Excellent experience first time getting glasses on my own and the doctor was extremely helpfull and nice and they made sure to answer all my questions and give me the best price possible

My husband purchased glasses from here and his experience was great. He didnt have to see the Dr because he had a prescription already. The associate that helped him pick his frames and place the order, was great. She went the extra mile to make sure we received the best, most inexpensive deal. The glasses were ready for pick up in less than 7 days. I didnt have high hopes after reading some of the reviews but no issues.

Dr. was very nice and the lady who helped me was also very nice. The ony thing is, when I call no one ever answers the phone. I was told that I would get an email with everything I needed to do to get reimbursed for my payment, but yet nothing yet. I cant ahold of anyone to let me know that the information was submitted to EyeMed.

The Doctor looked disheveled and homeless. He was rude. I should have walked out. My prescription is horrible, Ill have to pay out of pocket and have it redone. He also told me my eye pressure was high and I could possibly have glaucoma. I got a second opinion and was informed my eye pressure was normal. **** 01-13-20 Update to original review, I contacted JC Penney and I was called back by a regional manager. He did everything he could to make the situation right. I would consider going back if they get a different Doctor.

When you spend $300 plus on glasses, especially after having them sent back in to fix an error with the lenses you shouldn’t have to wait 20-30 minutes to be able to pick them up. Have more than one person working the department!

My fiancee Jonathan got his glasses there and i got mine there also they are extremely nice

STAY AWAY.This eye doc will lie and make up some bs which is not true just to make you pay for something. Went in for an exam and told me i had demodex and blapharitis and wanted to prescribe something to treat it. Fast forward, went to another eye doc and he told me i was completely fine. Unless you want to get ripped off, stay away from this place.

Worst expierience ever. Unprofessional, gives you the wrong prescription, the dr didnt want to listen to anything i said. Waist of time and money. Would not recommend going here

Worst experience ever. Ive worn glasses for over 40 years and Ive never dealt with an optometrist as vane as this guy. Doesnt matter that I cant read a thing with my bi- focal he insists prescription is right and the only way theyll even entertain the the thought of changing it is to get a second opinion (which I would have to pay for). Them MAYBE he would be able to get Penneys to remake the glasses.

Worst experience I’ve had going to an optometrist. Guy did not want to list to me. Gave me the wrong prescriptions which are now useless because they don’t come close to my current prescription. No one knew what to do about my insurance. Won’t be back!

Awful experience. Super slow & contacts took over a week when told 2-3 days.

Zero stars. I was patient with these people but this is the worst place to get an exam and glasses at.
