This is the worst place in the world for hearing aids I purchased in June 2018 never could get right always problems was informed they were a 3rd party and could not cancel program had to keep paying for nothing no service no maintenance no batteries I called Hearing.IO and was informed that Hearing Lab is no longer affiliated with them due to circumstances could not discuss . Stay away from Hearing Lab

Sandy the secretary is a extremely happy and pleasant young lady to be in this profession. Sharon the Hearing Aid Dispenser is very well qualified in her job. She sent me to a ENT Doctor before she would give me hearing aids because of such a difference in the hearing test. All was well and I received new hearing aids. I am so delighted with them that I should have gotten them sooner. All I can say is the both ladies are very professional and I enjoy going to see them. I have sent a friend to Hearing Lab and she also received new hearing aids and wears them faithfully as I do too. Hearing Lab in my estimation is a 5-Star company.

I use to work for this company and I can tell you first hand they do not care about their patients it’s all about the money they’d sell you whatever even if it doesn’t fit your hearing loss I had to leave this company not only do they not care about their employees they also don’t to much care about the patients..... sorry sorry let me correct myself they care about their patients with money
