First time renting a storage unit and my experience was great. Lindsay and another staff member were very helpful in helping me decide which storage unit was the best for my needs. They walked me around and let me see inside a few different units so I could see what size would work best. They were very thorough in explaining the rates and insurance and anything else I needed to know. They had great customer service and answered any questions I had.

Lindsey is always so friendly and helpful. I really enjoy visiting with her when she is available.

Public Storage ReviewI went in to the facility located on Frontage Rd in Merriam on yesterday evening and was greeted by the attendant who goes by the name of Allison. I did a follow up at this location concerning an issue that has to do with this month’s bill for a unit that I currently rent. I was pleased to find out that this issue had been resolved several days ago thanks to Allison’s following through on a request that was sent to the management a week earlier! I will say, my mind has been put to ease over this matter and I’m thankful for the outcome.....

They were open on a Sunday (no where else was open) which made them get my business. It was very fast and easy to get a unit same day. The front desk lady was nice and showed me my unit and got the paperwork done fast. Only downfall is that they dont explain the lock fee and insurance when you first call, so it was a little more than I expected but still doable.

Just rented the unit last Thursday so not much activity other than the initial paperwork and unloading. I can say that my dealings with Marissa (On Site Manager)were professional, helpful and courteous. She even followed up with me several days after the move- in to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The facility is clean and maintained as well as the main office. Easy access to Hwy 35 is a definitely plus.I would definitely recommend.

I am early on in the process, but I recently rented a storage unit here and it has been a stress free and pleasant experience thus far. All my questions have been answered thoroughly and clearly, no tricks or hidden charges. A straightforward and easy process.

The property manager was great and helpful. Very friendly and informative. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. The manager does do regular lock checks and sounds like he is on-hand to help. My only complaint would be that the property had more security cameras.

I rented a unit for the past 2 months at this location and it was very satisfactory. The unit and the entire facility were very clean. The property was well lit at night, and is surrounded by high end car dealerships and other businesses that lend to a reputable neighborhood. The premises were secure, and I felt like my belongings were safe. Dennis the property manager is very personable and professional -- makes you aware of the extras that are available, but isnt pushy or overbearing. And he keeps a close eye on the place. The price and value were best in class for the area. If I need a storage unit in this area again, this Public Storage facility is at the top of my list.

Worst place ever, reserved a “drive up” not what I got, quoted price does not include the required insurance, made me set up an account in store told me It was so she could set me up on auto pay...now I’m charged a $20 late fee because the autopay was never set up. When I call about it I’m told I never gave her a card, then she says you wouldn’t have given me a card as you do that on the customer side...avoid this place go across the highway or down the street where you have better gate access hours and they know what customer service is!
