Great service. Four times I visited this place and four times they had the parts I needed, provided excellent professional service, were fast with ordered parts (same day), and their prices were reasonable (less than online). They even provided great service during the pandemic! I appreciate businesses like this one.

It was awesome they had what I needed

Made a call last week to this place looking for a part to an old Craftsman riding lawnmower, they told me they didnt stock it but the warehouse in Lafayette had them and I could have it by end of day. I call back today, few days later and a person told me they have never stocked it at any location and that it would be special order and that I was out of luck because he already placed his order an hour ago.No other solution was given and the person was extremely short with me. A call cant be made to alter the order? No other solution being presented? Between big companies like Amazon.com, Walmart and other online retailers, you would think that customer service for local, small businesses would be pinnacle. No wonder why small businesses go out of business.

Who ever answered the phone was rude!! I’ll take my business else where!

They had everything I needed for my mower and the workers were knowledgeable and friendly.

Fast and friendly service. Prices are a bit high but not too bad but, they have parts for older equipment.
