Beyond expectations customer service! By far my favorite Home Depot. Helpful people in every department. Heidi and Dona in Flooring are top notch and have gone the extra mile for my family. John Plumbing and Roger in Wood helped me find just what I needed. Giving a HUGE shout out to Jean at Home Depot in Merrimack, NH!. I went there with a large list of things to purchase and had no clue where to find any of them. Jean assisted me with ALL my purchases and walked me down every aisle and helped me find every single item I needed. I have worked in customer service my entire life and I have to say that Jeans customer service skills are exemplary!. He is very personable, easy to talk too and quite honestly a pleasure to be around!. Jean deserves a raise and should be in management!. Home Depot needs to recognize what type of employee they have and should promote him because I am confident he would make an amazing manger. The world needs more employees like JEAN!.Thanks Jean for making my shopping expierence memorable!

DO NOT BUY CARPET HERE!!When the guy came to measure the rooms i was in the process of removing the old parquet wood floor. He told me they could install over the existing parquet.Cool less work for me.Fast forward 6 months and that parquet failed and buckled up all over the place.Home depot had the installer come back and remove the carpet so i could remove the parquet,Then they told me they would not replace the carpet.3,000 down the drain.If i had removed the parquet i never would have had a problem.

Theres an app for that. The Home Depot app will lead you to whatever you need. I wanted a lightbulb. Took me right there. Then duct tape. Again boom. There. Same with asking any of their awesome associates. They know their stuff.

Had a great experience and I went to a Lowe’s today and received a horrible experience so I’m happy to say Jean definitely stood out in my mind and I needed to get them a shout out at Lowe’s had any bit of customer service even a 10th of what Jean gave I would’ve been happy he’s such a nice man he deserves credit he deserves an award I will never go to Lowe’s again I will be shopping at the Merrimack Home Depot from here on out.

Almost always able to find what Im hunting. Occasionally will be out of stock on some items but usually is not long before stocked back in. So far been great staff to interact with.

Customer service really tries but if you order flooring better do it now if you want it by Christmas. Their shipping subcontractor Estes Express has my material sitting in a truck for six days waiting for a driver and they can’t tell you when it’s going to ship. I could have driven to Pennsylvania already to pick it up myself.

Went here to buy my son a toy for him but one he can use to clean my carport and driveway of pine needles and all, it worked wonderfully and he took it home, home depot had good selection and was not crowded

Today I did an curb side order pickup of. 4 mini blinds. Decided to try out the pickup for the first time since just needed the one thing. I was Impressed. Ive seldom find internet order pickup to be particularly effective at other stores. Mostly seemed like it would have been easier to just pick it up yourself. Home Depot has their act together for this though. Parked. Pressed the Im at store button in the email. Filled in my parking spot number. They were there in less than 2 minutes with my order and greeted me by name. Could not have been an easier experience. Great job.

Rented the 6 wood chipper, worked well and made quick work of Ash tree, good tool rental team, helpful and informative.

Buyer beware. Do not buy an appliance at Home Depot. My wife and I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer at the end of January. This was the beginning of one of the worst shopping experiences we have ever had. The first washer/dryer was delivered over a month later, the washer was severely damaged and the dryer was the wrong color. After wasting several afternoons, my wife finally got that mess cleared up. Over a month later the second delivery came. This time the dryer was damaged. Called Samsung direct and an undamaged dryer was delivered less than a week later. Problem with Home Depot is that no one seems to be able to help fix a problem. Even still, I had to go down to the store to buy a power cord and hose vent that we already paid for on the original order. Never got the installation service we were promised either. Im going to drive a little further and go to Lowes instead for a while...

Never ever buy appliances from them. It is a nightmare to get your order.They told me it was going to be delivered tomorrow, then changed there mind, said next week, called me said nevermind its coming tomorrow, then they called me a few hours later saying oops they actually dont have it and we lost the spot for next week because when they moved it back to tomorrow they gave up the slot for next week. So now I have to wait two more weeks.I only ordered it 3 months agoThey are the worst and customer service did nothing for me but say oops, it is what it is. They did tell me if I want to pick it up itll have to be at their convenience between 10am and 2pm, cause ya know, I dont work or anything.I took screenshots of everything, from them confirming my delivery, to them canceling it, to them reconfirmed the original request, to them canceling the original delivery and moving to moving that one again.I will never spend another dime at here again. They have no idea what they are doing, it is embarrassing. So now I dont have a washer and dryer for 2 weeks because my current ones are now broken, thus why I bought new ones over 3 months ago.Update: I went to Best Buy this AM in Nashua, ordered a Washer and Dryer and its being delivered this Saturday. 3 Day wait for a Delivery, not a 3 month wait. Needless to say i Cancelled my Home Depot Order.

The employees need to have more knowledge about the products sold in home depot. Most of them have zero information on products and their location in the store. I recommend shopping at local lumber companies rather than big box stores. Im usually disappointed when I stop in home Depot.

Terrible customer service at the pro desk. Even if you are currently assisting a customer, at least let the waiting customers know youll be right with them. Win didnt even acknowledge I was there for 20 minutes even though he saw me standing there waiting and simply continued to chit chat with the person he was with. Management should educate Win on how to better serve their customers. When he finally did come to us, didnt even apologize for the wait. Home Depot please do better.

Never had a worse experience ordering materials for a project. Over $4k spent and half the order goes missing. Nothing has tracking info. They made me cancel part of the order because the items vanished, so it cost more money to order online. No one in management can make it right nor have they offered to make it right. Ill take my business to Lowes from now on.

I like the locker in-store pickup. I ordered online in the morning, the stopped in on my lunch break. Was in and out in a couple minutes.

The sale cashier, Megan, provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever had in my whole life, she was so worried for me to find the item I was looking for, a feeling that the other associates have. She didn’t give up until I found what I was looking for. Unfortunately, they cannot accept any tip (I don’t know why), but you should give her a recognition for that.

This location near exit 6 is without a doubt the best of the three stores in the Nashua area

Pretty much a standard Home Depot location. One of the positives about this particular spot is that the parking and the access is excellent. Staff is generally friendly.Ive had lots of good experience with the paint department, they seem to know their stuff and their recommendations are usually solid. Ive also had good experience with the repair department at this location as well. They gave good advice and I felt they were not pushing me to do unnecessary maintenance and gave good recommendations on when it was not really worth repairing something.

Went into the Merrimack Home Depot in hopes of finding a small prelit snow covered (flocked) Christmas tree for our bay window, but had no luck. It seems as they have an over abundance of taller trees but nothing small enough for a bay window like I was looking for.

I had to pick my own items for store pick up.

Item listed online as available was not. Told to go across the street to an auto parts store.

Its always a fast checkout there. I had to return a ceiling fan because we didnt buy flush mount and it was super easy as well.

Competent service. Got some paint and wood painting putty. Couldnt dispose of old paint... Need to find way to dispose as a solid, with no liquid..

Curbside order took 2.5 days to be ready. After checking in, waited 20 mins for order. Got home and realized item was missing. Staff were all very nice and customer service refunded over the phone.

Ordered a headboard online to be delivered to store. I totally did not pay attention to size before I hit complete order. Duh. I ordered correct size a few weeks later after realizing mistake and brought back original wrong size in box. They were so great! Very helpful, I have bought a sink and bath cabinet there recently, and again very helpful in getting it off the shelf onto my cart.

Needed a 10 piece of black pipe cut into 15 pieces and threaded. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and polite and didnt mind at all. He did a ton of work and saved me from trying to do it by hand.

This location is close to home, I go when I need something and if youve been to one HD then youve been to all. Staff is helpful and answers your questions or points you in the right direction.

Been to this Home Depot about 600000 times over the last 3 months. The associates are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the store layout.

Always find good deals and check out the clearance my dad works for one of their locations for 18 years since being downsized at kollsman and if the item that has been sitting there a while I think they should be all too happy to get rid of it for a little bit less generally they do every now and then you have some person not wanting to review the item or they walked by you generally its an older person mean and bitter or a young high school kid but I wont let them sour my experience just wish their credit card company understood people with a job loss they seem to have absolutely no cares after you buy items spend thousands of dollars and got downsized at my company tried setting up a payment plan and they basically would not take the amount I could give putting me into collections and harassing me daily I look at it as its on them until we reach a celebrate on the money

Wait time was a little longer then I think it should have been. Tracie at the service desk was amazing as was Dan that help load our new Shelter logic garage. The store needs more help at night. I hear this from everyone that shops this store not enought help

Fabulous home improvement store. Associates were polite and knowledgeable. Today, I picked up paint and painting supplies. I also checked out the tool rental department, which was pretty well stocked.

It is a Home Depot like most with the exception of extensive equipment rental.
