***UPDATE***Its been 4 months since I made this purchase.I still have a warm water dispenser and about 600$ worth of ruined food.Ive had repair contractors for the manufacturer out here 4 times and its still not fixed. Each time I have to wait a week or three for the part.This is insanity.Id like to say I went to Appliance Direct and got a 1300 refrigerator and a service plan for $1300! Its manufacture date is less than 4 months ago.But in all ACTUALLY I have to say I got a paper weight. I bought from AD because they had things in stock and Home Depot didnt. I would have had to wait until March 20th.My oversized paper weight wont be replaced yet because it has parts on order that will come next week, then be installed the next week. Then be tested the next week. So by April it *MIGHT* be an appliance in working condition, time will tell.Id you like to gamble just bet money online or hit a casino. If you dont like your money to be well spent, buy Appliance Direct.I recommend a new slogan, If you didnt buy Direct, youre smart.
I’ll start off by saying the appliance selection was fantastic! I got great pricing on all of my appliances from their scratch and dent. When I mean a teach and dent, you can’t even see the scratch or small dent. Their delivery wasn’t pleasing. They were to deliver 4:30-6:30. 1. They never called me between 8-9. I had to call to confirm the time. 2. They were so behind they delivered by 9:30pm! It was my kitchen and laundry room appliances. They were so exhausted they didn’t want to set up my kitchen but I told them that’s what I paid for. 3. My laundry room, I didn’t get a washer, just dryer due to back order. They left the dryer and stated they’d come back and install both. A week and a half later gaffer calling every 4 days about my washer it was resolved with help from my brother in law. They gave me larger capacity washer at no extra charge. They didn’t charge another delivery fee. I removed the manager they are to set up. I called multiple times to get a deliver time that day. They finally called around 2:30. I raced to get home. They were just putting it on the room as the paperwork said. I advised him, it’s delivery/setup and explained what happened previously. He was kind enough to fix the previous delivery men’s work. PRICING IS AWESOME, DELIVERY NOT SO MUCH. Use your delivery money to pick up and install it yourself. I have a 4 for such a great deal.

Things didnt start out very good. Purchased a new glass top range was delivered and set up after 2nd use control panel blew up. Sparks flying and all. They returned out the next day to check things out and determined it was a manufacturer defect. This is where the 5 star rating comes in. Jace our salesman contacted us to inform us that they would be upgrading us to the next level range wich included a convection oven at no additional price. Now thats what I call great customer service. Thanks again to Jace for making things right with no hassle. Also would ad the delivery Team was super awesome very professional and a pleasure to have in our home 🏡
New to town and needed a washer/dryer set. Wife ordered cheapest/base model from a big box store. It was terrible. Then we found Appliance Direct and got top of the line models for less money than we would have paid for the cheap stuff at the place that rhymes with Rome WeGo. We saved hundreds compared to the same models at the other places.Quality is excellent, service is excellent. You dont have to go looking for somebody to help you. Doug and his team took care of us every step of the way. Now we know where to go, the next time we need appliances. Save time, save money, skip the hassles. Appliance Direct is GREAT !!!
When we arrived to shop appliances only one sales person was on duty. After we got help and we selected what we wanted all went fine. However the installation did not go well. The bracket for the stove was not installed. The circular hole cut in our upper cabinet for the microwave was not completed. They did not zip tie the cord out of way or clean up the saw dust left inside the cabinet shelf. Finally the dishwasher was not screwed to my base cabinet and would slide out when opening the dishwasher door.Probably will not use Appliance Direct any further.
Went into the store looking for a fridge, microwave and gas range. Worked with the salesman and he had great knowledge of the Whirlpool versus Kitenaid and with the prices they were able to provide compared to Lowe’s I decided to get the Kitchenaid suite. The fridge and microwave which is on back order at the other stores they had in stock and have a delivery date about a month out for the range.
I felt very safe shopping in their show room because all of the employees had on masks. They were also very attentive and polite. The store manager did a great job helping with my purchase and delivery. I will be back and highly recommended others to shop at Appliance Direct in Merritt Island.

Great service and prices! I live in NC but was shopping online for a full kitchen suite for a second home in Merritt Island. I had no luck finding what I wanted in stock at the local big box stores but I remembered those Appliance Direct commercials from my younger years and figured it was worth a try to call them. Im so happy I did as their associate Christian not only found a great Whirlpool set, at a better price than anywhere else, but also coordinated delivery around our schedule. I really appreciated how easy Christian made the entire process and highly recommend this store if youre shopping.
Yes they have lots of scratch and dent items but they also have brand new in the box appliances that are at very fair prices. I like to support locally owned businesses and this got me out of spending a lot of money at one of the big box national chains plus they have a large inventory available for quick delivery. That made a big difference to me as I had a failing refrigerator and did not want to have to wait weeks for home Depot to have it available
Appliance Direct salesman was very helpful with picking out the Whirlpool Electric Stove and Microwave we needed to replace in our condo. Our delivery was scheduled for the next Wednesday. Three men came to deliver our appliances and were very efficient with removing our old appliances to install our new ones. They made sure everything worked and went over how to use them before leaving. They were in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them to our friends.
Just purchased a fridge this weekend from the MI store. The gentleman was very nice and if just rating him, I would have given five stars! But I will NEVER have anything delivered from this store again! Keith was very rude and very poor customer service. He was actually quite nasty. You do not want this man coming near your property! The attitude was horrible!
Bad customer service - I bought a dishwasher and paid for delivery and installation. The install team showed up but the dishwasher didn’t work properly so they said they’d call me to reschedule and bring me a new dishwasher. I never received a call and so After two days I went to the store and explained the situation and the general manager just was very unhelpful about the whole situation. They called me about half an hour later and said they left me a message but of course there was no message so they kinda lied. Also they want to install a new dishwasher which I was fine with but the delivery manager just told me I have to work around their schedule which didn’t seem fair because I am not the one who messed up. If you can go somewhere else it might be worth it. Just be careful who you get there.
Found what I needed (microwave) at a great price. Knowledgeable service attendants. Installed quickly and efficiently. Will shop there again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

A total waste of a day waiting. No phone call first of all this morning to let us know when the delivery was gonna be for a fridge and stove. My husband had to call. The time was supposed to be between 1 and 6pm. As the day grew later, be called again to find that one of the items were still at the store. Finally at almost 7pm he called again because the delivery still had not arrived. They had him on hold for quite sometime. One item was still there. At that point we were both over it. We cancelled. No notifications unless you call and see whats going on. Such a disappointment. Utterly disgusting at the amount of time wasted, misinformation and no information at all. Highly unprofessional.
This place is a joke. Whoever the owner is or manager they are completely stuck on themselves. Appliance direct used to be a great place to go for great deals. Not anymore. You can easily find much better prices out there.
I have seen the ads on TV, got tired of buying microwaves at the big box stores. They lasted 3 years and bite thedust. I got a real good quality GE oven that is just great, very satisfied customer.
The sales people were very kind and helpful, but the delivery experience was horrible. They incorrectly installed the washer and it leaked everywhere. I called to complain and the guy on the phone didn’t seem to care. I asked “how can i trust appliance direct in the future? How do I know if I buy a dishwasher it won’t leak everywhere in my kitchen?” And all the employee could tell me is that their dishwasher delivery people are better than their washer and dryer delivery people..... so helpful.
Similar experience as the last, delivering was disorganized and they said it would be around 7 or 8pm! I rescheduled to when they said I would be first on the delivery route which ended up being mid day, conflicting with work. They were unable to give a timeframe until the day of. They didnt install the handle, switch the door or even level the new fridge saying our floor was unever. Did all ourselves fine after they left. Had wrong unit number on record so wouldve went to the wrong home, and the delivery team thought they were instructed to remove the front door! I had to clarify remove old fridge.
Had what I wanted had it in stock brought it right home salesperson was helpful not pushy.

Last week my refrigerator went out from a storm. It has done that several times due to a power surge. When I decided to buy one it would come back on. About 3 days and food way ruined. I would shop for a refrigerator and it would back on. This time I had had it! Shopping at other stores there was a waiting process so I drove to Appliance Direct. I found one that was just what I wanted in the scratch and dent section for an excellent price and they delivered the next day! I highly recommend starting there first! I worked with Schwalbe Nolan, he was great! Next day I had it delivered! I know this is long but, Im very happy. Thanks Appliance Direct!

We bought a Maytag washer and dryer and were thrilled with the customer service during the shopping experience, the prices were very competitive and delivery took only a day. We were impressed with the amount of inventory they had in many models, which has been challenging with Covid. Their inventory was much more impressive than the big box stores who we found had very little to choose from in stock. I will be purchasing any new appliances going forward from them. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I bought a refrigerator 2+ weeks ago, what I got was a box that dispenses warm water, like a sink. so awesome for $1300 dollars.I also purchased for $1300 a lifetime decision of not buying a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, or any other appliance direct - even though Im in the market for one.If you decide to gamble on Appliance Direct you can send me $100 and i will tell you if you win $200 or not. (You wont) but I expect to roll in the money because that is how Appliance Direct works.Let me clarify, you buy something and PRAY TO YOUR GOD(S) it works. Mine didnt and two weeks later Im WAITING on the manufacturer to be able to fix it(eventually),. The manufacturer will ship the test kit, wait another unspecified amount of time and be able to fix it, or the manufacturer will fix it. Instead of paying Appliance Direct the $150 for a repair plan, you can send me $100 and I will call the manufacturer for you to send out someone to tell you they will call the manufacturer.Better yet - dont try to save $100 and buy from a real seller that will just swap your broken appliance the second YOU decide it doesnt work.4 days without a refrigerator, and AFTER the repair man came, I had to go spend ANOTHER $400 to go buy a tiny refrigerator from Home Depot that actually works as soon as it was plugged in.If you take AN|Y review to heart, believe me. I still have a GIGANTIC warm water dispenser that I paid $1300 for in my kitchen, I WISH that I could say $1300 just fell from my family tree but it was a LOT OF MONEY and HURT.Please be smart - whatever price they give you - add at LEAST $150 to it JUST INCASE ITS A GIANT BRICK, and EXPECT that you are gambling and its NOT going to work when you PAY THEM EXTRA to deliver it.Appliance Direct, if you didnt buy direct - you made a good live decision.Maybe in the next few months the $1300 I spent will actually be a refrigerator, but right now its a giant waste of money that is ITCHIING for a chargeback.

The people working were very knowledgeable and kind. When I purchased my washer and dryer it was very busy, but they all made sure to acknowledge and pay attention to every. The prices were amazing. The price I paid for both Ive seen for just one at other places. If I coukd marry my washer and dryer I would. Never thought I could be so happy to have appliances of my own.

I purchased Samsung Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and Microwave from AD and had no issues with sale, delivery and setup to date. Great products with very minor defect. Will do business again when the need arises.

I wish there was an option to leave half of a star, because I was not at all pleased with how upset and demanding I had to become in order for my situation to be taken seriously. After paying for a product that did not work upon delivery(a week later delivered), waiting weeks for someone to come to inspect the non working product after many calls and emails, ( waiting days for a response in return) then to be told the new scratch and dent washer needs a motor that will take up to 75 days for the part to arrive, not to mention the time it will take waiting for an appointment... to pay an additional amount to get a new washer, 51.00 in difference is not my idea of a Company deserving of stars. It wasnt so much the product as it was the way in which it was handled. There will be issues, its how you recover is what matters and there was no recovery here. Needs more work in customer service.
I bought a Samsung washer and dryer both are the color white. Delivery and hookup went well. I’m pleased with the function of both the washer and dryer. The only thing I didn’t like were how the price stickers were placed on the appliances because the adhesive is very sticky and not easy to remove. Other than that I recommend Appliance Direct.
I will never set foot in any Appliance Direct store again. The management doesnt care about the customer and the sales person I dealt with doesnt care about the customer either...only about their profit. I bought a brand new in the box Whirlpool Dryer and it lasted 10 minutes before breaking. I called the store immediately and was told we are not allowed to take broken appliances back. When I called the manager he was very rude and never got back with me as he stated he would. This place is a rip off. I suggest you go to a real store that cares about customer service.
I went to the Merritt Island location and bought a NEW washer. I get it home and did not do laundry that day because it was late. The following day I went to work and did laundry later that night. The washer did not work. The washer stayed on the “wash” cycle and did nothing else. I tried a few more times and the same result. I called the store five days later (pay attention to the 5 days later). The guy tells me that he couldn’t help me and I had to call the manufacturer. I loaded the washer up and showed up at the store that same day. I told him I was there to return it because I bought it NEW and it wasn’t working. He told me there was nothing he could do and I had to call the manufacturer. However, on the front desk, the return policy clearly stated that in-store returns could be made within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee (I was cool with it). The guy continued telling me that they didn’t follow that policy (me-sigh... face palming). He proceeds to tell me that since I used the washer now it was an “used washer.” Hahahaha yes he said that and also said that I waited too long to call them (it was FIVE days later). We continued arguing and made it clear that I was not leaving. About an hour later I was still in the lobby and told him to call the cops because I wasn’t leaving. Eventually he called and I was issued a trespass warning (I was 100% cool with it because they are SCAMMERS). It has been over a month and I’m still dealing with the manufacturer. This is the second time they’ll be sending someone out because the washer is a POS. Moreover, I am out $570 cash. Lesson learned, DO NOT buy from Appliance Direct. I saw the same exact washer at Lowe’s.... same price.

Went to the Merritt Island store and found exactly what I was looking for. Bought a new Whirlpool French Doors Refrigerator on Monday and it was delivered 2 days later on Wednesday. Easy breezy. Saved around $300 compared to Lowes price. Thank you Jayce and everyone else at Appliance Direct who helped me get my new fridge. They even took my old one away instead of leaving it at the curb as I expected. Thank you Mark! It was definitely a great experience shopping for a new appliance that was so desperately needed.
I recently purchased a washer and dryer from appliance direct. Service has been always good and the prices have been the best around. I decided on a new unit over a scratch/dent but they do have very good units in store. My sister from miami even purchased a dishwasher here because it was still worth the cost of driving here to pick it up. Appliance direct use a third party delivery service which has been great. They have been clean and was very careful not to damage the units or anything in my home. I would shop appliance direct in the future if I need additional equipment. Thank you!

Sales was fine but delivery was awful. Was told we would be the first stop since they never made it the day before. Waited all day and finally came after 5 pm. Storm door handle was bent taking old stove away. Delivery guy said he would fix it - never did. Went to store and manager said delivery guy would call - he did but never fixed it. Still waiting a month later. Also, did not hook up dryer - said did not know how to do it. Did not bring proper drain hoses we ordered. Delivery guy used a substitute he had on the truck - put them on twisted and I had to redo. Delivery and installation could not have gone worse. Very disappointed.
I recently purchased a dishwasher from Appliance Direct on Merritt Island. I got the best price on the dishwasher, the best price on delivery and installation, and the entire transaction was excellent. The installer was competent, professional, and had the install done quickly. All in all, Im extremely satisfied with all aspects of the purchase, and would highly recommend Appliance Direct to anyone needing to purchase an appliance. They will be my go to appliance store from now on.

Just as we were leaving our Cape Canaveral condo to return home, our dishwasher failed. I spoke to Doug at Appliance Direct at Merritt Island and within minutes I had ordered the dishwasher I had seen on their website and made arrangements to have them install it and take the other one away. My son, who was still at the condo, said the dishwasher arrived at the agreed-to time and is running well. All that coordinated from afar. Thanks Doug and Appliance Direct for the great service!
The prices are insanely nice BUT beyond that the customer service is amazing, they are so on point. My husband and I live in orange city and we bought some things from APPLIANCE STAMPEDE next door to APPLIANCE DIRECT. So we rented a uhaul to pick up or stuff and stampede was closed that day. BUT the young man next door went above and beyond to go next door and get our things so that we didn’t have to rent another uhaul, another day to drive back over to Merritt Island. They will forever have our business. It seems like a small thing but it’s the small things that make a person feel like they are appreciated. Great job appliance direct. Keep it up. Thank you.
Christian was very helpful in the store and over the phone with our washer and dryer purchase. The only issue was the dryer hose was left off the final delivery (not on the invoice - so no problem there).
Our experience at the store was great. We ended up walking out with a new fridge and dishwasher. The associate that was helping us his name was Nolan. And he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and hope this had every turn of our shopping experience. He even gave us a better price on the combo purchase today. The store is a little dirty and dated but our shop experience was still great.
Purchased a dishwasher last week. The installer informed me I had to get my value replaced because of corrosion so I called a plumber and at a new value put in. They came back to install the dishwasher only to find out the pump was not working. So instead of raking back the defective dishwasher they left it and told me Whirlpool would have to come out to verify the defect. I will never buy from this company again. They have shady business practices and I’m also reporting them to BBB Stay away from this place.
My review is that of great customer service, honesty, creating a good relationship with the customer EVEN if a lemon of a refrigerator has been purchased. Anthony, Noah and especially Doug have put up with my frustration with the New Leaf Insurance company (the ones we purchased appliance insurance through). Through out this 4 weeks w/o a refrigerator or an answer from New Leaf.... Doug and his staff kept their professional demeanor and goal of good customer service even though my frustration mounted by the week. FINALLY when New Leaf granted a new refrigerator Anthony could not have been more accommodating, informative and honest in our replacement purchase . Would I recommend Appliance Direct Yes ! They do carry a large amount of out of box minor scratch and dent appliance with some new in box. . Savings are significant, service great, delivery people knowledgeable and care about your home.In retrospect Appliance Direct gets a 5 Star Rating, New Leaf 3 Star due to very poor follow through. BUT I wound never buy and appliance w/o insurance. Keep up the good work Anthony, Noah and Doug & thanks again for all your understanding.

Purchased a washer on 10/10/2019.This will be the 3 appliance I have purchased over the last 15 years, from this location..Salesperson Nolan was quite informative on 2 washers I was looking at, and helped with my decision to which one would suit my needs. The washer was delivered the next day,on time I may add. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the washer. I contacted Nolan, who again was very helpful in resolving the issue. It was decided under the circumstances to pick up the washer and delivery another unit. And the delivery was done the very next day.I am very pleased with my new washer, the great price, and the great customer service from Nolan.

Update 2/2/21- Whirlpool fixed the dryer and extended the warranty for an extra year because of selling Appliance Direct a defective dryer, which was then sold to us. My original comments below still stand about Appliance Direct.NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM THIS LOCATION! My dad and I bought a Whirlpool dryer from them brand new & it was delivered Christmas Eve. The 1st time we used it a loud, horrible sound started coming from it that could be heard outside the home. Come to find out the unit was sold to us with the entire cage & motor of the brand new dryer broken. Appliance Direct and the horrific management has refused to assist us in anyway & refused to take back & replace the 1 day old dryer with a new unit. Management promised to call back with a resolution & never did. The sales rep also never called back or backed up the broken unit he sold us with a working 1. Deeply disappointed in him & his manager and we will never do business with them again & will be sure to tell everyone we know, not to buy from there as well.

Wish I could give 0 stars because of the terrible experience. Purchased a new Kitchen-aid refrigerator for $2600 and had it delivered. Yes, the price was good, but you know what they say about the best price not always being the best price. With the delivery man still in my house, we complained about a loud noise coming from the compressor/condenser when it ran. The delivery men said they agreed that something was not correct. We called the store immediately and were told to give it a while to cool down and it should be fine. Well, the next day it was not fine. Called the store again and asked that it be exchanged because it was broken. The response was (you will love this) we cant take it back, what are we going to do with a broken refrigerator? They proceeded to send a service man out who confirmed there was a problem and that he fan needed to be replaced and he would need to disassemble the entire lower unit. So we have owned this product for less than a week and now they are going to rip it apart. At this point, I was trying to figure out where on the planet would you purchase a broken product and the retailer would not replace it with appropriate apologies. We even tried the manufacturer and were told this was a dealer issue. After several more visits form serviceman and multiple repairs, the noise is less and I guess we will have to live with it - just tired of fighting the fight. Please keep in mind that through this entire ordeal, Appliance Direct was absolutely no help other than offering service on the brand new appliance. Even one of the independent servicemen said that, in his opinion, after Appliance Direct takes your money, they have no interest in you. He also said he would buy from Lowes.In speaking with other locals, I am apparently not the first one to have a problem with them. So...my message is Buyer Beware, do not look at price alone. I will NEVER do business with Appliance Direct again.
Our fridge had just died earlier in the morning, and decided to go see what Appliance Direct had on the floor. Paul in Merritt Island helped us get everything squared away quickly, and was even able to help set us up with same-day delivery. Extremely impressed with pricing if you go into it understanding its scratch and dent. With kids, they will get scratched and dented eventually anyways. Worth the savings. Highly recommend you talk to Paul.

I will be back the next time we need an appliance. Got brand new washer and dryer same day. Had lowes pick up our other washer and dryer the next day. Wish we wouldve shopped here instead of Lowes for all of our kitchen appliances in the kitchen Reno. Wouldve saved a LOT of time and money. They will price match, HD was having a sale and the sales associate said they would beat it.
I got a lemon washer transmission leaked oil on floor called manager he would not give me another washer the washer is 2weeks old
Bait-and-switch scam went in for range that was $557 at the checkout you change price to $598. Pay attention to the price they just change it at will and try to sell other things so you dont notice.
Experience at Melbourne store was clown shoes, but Merritt Island employee found the right fridge and the right deal.
What a great experience with Doug the manager at this store. Finally someone that knew what they were talking about when it comes to appliances and warranty programs he help me though the process of picking out and new whirlpool French door refrigerators thanks again Ps Family loves the New Fridge
The sales portion of appliance direct was not the issue. I was able to get samsung appliances for a great price. The major issue that I had was with the delivery. One of the delivery guys removed both my front door and my screen door, and then was unable to re install the latches of my screen door properly. The delivery guy was also extremely unprofessional during the entire delivery because he continued to mention that he is late and has many other deliveries scheduled. The owner of the delivery company (Dan)attempted to fix the latch but did not do a complete job. He called me and told me that he would return the following day and did not. Although the prices of Appliance Direct are great, the delivery is definitely the worst, unprofessional service that I have ever received. BEWARE OF THE DELIVERY COMPANY!!!

Worst experience of my life. Just moved to Merritt Island from Maryland. The house I purchased had all new appliances and the stove was electric. I cook with gas. The seller of the home had left the receipt for me. I took the sales receipt to the Merritt Island store and the manager Doug was very friendly and seemed like he was willing to take the electric stove on trade for a gas stove. He was to research what was available and get back to me. He never did. When I called I was referred to another employee Evans who had no idea what I was talking about but would said he would get back to me. He never did. Called again and yet another employee told me he didnt know what the policy was but suggested I come in to the store and talk to the manager, Yes, you guessed it - Doug. I had made it clear from the very beginning that I waned to self cleaning oven and he told me they could not get one for under $1200.00 which is ridiculous. The moral of this story is dont deal with these people. I cant even get the address for the corporate office. I know the owner of the business is Sam Pak but when I call Im told he is unavailable and asked to leave a message. For obvious reasons I did not. Their loss actually because the electric stove can be used by my son and I ordered not only a gas stove but a different refrigerator.
Crazy over priced for used/ scratch and dent section. Appliance stockade next door was more realistic. Could not score 0 stars or I would.

Appliance Direct, this is pretty much a new way of saying spend your money for an excruciatingly painful headache. The customer service, to say is subpar, will be an extreme compliment. They deliver with incomplete Parts. They scratch and dent the appliance while bringing it in the home because they didnt measure it first. If you call and try to get an update on anything with your order and your sales associate isnt there, the person covering will have absolutely no idea how to help you by look into into the information. To say that they have customer service is to believe that the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus are playing poker with Elvis in the Poconos. I cannot believe for the money that you save, you are subjected to atrocious horrible dealings! Forget about them calling you. If you dont call to get an update your left in the dark. Nothing beats going to Home Depot and getting brand new with everything intact delivered.

I went to this store to buy a range (mine quit the week before Christmas…). Overall a good experience, I had a really knowledgeable salesperson that set me up with what I wanted. He was sympathetic to my situation and even gave me a discount. I would definitely recommend these guys. Compared to Lowes I saved $400 on the identical range. My advice: ask these guys if they can give a discount. They are a little reluctant sometimes but always make a good deal.
