Definitely different than I remember. Not a whole lot of selection for music like it used to be but still some cool items there.

What a cool little store. My daughter and w3re just walking through the mall when we saw it ans decided to go inside. We found an amazing selection of merchandise and knick knacks. One of them was this fire chip. Its the hottest chip ever it says. And my daughter wanted me to do it I refused lmao as I know that I would have ruined my day lmao but its still nice to be able to try it lol. Anyway thanks for the good customer service. Appreciate it guys.

Our whole family LOVED all the cool unique things in this store. Great stop and very good prices.They have great deals on shirts too. Something for everyone. Definitely going back.

This place was awful. While the 2 employees who was working were nice .... all they did was sit behind the counter messing with their cell phones the whole time there. They were busy and so many people were going into the store without masks on. It was clearly stated customers must wear a mask. Nothing was ever said to them. I wont return.

Great staff at FYE. Some of the products will be disappointing, but thats usually audio/video equipment such as headphones. Their metal music section is declining but they have added a lot of cool vinyl. They also have metal-based action figures which is a pleasant surprise! Excellent store overall.

This place had a decent selection of funko pops and other such pop culture items

Sales clerk was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, polite & helpful. Store was nothing like my first visit.

Guys be careful going into Southlake mall. Its not at all what it used to be and not as everyone seems as it is.I literally will maybe go there once a year.

Had not been to this restaurant in a long time. But it was nice going again. Especially meeting with manager. She was so nice sweet pleasant and definitely a peoples person! She just walked over asked us was everything going smoothly with our food etc. And she kept us laughing the whole night. You can see shes a down to earth person. And want people to feel happy when coming in. Great job! Ill come back and as long as companies have workers like this. Theyll stay in business!!

What started as a movie and music store has exploding into an all-in-one pop culture merch store. If you hate anything thats popular, youll hate this store.

I love this store! So many imports from Japan, so much variety to choose from when it comes to movies and movie/tv memorabilia. This store has the best selection of anime on Blu Ray as well. Unique marvel items. The number of ways to get discounts and coupons is CRAZY! 5 stars!

All the good stuff was gone

Went for pops, theres 0 organization... took 45 minutes to look through the pops and 1 in 5 were damaged

Went in looking for Godzilla 2014 for a gift. They had several new ones for 6.99. It was a great bargain!

Big selection of music, movies & merchandise.

Its a fun place to visit, because it takes a person back to Yesteryears when growing up. I found candies from growing up that not in every stores in some States. I Reccomend this place.

The store is just another FYE the few times Ive visited the customer service was sub par but then yet again I cant blame them for working in that mall. At least the store is clean and organized with a decent music play list.

Interesting store with different things available. If you like movie and popular TV related t-shirts and other items then you will like this store.

Nice selection of CDs, which are hard to find these days most anywhere else. Especially considering husband likes rock, harder not not pop rock. Made him very happy to find what he wanted at decent prices.

Absolutely wonderful. This location makes you feel like you have traveled to Japan, Chicago, and China all at once. This is a great place to get awesome merchandise from dvds to comics and then to t-shirts and other accessories. The staff is very friendly, polite, and energetic to all customers who come to shop til they drop.

Their cd collection is in complete disarray. But they have so much kool stuff.

Fun stuff, overpriced but in general very unique so, cool if youre going to get somebody a fan gift from a show they like or another pop culture item.

I love FYE because of the awesome pointless things i can buy :) but unfortunately the cashier in the Southlake mall location made me not want to come back. She was making a personal phone call on the phone & hardly interacted with me at all.

These people are pretty much scammers they take your card and sign you up for reoccurring payments to their vip program whike telling you its a free trail and ita your choice if you want to continue it after the month is up which is a LIE! I got charged $12 for something i never wanted to reoccur!!

I love this place I got all the vinyl Pops I needed to complete my collection

The day of my visit the employees were rude. First their behavior was as if I was there to steal; once they decided that wasnt the case I could not get any assistance. I made a purchase that didnt work out. I returned it on another day and a different person was there. I received professional, courteous and friendly help. That said I wont shop with the company again. I should have received that service on my very first visit. That store and company gets a ZERO (0⭐s) from me No one should be miss treated.

The food has gone down hill in flavor hardly any bread sticks and do not even order a steak because this is certainly not a Steak house but the only thing good was our server who was very good.

Fun store to go in to. They have pre owned CDs/movies. Can find movie items, candy, cereal, shirts, hoodies. We go there for the movies because they usually have awesome deals on them. Decent place, we go in there every time we go to the mall.

Please do not, I repeat do not mix the metal section of cds with the rap cds....your many fans of metal, also called metalheads for those not in the know... dont want to bust heads there when you created that mess....please keep them separate so that way we can be happy as well as the rap fans can be happy....thanks for not letting us know in advance but please By God, change it back! I dont want Kanye next to anything that is remotely Metal...thanks in advance...
