They are true lifesavers they have just about everything

Nice selection, great customer service.I think it was rather pricey. The sidewalks around the shop were under construction, which wasnt their fault, just made it difficult to get there.

I planned to come to this store today. After reading these reviews I may not. My daughter just started ballet and I dont want a bad taste left in my mouth.

If I could give 1/2 stars I would. The prices in the store tends to be higher than the website. The Gentleman helping my mother became impatient and rude when I decided to change the order to online in order to save money. He told her that I could not order online and pick up in the store even though I had called ahead and found out I could. Their system took a long time to update to reflect my order. I asked my mother to thank him for his patience and he said yeah I am patient. He really started to make her feel a little uncomfortable after a while.

Only place close for a pointe shoe fitting. Knowledgable staff and great group pricing!

I ordered custom performance wear for my team and we needed to have them by a certain time. They told me it was possible and 2 days later a man called and was very nasty saying that they wont be in until a week later. That caused a problem for our team and we had no apology, just rude behavior saying it was our fault. A week later I was going to pick them up and they werent even close. Still in Indianapolis. There is no excuse for horrible customer service.

They carry what you need when no-one else has it

Ive never ever heard of a store that charges a $5 fee to try on a pair of shoes. If I could give a negative star I would.
