Since I was a first time customer and they were booked up, I had a considerable wait time for my initial appointment. However considering the cost of repairs was half of what my local mechanic quoted, Id say it was worth the wait! Well definitely go back for future repairs!

My wife and I drove over an hour to purchase a new 2022 outlander! We called in advance and spoke with John Culver, n let him know in advance what vehicle we were interested in and if it was in stock. John double checked and informed us that it was there. We arrived to the dealership a few hours later, and John had the outlander parked right in front, ready for us! John was polite, funny and made the process very easy going! I wish purchasing a car was always as easy as it was today! If your ever in need of a Mitsubishi or Hyundai, I greatly recommend John culver! He comes with great jokes and a great manager in Rob Beem! Thank you Webb Mitsubishi, for great service, and an amazing looking car!!

I dropped my car off for service today and had the pleasure of meeting Dave. He is hands down one of the most friendly and down to earth guys. His communication was awesome, he made sure to see me before I left (even tho I can after service hours to pick up my car). If you ever have service needs please ask for Dave!!!!

I called with questions on a Outlander and spoke to Josh Kisela. He was very polite and answered every question without missing a beat. Kim Slater is totally heaven sent. She sits near the door as she should. It was raining yesterday and my mood was the same. She greeted me with the most understanding tone I could tell it was genuine. I think she was as happy as I was when I was approved for a new car. I will never forget the experience. This is why I am a Mitsubishi girl! BTW everyone I encountered was extremely nice.... it was almost creepy.

Bought a brand new car from these people. 2016 Mitsubishi outlander sport. Car has ONLY 68,000 MILES on it. Having a Electrical System Failure problem. Probably a bad alternator. Called and was told its out of warranty 60,000 miles. Refuse to work with me. Do not buy a car here. Terrible product, terrible customer service. They care when theyre taking your money, but if you have a problem forget it.Update: Tried to call the number given in response, at 12pm left a message. It is now 9pm and no returned call.

I typically dont leave negative reviews but I want to share the experience Ive had with this dealerships service department. My mom has taken my eclipse cross to get serviced here twice this year. The first visit the vin was entered incorrectly and wasnt caught until the next visit in which the service writer wasnt willing to update the past service to represent my actual vin. Then after the service was completed my mom noticed it was twice as expensive as the previous service and when questioning the service writer he told her she had a coupon previously and thats why its more(after review of the receipts she got the standard oil change the first time and the full synthetic the second) She said shes never left a dealership feeling like she was taken advantage of for being a woman until this visit. I called the service manager John which reimbursed for the extra charge and updated my vin but needless to say Im very disappointed in the rest of his team.

Terrible! A total scam of a dealership. Never ever give business to Webb Mitsubishi or Webb Hyundai. After doing my homework and looking for a good deal on a new Outlander I found a suitable price for a 2019 Outlander on their website which I then called into their dealership to verify and guarantee the exact cost to ensure it would be offered as such. The phone rep Connor, verified and confirmed the deal at that cost and even ran it by his Sales Manager. Afterwards I had him text me verbally and a screenshot verifying the deal. I then took off a day of work and drove over 1 hour and 20 min to get there only to have them tell me it was all a mistake and that their web price was somehow incorrect and only would sell it at over $3,000 dollars higher than the verified deal that I drove 80 miles 1 way to get. They lie and play the fake-rebate game all day like all of the worst dealerships out there. I spoke with Salesperson after Salesperson there who refused to fix the situation in any way. Then they had me meet with the owner, Brian Webb. He actually gave me an even higher price than his own Sales guy offered me to make matters worse. Brian fumbled over numbers and all their assured me it was a one-off mistake when I know they are still lying to customers on pricing only to illegally Bait-and-Switch once you come in. They are nothing but a huge waste of time. Webb Mitsubishi/Hyundai is a chop-shop, farce of a company from the top and all the way down. This above account is a hundred percent true and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Just recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Absolutely love the vehicle. Salesman Cameron was really informative, and he told me tons about the features and options. When I went in to purchase, Cameron was busy with another customer, but he set me up with another sales rep to go over the car and final details. Made my purchase experience smooth, since I didnt have to wait for him to finish up. I felt the other sales rep was amazing as well. She treated me as if I was her own customer. Everyone was super friendly, and I definitely recommend!

They called and said This is so-and-so calling you and I have some important and time sensitive information to share with you, please give me a call back as soon as possible at My experience in the dealership was okay; however, because of their email and phone techniques I recommend avoiding them until they change behavior.

Made an appointment for 2:15 to have my car diagnosed for warranty repair.The lady I scheduled with tells me itll take about an hour. Rather than trying to find someone to follow me I drive solo and plan to wait at the dealership until its done.I took the afternoon off work because its over an hour drive to the dealership (its the closest one) and when I arrive fifteen minutes early I head to the service department where Im told they wont be starting on my car until around five. Why bother making an appointment if youre not getting started until three hours after the appointment...I ask if I can get a loaner to go do something rather than sit in the lobby for four hours and am told Mitsubishi has a strict no loaner policy.I opted to cancel my appointment and call Castle Mitsubishi of Portage, who by the way told me theyd be happy to give me a loaner if theyre running behind for the day.I will never return to this dealership, nor recommend it to any friends/family.

2 yrs ago this dealer charged me the outrageous amount of $900 to replace my engine valve gaskets and spark plugs and now they are leaking again. They refused to stand behind their work beyond the 12 month warranty on parts/labor. This SERVICE CENTER IS A RIP OFF. Be warned!

After searching around dealerships I came across Webb Mitsubishi in merrillville. The salesman Cameron Laird was gracious enough to give me his time on a busy day. He then went over the features and everything that is and could be included. After a surprisingly short wait I was able to finance a brand new outlander for myself with relatively low monthly payments and low interest. While waiting for my credit to be searched Joe Nolan came over and told me great stories. It made the time fly by. I got the vechicle and it was washed and cleaned inside and out to perfection. I was shocked that this dealership spent so much time hand washing vechicles.After it was all done I wish I would have come to this dealership first because I know I would have saved a lot of time lookin around.
