have what I want.

The books are a little expensive but thats normal for a bookstore. I love that tbey offer used books at a discount. So that helps.

Its a great store and has a lot of interesting things, from horror action figures to how to books about cooking.

Like it, but didnt have what I needed. The technology section was drastically made smaller. I used to come and I could pretty much find what I needed each time. A big draw for me. This time I was unable to find any computer related certification and reference books that I needed. I would buy here to support the store. Guess Ill have to order elsewhere. Business lost this time.

Theyve got a large, quality selection of books in pretty much every genre. Good place to find Manga too, if youre into that.

Not bad as far as book stores go. Pretty decent selection and prices are alright. They keep trying to sell people on a membership which is $25 a year which isnt too bad but its hard to justify when I have things like Amazon Prime. Overall not a bad location just be sure to check to see if they have what you want before you go. Its also not a bad location to just browse. Only reason I rate it 4 stars is because the Merritt Sqare mall is a kinda bad location with nothing else in it really.

I havent6ever had the time to really look at what they have in here.they have a huge selection of not only books, but tarot cards and palm reading sets, Astrology books and horoscopes.they have toys for kids, head phones Salt lamps, Crystals, how to books and so much more. I love this place and definitely will come back

They try to sell you on things u dont want like magazine subscriptions and a sad book rewards card that costs more than you will probly ever save there, so when u get to cashier just pay and say no to everything they are trying to offer

They have a wide variety of sections. I would like to see more Bible studies in their Christian section. They have lots of devotionals but very few studies. The will buy back used books and they do sale used books as well. You will find several novelty items here as well. There is also a yogurt store in the bookstore.

I got so lucky, I have a true reader in my daughter and cant be more thankful for that. This is always a fun place for us to visit and see what we can find to read next. Then there are all the fun things that she loves to peruse too. There is really some cool items and gifts that can appeal to everyone. Certainly a place to hit for birthdays, and gift holidays.

Horrible yogurt place inside was ordering when a field mouse ran across our foot to the refrigerator. Told counter cashier and young man came and said I dont know what you expect me to do about it. Health hazard so he got his supervisor. Books a million part ok.
