My husband and I went into this Mattress Firm recently. We had an amazing customer service experience with a nice young lady, Danielle. She was very helpful and answered all the questions my husband and I threw at her with ease! She definitely knows her stuff. I would recommend anyone shopping for a mattress to stop in and see Danielle!

My husband and I went in Sunday afternoon to buy a new mattress and Robert took great care of us. He was very knowledgable about all of the products and his enthusiasm about the merchandise was obvious. He answered our questions and asked us the right questions to help us find the right bed. I love my mattress! I had no idea what kind of mattress to get. Ive got a bad back and woke up often sore. Greg Finn helped me pick out just the right one and now I wake up happy everyday! Had a great experience purchasing a mattress yesterday at this mattress firm. Julia, the employee who was assisting us, was absolutely phenomenal. She led us directly to the mattresses that were within our price range, matched the plushness we wanted, and knew every single detail about the mattresses we were looking at. She offered great advice and had us out the door with a mattress in under 20min. It was a great experience - thank you, Julia!

Comfortable recliners. The view was fantastic even from the rows closest to the screen. They put enough space between the screen and front row of seats where you dont have to look up or strain your neck to look up at the screen. The tickets where a little pricy but overall great experience.

Julia and Natalie were amazing!! If your buying a mattress I suggest the mattress firm near IKEA! Super personal and awesome customer service!! Wish I could give seven stars....sadly I can only give five.

All three lines are too long on their busy night. People can miss their part of the movie because the service is too dame slow. Hire more help to keep the flow moving so people wont miss out their part of the movie Especially the cafe area.The cafe area is way too slow and needs to speed up on a busy (fridays, Saturdays, & sundays) night. People at quick trip is faster then the guys who work in the cafe so speed it up guys.

Julia helped us find a new mattress over Memorial Day weekend. The store was laid out nicely and she was patient while we tried out mattresses. We had a Tempurpedic mattress that was ruined because of a mold issue in a rental and we were able to find a comparable mattress for much less than a new tempurpedic. Would recommend this store!

From the purchase to the delivery and set up, the entire experience was great. I have purchased from Mattress Firm before, and I will again.
