Nice selection of merchandise. Clean store and friendly staff. We found some Christmas presents for the grandkids. We like to give them craft projects so they can make something themselves. Prices were good.

Best trip ever. I only needed a single item. Their online page said it was in stock. And in which aisle. IT WAS THERE.Bonus! The aisle was at the front of the store.

Men’s restroom was completely disgusting! My poor baby almost went potty on his self as I had to get him to another close by store quick before returning. I mentioned it to a worker by the picture area and they had completely blew it off as if they were aware but didn’t want to be bothered with it and by the pictures I took to show the lady employee and the way it was and dried this has been there clearly more then a day need to mention there is only one stall handicap at that for the men In that store very disappointing

I used to love Michaels now all I can get is their paper stock but lately I cant get anything I need from them the store is not stocked and the customer service suck I gotta find me a better craft store.

Professional & Friendly. I did a pick up and it was super fast. Unfortunately, I had to return some items because the online description was confusing and when I tried the chat/assistance they had no clue about the product which is why I had to do the return but that was a fast process too. Overall going into the store the service is phenomenal.

Overall good review. They had what I wanted at a reasonable price.They could have used an extra employee or two on a Saturday to help customers find items.But better than not having the item which one box store told me.

I mostly visit the framing department. Candis and Paul are a great team and are great at helping me make my framing choices. Candis has been manager there for a number of years and it never seems to get old to her. If anyone has a project that needs framing, I recommend Michaels and their dynamic team.

Not enough of a selection on paint markers. I dont know if its because they no longer want to have a big selection or just rather sell cheaper brands and just real expensive brands. You either go with the cheap or with the outrageously expensive brands.

We do all of our custom framing here. Have loved each one. We hated one a few years ago and they reframed it for no additional cost. Not sure if that is still true. Our last two were fantastic!!!!

They didnt have what I wanted but ran across sumthin else that was a nice edition 2 my diy project.

I cant say enough about the girl that does the custom framing. She is very nice and extremely easy to work with when I needed to frame a poster. I look forward to bringing her posters in the future only because I know it will be a smooth process. Thanks Candice!!

Walking in the door, a employee was at the door but didnt greeted me. So I had to speak first then I was spoken to...but never a Welcome to Michaels. My first time at this Michaels, I did ask were the planners were located, she didnt know. Just had the feeling of not being welcome.The checkout wasnt the best, I felt like I was bothering her 😒. Over all not sure if I will go back to this one. I do believe that sometimes we can have an off day😌... The store was clean.

Great place to buy all kinds of craft supplies, My photo albums are getting old but I found the best prices on picture storage boxes. They are really nice and hold a lot of photos. There is such a great selection of supplies for just about any type of craft you do. And great prices!

Mgmt is terrible! They had an accident with a candle display and took all the workers to work on it. They left one register open on Black Friday with about 15 people in line! It took us a 1/2 hr to get through the line. Where is the common sense??

This is a nice Michaels. They have a great selection, and today I happened to catch a lot of good sales! The staff was very helpful. Answer a survey and you get 20% off your next total purchase! Also, they usually have a coupon at their website good for 40 - 50% off one item.

Michaels is one of three craft stores on this strip near SouthLake Mall that I shop at. The store itself is fairly well organized and I love the deals and specials, for that reason I would give it 5 stars. However on more than one shopping trip the sales members have not been very helpful or courteous and would receive a rating of 3 stars.

The Stars are for the product variety and decent prices. Service was an entirely different thing. Call me old fashioned but I always appreciate when a staff cares for their customers more than the conversations and fun theyre having with their colleagues. By all means enjoy your colleagues but I shouldnt have to feel like Im bothering you or interrupting your conversation to ask a question

Another great craft store. I particularly like the garlands hear better. If youre looking for something specific go online and check them out.

Although everybody was friendly and helpful Michaels does not have a lot of the crafts and items of that nature that they used to have. Theyre going more in a direction of like a Hobby Lobby with decorations for your home and I a lot of times I have trouble finding what I need here. However they have really cute decorations and a lot of different things for your kids to do
