Returned item bought online and while the web people did not make it easy for the store people, as barcodes from online receipt did not work in store, the store personnel made sure that I received my refund. Kudos for them! These are good folk!

I remember being able to get just about everything craft or art related but now the stores are smaller and I cant find half of what Im looking for. They have a lot of things for kids. What ever happened to them having classes? I never see this store having any classes.

Loved the one in Melbourne it had a few things I was looking for but Cocoa didnt have much of a variety.

Its going to take a little time to adjust to their new rewards policies. Prices have increased and the new coupons apply only to regular priced purchases.

I can get lost in this store for hours. They have almost every craft supply I could ever want and everyone is always so helpful when they see me wandering around. Its a great store to waste some time in if youre a creative type. They have great prices too when you find what you need (or want, or have to have!)

Was there for one of their big blowout sales and had lots of coupons to use. The cashier, Cameron, was extremely helpful in letting me get the biggest value for all of my coupons. It took awhile but we finally got through it and she was absolutely wonderful and very pleasant to work with.

I placed an order then realized I should have ordered more of something. Well without paying a arm and a leg for shipping (twice) I cant do it.So I am shopping around elsewhere for the rest of my order.Companies should not make it so hard on customers. Looks like Michaels will have less of my business but Im sure they dont care someone else will give them money. At least I can do reviews and warn others.I have to add onto my review. One thing from my order came in. It came in pretty fast however the box it was in was open looks like it was used! Great job again Michaels.

Most art supply stores shut down, but not this place! Nationwide they supply art supply at very affordable prices. They always have something useful on sale along with their generous coupons that come with every purchase. Depending what city you are in Michaels usually staffs artists which can guide you on any project!

I havent been in this store in awhile. Everything was pretty much the same. Sales of 50% of all Christmas decor. With a few weeks to go before the holiday, they still had a pretty good selection. The shelves were neat and the store looked cleaned.People were meandering about but I didnt notice people buying as I left after I walked through. I was actually looking for cushion foam but, what they had really didnt fit my needs plus, I felt the prices were high.I think, one would need a 50% off coupon to make it a competitive price. I did go across the street to Ollies and bought a 4x22x22 piece of foam for $7.99 which fit my purpose but, I didnt even see that type of foam at Michaels. My thought is, if I did, it would have cost x4 that price. Either way, this store is very nice for the crafty mind.

Awful customer service. It was 7:01 and they were complaining that they were closed when we were getting checked out. They all had an attitude and me or my friends felt in welcomed. I will never walk into this store ever again.

Nice store with a huge inventory. If you like crafts you will find everything you need at Michaels. We went in there for a paint set and walk out with a whole lot more. They always have what Im looking for. They also have a great return policy. They have such a huge inventory of craft items that Im tempted to learn how to make things for myself instead of buying them! Seriously though they do have everything you need for just about any craft project. Plus the prices are really low. Just had a sketch framed they did a fantastic job.

Unfortunately, store was packed today when I went in and the majority of customers did not have a mask on. Im very disappointed that Michaels doesnt require customers to wear a mask to protect their customers and employees.

Hit or miss with their inventory. Online it says in stock- get to the store & its nowhere to be found. Seems like a trend with the Michaels chain 😞. Great when you can get a deal and get the item though!

I needed needles thread and a seamripper, to repair my suit. Finding the sewing stuff was at the back of the store but there was a nice selection. Craft needles that are easier to thread and work through velvet. Polyester threads and cotton threads. A mix of cheap grab bag buttons and nicer ones. Need to get a cork board to peg the cloth down when sewing but did not see one. Friendly people.

They did an excellent job on framing three items. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Nice size store fully stocked with tons of fun crafts, floral, yarn, and paper products. They also have a very nice classroom in front for different arts and crafts classes. Very clean and organized store.

The store itself is organized and easy to navigate. Ive been pleased with the option to order online and pickup in store. HOWEVER the few times I have had to ask for help locating an item I have not gotten much help. Michaels accepts coupons from competitors and one particular employee gave me a very hard time when I try to use my coupons. Her attitude was abrasive and rude to say the least no matter how nice I was. I dont go there frequently and that is one of the reasons.

I needed to run back in because I forgot something and they locked the doors 15 minutes before they were actually supposed to close was not able to get what I needed to get it didnt make sense that they lock the doors that soon when they should have at least stayed open to their advertise time dont plan on returning anything they just decided to go against their own policy to not return items even sealed and using the virus as an excuse
