Of the two Publix in Merritt Island this is by far the best one. Friendliest employees always willing to answer questions or help find something. Meat and produce is always fresh. Love getting the subs for lunch or dinner. Store is always clean and well stocked. Easy to navigate and find what you are looking for.

Its a great store, big and clean, nice stock, but im gonna say it, they are expensive! Im from up north and shopped at Giant, things were a good 1 to 2 bucks cheaper at giant, cant figure it out. Really like publix, but aldi or walmart are my stores for basics, only a special need for publix

Order online and pickup is great. In store experience is pretty much the same as its always been, not bad. Some self check out lanes could be nice; could be slow like Walmart though.

This is a great shopping experience. The store is big, clean, and well-lit. The aisles are roomy and well-stocked. Prices are competitive, but keep an eye out for the many discounts and promos. What takes Publix to the next level is their abundant staff...always friendly, helpful and easy to find. Shopping at Publix is a pleasure.

We were in Merritt island for the Independence day fireworks. We were looking for a good quick meal and remembered the deli at Publix. With a great selection for our family of four we stopped in picked up a quick meal and headed out to tailgate and watch the fireworks. Publix and fireworks at Port Canaveral made a great combination!

This store installed 4 self-checkout terminals, ruining a big part of the shopping pleasure. The self-bagging areas are too small and the computerized voice is horribly rude.At the same time, they have reduced the number of traditional checkout lanes, resulting in long waits and lower levels of customer service.Publix management sees the self-checkout as a success, due to the number of people using it. What they dont understand is the reason why: the only other option is to wait in line.I dont pay Publix prices for a Walmart shopping experience. Even Walmart has better self checkout terminals.This will be their downfall eventually.

I dont usually go to this Publix since I live in North Cocoa, but grocery pickup has a convenient time slot and Cocoas slots were all gone until the next day. Great job to one of our areas newest Publix!

My favorite place to shop and the highlight of my Sunday. At 7 oclock they open the doors promptly and you can just meander through and get whatever you need. The people are friendly and the shelves are always stocked.

This store isnt as good at the one on 520. I used to go to this store every time I needed groceries until I got tired of the deli telling me at 5:30pm that they ran out of sub rolls! I also notice that this store stopped carrying the public brand Greek yogurts that I used to buy. Some of the employees are rude and act like they are better than you and you never get asked if you need any help, nor can you find anyone to help you locate something. If you shop at this location, try shopping at the 520 location and youll never go back to this one unless its for just a couple things.

It is what it is. Not many grocery stores in the area that are not Publix. Young staff means that bad stocking, bad bagging, and silly chatter are the norm. Management is obsessed with ruining cart space in the aisles.

Early morning is the best time to shop, not too crowded. I was in and out quick. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

This store is one of the best in the area. Their selection and quality seems to surpass all others in the industry. Their employees are always happy and ready to help you find whatever youre looking for. The stoor is always emacuate and clean. They also always serve some of the best sandwiches in the area. And whenever theyre making food in the open, the samples are yo die for.

Great clean Publix. Lines are quick, and as long as youre not showing up at lunch time online deli orders are always available for you. Staff is friendly as to be expected at Publix. Sale prices are great.The quality of fresh products is top notch though, hard to find a GOOD steak at the price I pay at Publix at Walmart. I arrived at the deli counter at 4:50 p.m. and I talk to a female associate Monica behind the Counter. When she asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a Box of 8-piece mixed chicken. She said they just put more chicken down and it would be 20 minutes before Itll be available. I told her that was fine as I had few things to pick up. I showed up at 5:11 PM and watched the cook just dumping out fresh fried chicken to be boxed. A young employee asked if I had been helped and I said I was waiting on an 8-PC mixed chicken and this fella said all that chicken was one order for one individual and that new batch would be ready in 25 minutes. Publixs process in the deli service is PATHETIC!!!!

Full performance market competitive on national level. Friendly, neighborhood quality service. On site bakery. Of particular interest are the jumbo eggs and chiabata rolls, difficult to find locally. Diverse assortment of international products. Bogo bins and fair pricing are plusses.

Im in here off & on, their isnt a soul that wouldnt drop what they were doing to help me with an item. Such a caring & friendly place.

I have lived near this publix for 8 years, I have never had problems in this store, but I think the overwork they have today has made them very rude with customers, I have been buying money order here for years and I always have my wallet with me I never They ask for an ID not even when I buy alcohol, today I go for a money order and They refuse to sell it without having my ID since I left my wallet in the car for the first time in 8 years

They have fast self checkout. However, they close early at 9pm.

N Merritt Island Publix is always busy and for good reason: they have everything you need. Prices are better at Aldis but the selection is limited.
